Sith Empire: Conquest of Mon Calamari (finished)

Mikhail let a small smirk slip across his features briefly after the woman kissed him on the check. Aha, perhaps he might forgive Casperli all that severeness. If it meant a kiss. Ha. Not likely. Suddenly, Mikhail's knees went weak. A powerful urge came over him and he looked on Sirella, his icy eyes shining with sudden lust. He swayed on his feet, the pheromones sending his mind into a desire-filled haze. Mikhail took a step forward, hand reaching, before he realized what he was doing and managed to stop himself. What the hell? What had the woman done to him? It wasn't as if he could simply shut those desires off, as much as he wanted to. Sith weren't exactly the best at shackling desire. He stood there, resisting, his body almost quivering with it. He licked his lips, his mouth dry.

"Uhm," he said simply. He frowned. What? That wasn't what he'd meant to say. But what had he meant to say? All he could think of right now was Sirella... minus a few things.

"Sirella," said Ashin evenly, "it'll be difficult for them to come up with a plan if they're stoned out of their minds on your pheromones. But I suppose self-discipline is as good a test as holding off the army that you've so conveniently sequestered behind a wall of thorns."

"Very well." The woman sighed. She reduced pheromone output to what she believed would be considered acceptable by her former protégé. The effects wouldn't wear off quickly, but in time all the man-meat would be able to think more clearly. She eyed Mikahil and gave him a little wink. He murmured some random syllables instead of proper words and she suppressed a chuckle, "Come on, you have an idea yes?" Her emerald eyes locked with his, "Speak and collect a reward," she said.

Remaining silent within the wings, Dissero took care to keep himself extricated from the immediate group. As the scene unfolded and new characters came into play a moment of doubt washed over his otherwise stoic exterior. This woman - no, creature, was no human despite what she looked like. He needn't have such obvious things declared, his own inhuman senses were telling him everything he needed to know. She smelled of flora and moved with the grace of breezes through a sea of grass. The very air of this sanctuary was thick with her influence, and even he felt himself growing drowsy on the pollen.

The Sith Knight mastered his senses, employing a similar trick of the Force utilized by the Dark Jedi Master who seemed so well at home here. It wouldn't do to be caught unawares, though failing his doubts the Subtle Cloak remained useful as ever. Dark Powers worked there, keeping even the plant-life's attention at bay. The vines that moved to ensnare the others passed over his footwear like one of their own roots. With nowhere to withdraw to, he made no move to shy away. Eventually the roots retreated and he shifted his own attention back to the woman in charge: Ashin.

This game she played was a curious one. Just how much sway did the woman hold over this walking, talking venus fly trap? Perhaps not as much as she thought. He knew very few pupils who could placate their Master's wishes or desires with a simple boon, but it was too early to say. The man lofted a brow, waiting to hear the brilliant plans to be put forth by those gathered and mentally weighing the odds of who it might be to offer them.

There were those doubts again...

Spencer watched as everything went on around her. She was here being kept safe by the plant woman. She didnt understand why the woman continued to touch her. Stand slightly she looked towards Ashin. As comfortable as the vine throne was she still wanted to be near the Dark Master. Her mind was drunk with the pheromones and it stopped her from moving away from the vine chair.

"I should help them. We will get it done faster if I help right?"

Despite her desire to help, Spencer remained obedient and stayed with the Garden's Mistress. Her mind whispered to herself and she tried her best to push her thoughts towards Ashin.

'What do I do Ashin...?'

Mikhail eyes grew wide and he blinked rapidly as the pheromonal discharge lessened and he could think clearly again. His tongue unraveled itself.

"You took the whole 'smells like sex' thing literally, I see." He said, a little disgruntled at having his mind messed with. Given other circumstances he wouldn't have minded so much, but they were in the middle of a warzone - he glanced around at the flowers in the resort - Well... more or less. "As to a plan, these Amphi-whatever have a huge army that we don't want to deal with. I say someone leads them off to one side of the island, while the others attack the village. Maybe with the lives of their families on the lines these frogpeople will give up, but I don't know a whole lot about their standing cultural policies when it comes to hostage situations." He looked to the Masters for more information on that subject.

Spencer's mental voice shook Ashin from her own quiescence. The time had come to make something happen.

You and I will still the storm.

She turned and faced a certain corner of the overgrown resort. "Now would be the time to contribute, friend," she said in the general direction of Dissero. Her grandfather had been one of the stealthiest illusionists alive, and -- although Ashin had gained little of his skillset from his holocron -- she had learned a thing or two about seeing the truth of things, regardless of illusions or technological help.

And now she turned back to Spencer and Mikhail. "We have the rudiments of a plan, then. Some of us fight the army and draw it away, while Spencer and I and others make our way to the village. Simple enough. Pity it took so long."

Taking Spencer's hand, she made for the thorn tunnel. "Come along if you like, Sirella. It's time to do things."

Darren looked around and saw that he was stuck with The sith and some one else who was hiding. Well it could have gone worse. Darren looked at Shorn and said "You made the plan you lead. Im done with this bullshit." He looked at the man who Ashin was looking at ealier "If you dont mind We may need your help. Since you are here stalking us after all."

Spencer was starting to get used to being dragged along. This time she kept up a bit better and her hand clutched tightly with Ashin's she looked back towards Sirella and wondered if the woman and her plants would get off the planet or if she was going to join in on the fight.

"Sirella..."

She whispered softly to herself as she trailed behind Ashin. She felt a bit better being near Ashin again. Spencer didnt worry about her well being as much around the Dark Jedi. She was at ease now and fully capable of doing what she needed to do.

"Ill need a moment to gather my thoughts. Your friend she did something to me..."

"The Jedi should have taught you to neutralize poison and disease. If they haven't, I'll show you how, but for the moment, if you'll allow me..."

Ashin's influence stole over Spencer, and the girl's head began to clear.

A brow lofted upwards as he was made out by the Force Master and a subtle, wry smile pulled at one corner of his mouth. The Sith Knight tipped his head to Ashin though he said not a word nor made any move. Of course it was only a matter of time when someone of her experience, skill and training would find him - not that he had been hiding, necessarily, merely blending in with the crowd. He had always been as visible as every peon in attendance, but the difference was the cloak allowed him to remain anonymous. Just another face in the crowd, so long as he made no effort to be any different.

When Ashin moved out and the Apprentice off to the side looked his direction, he would not find his gaze settling on Dissero, but on another acolyte standing amongst the gathering. The faceless warrior seemed curious, confused perhaps, but with a simple persuasive mental push of the Force Dissero put him on the move to join them. The Knight, however, remained where he was as the group moved out, and yet instead of following them he turned to quietly remain on the heels of Ashin. He was not here to herd the flock.

Zalen became aware that they had landed and that he was the only one on the boat until his master came to kick him in the rear. This was hardly worthy of a sith, reprimanding a Sith for not helping a party who were surrounded was entirely out of character, if they were too weak that was their problem. Zalen stepped off of the boat and went into the wilderness opting to not follow the trail left for him by his invasion party. He went in a completely different direction.

As Zalen moved through the wilderness he came across a rancor with only a few sentient Amphi-Hydrus next to it. Stealthily, Zalen moved close enough to inact his strategy, he used Beast Trick on the Rancor and caused it to attack its Amphi-Hydrus masters. The beast mauled the Amphi-Hydrus as Zalen fueled it with the Darkside; each of the three Amphi-Hydrus were unable to fight back while they were quickly swooped up and devoured.

Sirella followed spencer, her two piece sunning suit transforming as she walked into something more appropriate for combat. The flora clung tightly to her skin and her Pheromones were being contained. She grew a vine in her hand and jumped over it like a rope game she used to play as a child. Chuckling as she followed Ashin and Spencer through the great thorn gate. “Not my best work,” she said catching up to the pair. Flowers suddenly started to bloom and poke out around the archways. “Better?” she asked. She was pleased that Spencer still had her flower in her hair. “You know, they may very well be waiting just outside the gate for us.” Shrugging she then added, “because that’s what I would do.” Sirella paused, “actually it isn’t, I would have made the garden kill or subdue us all. But I imagine those amphibians can’t do that.”

Spencer blushed with embarrassment. She had learned but it wasn't a perfected art. She needed to meditate to perform the cleanses and with her mind foggy it was going to be hard. It was sudden and she felt the cloud lift from her. Spencer smiled as she continued to follow behind Ashin. From time to time Spencer found her eyes wandering. She noticed a bit more of Ashin's figure and wondered how she became such an influence. A smile crossed her face and then she blinked quickly and looked up.

Her eyes caught sight of the plant woman. Her powers were remarkable and Spencer wondered if this was the power of darkside influence.

"Thank you Ashin...I'll be sure to repay you for everything. I promise!"

Ashin smiled faintly as they came to the end of the thorn tunnel and looked out through skeins of brambles. Out there, some Sith were still fighting the army. Most had been wise enough to enter the resort.

"I'll hold you to that," she said, squeezing Spencer's hand gently for a moment, then releasing it. "You kept your head, for the most part, and that's more than some can claim. Nice work.

"I sense an opportunity," she said, speaking up. "Some of our Sith are still out there, drawing the bulk of the army farther into the jungle. We can punch through what remains and fight our way to the village, where Spencer and I can force a surrender. Anaya, MIkhail, Sirella, the hilltop fort needs to be taken out. It provides overwatch above the village."

She waved her hand, and the thorns parted. Her lightsabre ignited as she stared into the jungle, counting the huge murky silhouettes within.

"Let's move."

Darren had not goten a responce from the man and waved his hands in the air. He walked away with out a word and went back the way they came. He would have to lead the troops agaisnt the frog like beings who rode rancors.

He went the way he came back and tripped over a few roots from new trees that had sprouted. he moved towads the Battle that was still taking place. He came to the opening and saw Ashin giving orders. he walked over and asked "What do you want me to do? Distraction?"

"Ah, there you are, Darren. We're about to make a push for the village. We lost a few of our Sith in the woods, and they're out providing us with the distraction we need. If you could help take the hilltop fort, that would let us take the village much more safely. I'd appreciate it."

Darren Grabbed the white blades from his belt. he didnt activate them yet however. Darren knew that he may have gotten a no on his next question but he asked anyways. "I lead or will someone else? If not Ill gather a few of the remaning troops and head them towards the killtop."

Darren was tasked with leading them anyways and he would get them if need be. he just wanted to know who was leading. He wanted to be careful around the Sith master who was a partal plant from now on.

Sirella smiled at the armored Jedi Knight. "Yes, yes," she said excitedly. "This is a training mission, to evaluate you all. And I'm not officially involved. It's important that one of you lead so Ashin-dear can make better decisions." The walked over to Darren and poked him in the chest. "You are in charge." Chuckling a little, the woman put her hands around the man and whispered into his helmeted ear, "You can command me to do anything."
