Unfortunately, there will be no rebellion.

The SSC dominion of Dromund Kaas is not eligible for rebellion as the rule is not retroactive. Only dominions posted after the rule was announced may be subject to rebellion. So, we will wait and watch. Soon, there will be a new chance.

I think the whole concept will be nullified if you go major too. With the introduction of Rebellions, this type of factions will grow. I hope the implementation of the Rebellions will work well, as well. It would finally give the necessary edge and point of having factions that operate in a more 'shady' way. So if you ever think of going major, my advice would be - don't do it - due to the mentioned arguement. But meh, what do I know ?
