I'm afraid I'm going to have to bring this skidding to a halt.

One of the things we had not explicitly mentioned was pre-existing dominions.

It is unfair for factions who started a Dominion before these rules were announced to have a rebellion inflicted on them.

Therefore, this particular Rebellion is closed down, as per directive from [member="Tefka"]

"Tiers and Rebellions only affect dominions started after the date of the rules announcement."

A correction will be made to the rules announcement and top tab.
