FINAL DAWN
KAL'SHEBBOL, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES
Dorian Sevenar gazed upon the vast landscape of Kal'Shebbol from the windows of his office within Reikland Castle, a large fortress which had once been occupied by the Imperial Concordat, utilized during celebrations which had occurred within this very Castle a while back, when the Concordat was on the rise and gaining traction, until the untimely disappearance of it's leader Chief of State Cephiro Pagaarch and it's subsequent absorption into the Final Dawn when Director-Admiral Dorian Sevenar became the new Chief of State. Originally the Final Dawn had little interest in Kal'Shebbol and upon meeting with Susfvian President

While the Director-Admiral had said before that the Final Dawn was unwilling to fight a war in the Outer Rim, recent events had proven that war was potentially inevitable. Sularen wanted to establish his supply network in the Outer Rim regardless of the costs and thus any threat to his operations there would have to be dealt with. Sevenar had been given a carte-blanche to operate in the Outer Rim as he saw fit as long as what he did advanced the long-term goals of the Final Dawn in the area, hence the strengthening of the Final Dawn's presence in the Kathol Sector and the reasoning for why Sevenar was here at Reikland Castle. Tarkin had made it clear that he was an enemy of the Final Dawn and that he would seek to undermine it's operations on Seswenna sooner or later, and as such the Director-Admiral's first priority was to secure the Shipyards and the Final Dawn's investments there. If Tarkin managed to get his hands on the Seswenna Shipyards not only would their foe gain access to a valuable asset that could be used against the Final Dawn but it would also deprive the Final Dawn from maintaining a foothold in the Seswenna Sector, one they would need if they were to deal with Tarkin via force at a later date. As such Dorian Sevenar began developing plans to ensure that this could never happen.
At first, Sevenar had simply thought of sending a Naval Task Force to defend Seswenna, but given Tarkin's warnings that any movement within the Seswenna Sector would cause a pre-mature war, one in which the Final Dawn was not 100% ready to deal with as it had yet to consolidate it's holdings in Utapau and the Kathol Sector. When it became apparent that the Final Dawn could not directly hold the Seswenna Shipyards without antagonizing Tarkin, Sevenar sought an alternative solution. One that would allow the Final Dawn to continue it's operations on Seswenna but without the need to directly control it. At the same time, the Director-Admiral caught word of a Corporate Blockade on the World of Stobar by the so-called Milvayne Commercial Association. Upon further investigation, the Director-Admiral came across an impressive Corporate Flotilla much more modern and powerful then the Flotilla utilized by the Lux Astra Corporate Authority to blockade the Five Viels Trade Route. Seeing an opportunity to make up for the disaster at Eriadu by securing a new ally and to protect the Final Dawn's investment on Seswenna. The Director-Admiral had requested a meeting with the Chairman of the Milvayne Commercial Association Kaspar Biermann to discuss about a potential partnership between the Final Dawn and the Milvayne Commercial Association that could benefit both parties.
Unlike Imperials who were driven by either political ideals or personal agendas, Corporations only cared about profit and if Sevenar could turn this partnership into something profitable for both sides, then the ongoing issues regarding the Seswenna Shipyards would be of no concern to the Final Dawn, atleast for a while that was. Thus from his office, Sevenar continued to wonder off in his thoughts, gazing upon the landscape of Kal'Shebbol as he waited for the arrival of his guest. The High Regent would have his supply network one way or another, through any means necessary.
