FINAL DAWN
KAL'SHEBBOL, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES

Dorian Sevenar gazed upon the vast landscape of Kal'Shebbol from the windows of his office within Reikland Castle, a large fortress which had once been occupied by the Imperial Concordat, utilized during celebrations which had occurred within this very Castle a while back, when the Concordat was on the rise and gaining traction, until the untimely disappearance of it's leader Chief of State Cephiro Pagaarch and it's subsequent absorption into the Final Dawn when Director-Admiral Dorian Sevenar became the new Chief of State. Originally the Final Dawn had little interest in Kal'Shebbol and upon meeting with Susfvian President Mya Jesel Mya Jesel and Rift Pact Ambassador Gol Gadonk Gol Gadonk , had agreed to withdraw from the former territories of the Imperial Concordat in the Kathol Sector in favor of strengthening their position around Utapau and Seswenna. However the disasterous summit at Eriadu, which saw High Regent Marlon Sularen of the Final Dawn insulted and humiliated by both Vandar Tarkin and Kyrel Ren had caused the Final Dawn to abandon it's plans to withdraw from Kal'Shebbol. Instead with the rise of new threats to Sularen's overall plans in the Outer Rim such as Tarkin's planned Confederation and the Rimward Trade League, the Final Dawn moved forth to strengthen it's presence in the Kathol Sector, increasing the size of it's garrison within Riekland Castle and moving naval assets to Karideph in order to defend a major naval installation there.

While the Director-Admiral had said before that the Final Dawn was unwilling to fight a war in the Outer Rim, recent events had proven that war was potentially inevitable. Sularen wanted to establish his supply network in the Outer Rim regardless of the costs and thus any threat to his operations there would have to be dealt with. Sevenar had been given a carte-blanche to operate in the Outer Rim as he saw fit as long as what he did advanced the long-term goals of the Final Dawn in the area, hence the strengthening of the Final Dawn's presence in the Kathol Sector and the reasoning for why Sevenar was here at Reikland Castle. Tarkin had made it clear that he was an enemy of the Final Dawn and that he would seek to undermine it's operations on Seswenna sooner or later, and as such the Director-Admiral's first priority was to secure the Shipyards and the Final Dawn's investments there. If Tarkin managed to get his hands on the Seswenna Shipyards not only would their foe gain access to a valuable asset that could be used against the Final Dawn but it would also deprive the Final Dawn from maintaining a foothold in the Seswenna Sector, one they would need if they were to deal with Tarkin via force at a later date. As such Dorian Sevenar began developing plans to ensure that this could never happen.

At first, Sevenar had simply thought of sending a Naval Task Force to defend Seswenna, but given Tarkin's warnings that any movement within the Seswenna Sector would cause a pre-mature war, one in which the Final Dawn was not 100% ready to deal with as it had yet to consolidate it's holdings in Utapau and the Kathol Sector. When it became apparent that the Final Dawn could not directly hold the Seswenna Shipyards without antagonizing Tarkin, Sevenar sought an alternative solution. One that would allow the Final Dawn to continue it's operations on Seswenna but without the need to directly control it. At the same time, the Director-Admiral caught word of a
Corporate Blockade on the World of Stobar by the so-called Milvayne Commercial Association. Upon further investigation, the Director-Admiral came across an impressive Corporate Flotilla much more modern and powerful then the Flotilla utilized by the Lux Astra Corporate Authority to blockade the Five Viels Trade Route. Seeing an opportunity to make up for the disaster at Eriadu by securing a new ally and to protect the Final Dawn's investment on Seswenna. The Director-Admiral had requested a meeting with the Chairman of the Milvayne Commercial Association Kaspar Biermann to discuss about a potential partnership between the Final Dawn and the Milvayne Commercial Association that could benefit both parties.

Unlike Imperials who were driven by either political ideals or personal agendas, Corporations only cared about profit and if Sevenar could turn this partnership into something profitable for both sides, then the ongoing issues regarding the Seswenna Shipyards would be of no concern to the Final Dawn, atleast for a while that was. Thus from his office, Sevenar continued to wonder off in his thoughts, gazing upon the landscape of Kal'Shebbol as he waited for the arrival of his guest. The High Regent would have his supply network one way or another, through any means necessary.

The Mirage-Class Superyacht known as |:| The Kerbal |:| exited hyperspace above the world of Kal'Shebbol within the Outer Rim Territories. A single occupant was alone within the on board sauna wrapped in only a towel. Steam poured from the room for a brief moment before the lone occupant walked out of the sauna room into his own personal abode on board his superyacht. A request from the Final Dawn had brought him here to a world formerly controlled by the Imperial Concordat Faction underneath Chief of State Cephiro Pagaarch. His ultimate disappearance intrigued him to some degree.

Entering into his closet to pick out some clothes for the meeting. Picking a form fitting black suit with a white undershirt and blue tie. His curly brown hair was groomed to perfection and his tinted glasses were placed over his nose. A full pack of
Shento Cigars were placed within the suit pocket to smoke during the meeting with the Final Dawn Representative. Checking over his appearance a single time; he grabbed his portfolio and files with both hard copies and digital copies. A successful businessman always was prepared for anything. The Superyacht finally broke through the atmosphere and began its descent down towards Reikland Castle.

After a few moments the yacht touched down and opened up its ramp. Allowing the Chairman of the Association to exit from the vessel alongside his personal aide and Chief Assessment Officer
Tucano Gunnay followed by his own aide of a Super Tactical Droid by the name of |:| Delfini |:| . He had a no nonsense aura about him as he walked down the pathway towards the front entrance. Securing a partnership was beneficial to himself but if he could squeeze a little extra from his host in exchange for greater gains than he would do such. After all his business model was to make a profit through any means necessary in order to satisfy his current shareholders and their deep pockets.

"I have a bad feeling about this; Chairman. These Imperials Types aren't known to properly negotiate fair terms." : Gunnay said adjusting his tall hat upon his head and looking over the datapad within his hand. He blamed all imperials for the downfall of the Neimoidian Empire of Trade. Although this bias towards their host would not serve them well at the table should discussions occur.

"I'm well aware of their reputation; Chief Officer Gunnay. But the prospect of earning revenue from an agreement outweighs the overall negative trend." : Biermann replied; brushing off the suggestion from his aide about the possibility of an unfavorable trade agreement between the Milvayne Commercial Association and the Final Dawn. He gazed over the file within his hand over the current information available about the Final Dawn. They were recently involved in a lot of skirmishes with a variety of different forces and were known to absorb other factions within them.

"As you say; Chairman." : Gunnay said as they made their approach towards the entrance of the castle itself. Looking around at the impressive architecture and the overall imperialization which reminded him of the Ancient Galactic Empire which destroyed the Trade Federation and much of the neimoidian purse worlds. His super tactical droid following behind.

The Entrance was in front of them now.

"Inform the Director-Admiral; that I have arrived." : Chairman Biermann said to the officials at the entrance. He would wait for an attendant to lead him up towards the Director-Admiral current location within the building itself.
