Malcoma was sold into slavery as a toddler. For years, she endured just about every kind of trauma imaginable. She was eventually traded to a Mandalorian mercenary who allowed her to buy her freedom. Once she did, plus a ride to Galactic City, she began to live and do odd jobs in the Underlevels. During one of these jobs, she fell victim to a local slave ring. There, she met another young woman, Kandra. They began plotting their escape together though they were often kept apart. The first stop they made as newly-freed women was the local CSF precinct. The officers convinced them that the ring would be taken care of. Then, Malcoma and Kandra went back to Malcoma's apartment, feeling safe. They weren't. Soon enough, they were picked back up by the same slavers. After escape #2, the girls finished the job themselves. They vowed to never trust any authority but their own to look out for them ever again. Their ranks began to grow.

Street Reputation​

Malcoma is known throughout most of the underworlds, namely Coruscant and Nar Shaddaa's, as a ruthless slaver. Stories through the grapevine vary a bit here and a bit there but all describe her as a woman who buys up slaves, normally females and one at a time. It's unknown what is done with them, but the unfortunate slaves that she gets her hands on are never seen again. Some speculate that she may be purchasing them only to murder them. Others think that Hesse may be supplying slaves to a selective extragalactic trade market only known to her.
