"You are right in that for an Empire to project its power, it must possess the instruments of death to which it might play at its leisure -- but used only when necessary, a fighting force molded in the crucible, trained to the highest standards possible to protect the people at their backs."
- Sovereign-Imperator

Following the Sith Empire’s defeat at Muunilist and Mygeeto, the New Imperial Order has successfully occupied the two planets, gathering the necessary resources in preparation for the next assault along the Braxant Run. Though none question the Sovereign-Imperator’s decision to continue the war, another question rises in its place. Are our borders safe? If the mighty Sith-Imperial regime could so easily fall victim to the merciless clutches of defeat, how can a much smaller powerbase hope to stave off the advance of those out for blood? While there are no easy answers to this particular question, the Imperial Assembly has called to further strengthen our borders. Baltizaar is the first in the latest wave of planets to welcome the New Imperial Order into their system, for a cost. Negotiations call the Imperial Knights to action against an organization of force-worshipping terrorists known as Bando Gora.
Though the cult dissolved sometime around 32 BBY following its leader’s death, it hadn’t faded entirely from history. Stories of the Bando Gora’s influence circulated through Baltizaar for generations. At first, parents told tales of the masked cultists, promising their children they’d be dragged off to join their ranks if they misbehaved. Eventually, those same children grew up, those stories ingrained into their minds as a means of contesting those who stood against them. Curious teenagers became volatile adults, taking up the mask in order to enact so-called justice on those who threatened their way of life. Maybe the modern Bando Gora had the potential to bring about some greater good once, but like most who accept the corrupting touch of Bogan, they fell to sin, their mantle once more instilling fear into the people of Baltizaar.
While the Imperial Knights, alongside the Stormtrooper Corps and other operatives spared from the front, engage the Bando Gora, the Imperial Assembly meet to discuss other matters entirely. High above Baltizaar’s surface, Grand Vizier

Baltizaar // Bando Gora Citadel // Breaching the Gates
Shortly after landing on Baltizaar, our forces were ambushed by a group of Bando Gora cultists. The combined might of the Force Corps and Stormtrooper Corps saw the brunt of their offensive not only repelled but outright destroyed. Many of the cult’s warriors met swift death at the end of an Imperial saber, the few survivors fleeing away to the hills and beyond. A reconnaissance unit tracked the cowards back to a series of tunnels weaving in and out of large sweeping hills, up to the base of a rocky mountain. Further intelligence revealed the remaining cultists not the warriors who assailed them hours earlier. Instead, the caves housed sick, wounded, and ill-prepared recruits left undefended.

Baltizaar // In Atmosphere // Aboard the Dissident Aggressor
While the Boys in White deliver absolution to terrorists planetside, the Imperial Assembly waits patiently for the newly christened Trade Federation. Moffs and Warlords alike assemble upon the deck of the Dissident Aggressor, the Sovereign-Imperator’s personal weapon of war. Though the name itself is recognizable, this recent iteration of the Trade Federation is only the latest of actors to stand upon the Great Galactic Stage. Even if the name

The war beckons, gentleman. Do you have what it takes to guide our great nation to victory?

Perhaps culling enemies of the state doesn’t draw your attention. Maybe you weren’t invited to the big kid’s table this year. Do not be disheartened. Balitzaar’s history goes back to the Clone Wars, where a Jedi Strike team fell to the dreaded Bando Gora. Dooku turned his back on the Jedi way of life here, already a servant to the infamous Darth Sidious. Even Princess Leia Organa saw merit in traveling to the mid-sector world when necessary. Carve out a story and leave your mark on Baltizaar’s history, as many have done before you.
