Darkness befalls the OUTER RIM. The free people of the RIMWARD TRADE LEAGUE are threatened by enemies within and without: Powerful forces of evil who seek to enslave, exploit, or eradicate any mote of Light that stands before it. Rising to the call of action are the men, women, and gentlebeings of the RIMWARD JEDI COALITION. Beneath the Laurel and Starbird, these brave Jedi stand firmly against the encroaching Darkness that threatens the League.
The Order is founded on the tenets of free will, self-awareness, and exploration of the Force as a living construct. They trace their roots to the pivotal Jedi Knights and Masters of the Rebel Alliance, adopting a more freeform, pragmatic approach to traditional Jedi teachings. To the Jedi of the Rimward Coalition, the Force is ever-flowing, and must be studied in both theoretical and practical capacities to truly understand its will. By following the call of the Light Side, they hope to guide the people of the Outer Rim toward a better, brighter future.

The Rimward Jedi Coalition is officially supported by the Trade League, who find common ground in their mutual vision of an Outer Rim devoid of tyranny and suffering. To this end, Jedi of the Coalition work in tandem with the League's various branches to rout out shadows of Darkness wherever they may hide. Each Jedi possesses a unique repertoire of strengths and skills that allow them to be an invaluable resource to the League's mission. They are afforded a great deal of personal freedom and judgement when it comes to operating against opposing forces, so long as the Coalition Code and the Law of the League are upheld.
When not occupied with matters of the Order, Coalition Jedi often find fulfillment in many sectors throughout League space; Lending their skills as investigators and scouts to the Rangers (Adepts), supporting diplomatic endeavors of League Councilors (Emissaries), or fighting alongside the Defense Forces (Vanguards) are among many escapades enjoyed by the Jedi when they are called upon by the League. However, not all Rimward Jedi find their calling among the rank and file of their allies; Others prefer to enjoy a peaceful distance from duty in the form of civilian pursuits, finding satisfaction in the simpler avenues of propriety, art, and trades.
While it is no secret that many beings are distrusting of the Jedi - some even viewing them as a threat rather than an ally - the Rimward Coalition does everything within its power to overcome lingering prejudices and come together when destiny calls for unity. Wherever it can, the Coalition aims to function as a supportive branch of society rather than a detached entity. In times of strife, the Jedi Order offers itself as peacekeepers, first responders, and advisors. When matters of the Force arise, the Rimward Council provides wisdom and guidance to the League's leadership.

While peacekeepers by virtue of convention, the Rimward Jedi Coalition recognizes the necessity for action in a region as turbulent as the Outer Rim. Slavers steal citizens from their homes, pirates dismantle local economies, and the ever-growing presence of the Sith threatens the very existence of Light-Side communities. These opposing forces are met swiftly and sternly by the Jedi Coalition , who will stop at nothing to ensure a safe and hospitable Outer Rim for the Order and the League.
Coalition Jedi are called upon to be trailblazers, pathfinders, and wayfarers. They are motivated by the preservation of not only themselves and their own spiritual identity, but the continuance of all walks of Light in the Outer Rim. Open-mindedness and a desire to share knowledge has earned the Coalition many strong allies among various sects of Force users, with whom they have forged a strong bond of brotherhood. It is not uncommon to find Jensaarai, Wardens, and Pilgrims among the Coalition's numbers. The challenges faced by the Trade League and the Order are ever-changing and take on many sinister forms, but the Jedi find immense strength in the unique experiences that each of their members bring to the table.

They actively work to establish footholds throughout the Rim, bastions of hope that are welcome to all who need them. To the Rimward Order, the ultimate measure of success is creating a safe haven where future generations of Jedi can not only survive, but flourish. The brightest future for the Coalition is one in which the Jedi are at harmony with the Force, with themselves, and with the free people of the Outer Rim. It is their goal to establish a network of Jedi enclaves, sacred sites, and Force Nexuses where their members can live and grow freely. The central hub of the Jedi Coalition is the Dagobah enclave, with sister settlements on Susevfi and Svivren.
Their vision begins with the Younglings and Padawans of the Order, who are trained under a fluid tradition of Jedi practices that were first established by Master Luke Skywalker centuries ago. An emphasis on flexibility, interconnectedness, and tolerance are the basis of Coalition beliefs. Padawans are instilled with an understanding of the Living Force and learn how it flows through all living things. Their studies often take them to various worlds within the Coalition's network, offering insight and lived experiences for young Jedi.
