[member="Lord Ajihad"] well it never clarified the bike is that far so that is left up to presumption. Also nothing says I can put my hand it and grab it in the sub. I'm not removing the bag to gain it's additional weight and sure it's "deep" but the item would be the closest item to the top so logic says it's the easiest to grab.

My post actually does say that, please read paragraph 2 :)

And if you've ever worked with alchemy, logic isn't really all too much of a factor as you may think. There are 40 zipped (I assume) pockets in total, with only 15 visible at one time. Therefore, assuming you did open the satchel and reach inside of it, the mask wouldn't be right there. You'd have to rummage around for a while.

That being said, I would still ask you to edit.

Since I'm by no means a master of alchemy, I shall see if we can get an expert witness on this.

I'll try to shorten this down for you to lessen your reading. If the Mask of Revan was stored in one of your Marauder's Bags, would someone essentially be able to run by, reach in real quick, and pickpocket it out of there in a flash?

That is highly unlikely.

For one, the bag is lined with a resin that will generally mask the presence of most force artifacts, save the exceptionally powerful from senses of others. As I'm not supremely familiar with Revan's mask or its potential properties without doing a lot of research, I'm not going to say one couldn't sense it in there, but with the resin it would still be difficult to trace. Visual witness of it being place in there is the best bet to knowing it is in there.

Next we have the properties of the bag, the density and distribution of the pockets. Depending upon where it was placed in the bag, the mask would be easy to hide by the user of the bag, and very difficult to find by someone not familiar with how the Marauder's bag works.

Short answer: No, they couldn't.

Impossible to simply reach into the bag and happen to grab it? Pretty much.

Most pockets within the Marauder's bags have flaps, covers, buckles, or zippers. I've not read this IC thread and, frankly, I don't plan to. If the mask was just thrown into the bag with no effort made to actually seal it in a pocket, yes you probably could just reach in and grab it. If effort was made to conceal the mask and seal it in there, then no, impossible, you would have to search for it. I just make the bags. You'll need to talk to Ajihad about the details.
