Built for the Ranger's in the field to provide a wrist mounted multi-tool they are able to use to repair and maintain gear when work benches are not close by or able to be used. The tubular casing is designed to function with the toolkit being designed in Sasori labs as they were setting it up to work for the ranger's. The multi-tools capabilities are there and able to be selected then retracted into the tube as they work on what is needed. Then it can go back in and be used later as needed. While a mini toolkit it is not the best but serves in a pinch. While a standard multitool has several tools within it that are not always needed the Ranger's one is slimmed down keeping the hydrospanner and a drill hooked to the power cell. A toothpick and small blade able to eject out for simple use.
