DESCRIPTION

After the failure of the Brotherhood of the Maw's first attempt to push into the Core at the Battle of Jedha and it's subsequent defeat during the Galactic Alliance's counter-offensive at Adrathorpe, Marlon Sularen, Grand Overseer of the Final Dawn began to make preparations for a major offensive in the Core Worlds starting with a new line of warships which included the massive Princeps Mark-II Battlecruiser, the Tyrant-Class Star Destroyer along with smaller vessels such as the Judgement-Class Light Cruiser and the Ascendant Mark-II Pocket Star Destroyer vastly upgrading and improving the Final Dawn's Naval Arsenal and making up for the heavy losses suffered at Jedha and Adrathorpe.

As the Brotherhood of the Maw prepares a new second push into the Core Worlds, Sularen began working on yet another line of new vessels this time to act as an intermediary between the Supremacy Mark-I Star Destroyer designed and mass-produced during the early days of the Second Great Hyperspace War, and a planned successor in the form of a Supremacy Mark-II Star Destroyer which Sularen intended to release sometime in the near-future. Thus work on the Pryde-Class Battlecarrier began, a 2,725 km behemoth and the latest addition of the long line of "Battlecarriers" developed by SularenCo for the Final Dawn as part of Grand Overseer Sularen's overall Battlecarrier Doctrine which envisioned a vast armada centered around Battlecarriers which could smash into entire enemy sector fleets even if outnumbered through a combination of overwhelming firepower and starfighter supremacy, two key aspects of winning a naval battle in Sularen's opinion.

Like other Battlecarriers fielded by the Final Dawn such as the Princeps Mark-II or the Invincible-Class , the Pryde-Class Battlecarrier holds a considerable amount of firepower and an impressive Point Defense system , a vast array of countermeasures and the famous three-layer shielding utilized within most Final Dawn Warships. In addition to that it also possess advanced systems such as Cloaking Devices , Gravity Wells and HIMS and state of the art Shield Force Multipliers thus allowing the ship to surpass similar-sized Alliance Warships such as the Reedemer-Class Star Defender and the Starhawk Mark-III Battleship both developed by the R.E.C a corporation whom Sularen has been at odds with for a long time.

The Pryde-Class is a ship to be reckoned with, and is yet another addition to the Final Dawn's Grand Overseer's large collection of Battlecarriers with these powerful warships having an important role to play in the planned Mawite push to the Core Worlds as part of Sularen's Task Force Vader. Alongside other iconic Warships associated with Task Force Vader such as Sularen's Flagship, the Predator along with the refitted Pellaeon-IVs and Phaetra-Class Battlecarriers , the Pryde-Class will soon form the spearhead of Sularen's planned Operation Frozen Hand ready to plunge a dagger into the heart of the Galactic Alliance.

Hey! Nice job with another strong submission. I do have a few comments that will need to be addressed, however.

Technical Specifications:

  • Armament: The amount of armaments listed for this vessel leads me to conclude that an ‘Extreme’ armament rating is more appropriate as opposed to a ‘Very High’ rating. Therefore, please either increase the rating to Extreme, or consider removing some of the more heavy armaments to bring this more in line.
  • Defenses: When considering the presence of the matrix armor, laser reflective armor and molecular shields in particular, this leads me to conclude that a ‘Very High’ rating is more appropriate as opposed to the ‘High’ rating listed. Please either increase to Very High, or consider adjusting the level of defensive technologies you are incorporating within this ship

Please tag me when these have been addressed. Thank you!
