---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alarms blared as the fleet of the Black Templar exited Hyperspace in a flash. They materialized in perfect sync across the stars, lined up in wedge formation. Her own flagship at the head of the spear. There wasn't much here, but there was a relay station.

A station which would be the first to go in a long Campaign. She'd taken a handpicked fleet of Officers she knew were smart, daring and had the guts of steel to pull off this operation.

"All units report green Ma'am." A young Ensign from the Comms station reported.

She nodded, clad in her massive power armor and gripped the rail. She made it a point never to sit during a battle and had the command chair stripped from the deck entirely. No nothing but a dull grey rust spot adorned where it had once laid.

"Scopes, what have we?"

"Nothing on scops but the station. Shall we commence operation."

"Aye. Set Condition One throughout the Fleet. All Fighters from DTS Decimator, Scramble. Attack formation."

"Orders away. Target?"

"Relay station. Wreck those satellites. Ardent Angel, Devastator, flank us. Vindictive Seraph, Ripper, and Wraith full speed ahead. arm all weapons and fire on the station."

She watched as scores of Jast Fighters screamed from the bays of her fleet, inbound in tight formations, weapons hot ready to blast the small relay station to smithereens.

"Sensing a distress signal Ma'am."

"Blackout, activate jamming. They get a warning, but not the whole feed."

Within seconds her Jast Blackout was jamming all freqs but their own, blasting static across the nets.

"Align remaining on our left flank and thirty degrees rear of our position. Prepare for Contact."

Aboard Kuat's Lament, Invictus-II Battlecruiser
Objective: Inspection

The freshly promoted Admiral Zahori Denko sat in her cabin aboard her new flagship, the Kuat's Lament, after the Galewind saw its demise at Kuat. She was sipping on a freshly made cup of caf as she looked over a datapad detailing information regarding inspections of naval stations throughout Sith Empire space. Her green eyes were locked on the data she scrolled through on the datapad. All seem clear and good until one thing caught her eye. She moved her finger from the datapad and to a button on her console. The hologram of Commander Uvkithis appeared on her desk as she pressed the button.

"Commander, could you explain to me why the miners at Yavin have yet to check in?"

"We are currently investigating that, ma'am. As of right now, we are unsure. No one is answering our hails and we are prepared to send an envoy as procedure dictates."

"Screw procedure." The commander's hologram disappeared as Zahori removed her finger from the button. Her hand moved over to the right and pressed another button. Another officer appeared before her via hologram. "Captain, prep the fleet for hyperspace to Yavin. It seems they are unable to report in with their hourlies so I will see for myself what the holdup is. I want it done immediately."

"Yes, Admiral."

Scorchblade fleet was slowly becoming a decorated fleet wihle under the command of Admiral Denko. She has commanded them through countless victories with little to no sacrifice. Zahori had hoped that this check-in would be different than what had happened at Muunilist, but, as she always did, she assumed the worst and thought it best to bring the entirety of the Scorchblade fleet to Yavin. Each ship fired up their respective hyperdrives and, upon readiness, entered hyperspace.

Aboard The Gusion , Marr Class Star Destroyer
Maridun, Daragan Trail
Battlegroup Gehenna Standing-by

The armored Sith General stood on the bridge of The Gusion his arms crossed behind his back as he stared out into the void of space. After their trip to ensure the security of Ossus had been completed, Vexen had pulled his men out, leaving the construction efforts on Ossus to his fellow Sith, redirecting his attention elsewhere. His battlegroup, dubbed Gehenna had relocated themselves to a trade hub where the Mara Corridor and the Daragan Trail intersected at Maridun. Holding this system was currently his own objective, having commissioned an Interdiction Cruiser on the hub to ensure no unauthorized vessels passed through. The bridge of the Marr Class Star Destroyer he stood upon was busy as per usual, the regular chatter of officers and personnel filling the air.

Vexen would retain his rigid posture as he stared out into the abyss of space, contemplating a great many things that ran through his mind, otherwise lost in his own thought, The Kimaris and Shax appeared from either side of The Gusion's bridge, moving at a slightly faster clip compared to the other ships in Battlegroup Gehenna, with The Flauros and Barbatos trailing behind and The Orias taking up the rear. They maintained their position relative to one another as they awaited any news or need for them to be positioned elsewhere.

An officer would perk up from his post as he rushed over to Vexen, holding a datapad in his hand. Vexen's attention would be drawn to the approaching officer as his head turned to look down at the smaller man. The officer would clear his throat before speaking up, not wanting to keep the Sith Knight waiting, "Admiral Denko has mobilized her fleet and is currently en route to the Yavin system." Vexen would stare at the officer in silence, giving him a nod before speaking in his heavily vocoded voice, "Maintain our position and keep me updated on Admiral Denko's status. I have yet to congratulate her on her promotion." The officer would nod as he scampered back off to his post, Vexen raising a hand to stroke his helmet's chin. What business could the Admiral have in the system where the Saaraishash headquarters was located?

Kiso had never met this Trask person in general, all she really knew was that her adoptive mother had trained the girl and some point and was regarded as a family friend. Though some would say it was very little to go on Kiso trusted her mothers instincts more then anything else, and when news reached her about the woman amassing a fleet around Yavin to prob TSE defenses, well the Cyborg General was more then wiling to lend a hand. More so since her forces where repulsed during the evacuation of Dellalt, the Sith forces being much more then she had anticipated, but this time, this time things would be different, instead of a small fleet of light ships and escorts she was bringing a small battle group on this sortie. Was it overkill? no, she knew the Sith would be able to field a massive fleet and respond quickly, their slave driven ship yards and warmongering culture able to pump out ship after ship without much care for those that they ruled.

'Soon, soon they will get a taste of their own medicine, soon they will know what it fleets like to be on the end of the genocide stick, we will show them that the Sith can protect their worlds, we will instigate rebellion suck their resources dry". Once again, maybe a little over the top but still Kiso wanted the Sith, at least once to suffer like that caused to many others, to have a important city reduced to rubble and have the people mummer against then and turn on their leaders. "General coordinates plotted on your order we will jump", came a deck officer drawing the general out of her daydream trace, "very good, all ship, engage hyper drives, let us give these Sith a warm welcome".

White streaks of the billions of stars rushed passed the ships bridge as the eight ship group jumped into the black void from it's staging location, crew member quickly taking their battle station, no one knowing what would be on the other side. Would the be greeted with a full Sith Fleet in combat with Trask? would their be no one there at all? it was a mystery, a rather heart racing mystery.

"All freqs are jammed, but we have detected two very large hyperspace shadows nearby."

Karren nodded, gripping the railing a little harder, fury and fire in her veins. She watched as the Jast Heavy Fighters descended upon the relay satellites, spitting mass driver rounds towards them, saturating the space with heavy rain.

"I had anticipated as much. No doubt Sith reinforcements. Prepare our weapons, firing solutions partial to the Relay Station itself, the rest will be on their approach vector."

Comms, Gunnery, the XO, they all scrambled to carry out Karrens orders like a well oiled machine. Not because they feared her, but because they believed in her. They believed in the cause. To see the Sith burn at their hands. They wanted to follow her, needed to follow her.

"Solutions are locked on the Relays station Ma'am."

"Very well. Recall the fighters. Refit, Re arm and prep for scramble. Gunnery, weapons away."

"Aye Ma'am!"

Withing a few second she felt the thunder of guns rattle the deck as the DTS Citadel One's eighty dual Heavy Mass Drivers spat round after tungsten cored round towards the station. Streams of iron fire pumped towards the ventral sections.

“Copy that, Commander” Arsaces fell in formation with the rest of his squadron. He was not the superior ranking officer here, nor should he be. He and four other Sith Imperial TIE Interceptorshttp://starwarsrp.net/topic/117319-sith-imperial-tie-interceptor/ turned course in space, and headed in the opposite direction. Trouble was on the horizon.

Arsaces had sought to get close to Yavin because of his growing interest in the Saaraishash. He had not anticipated any combat action here. Or rather, he imagined he could easily be sent out and forced to deal with some, but not in this system.

His small complement of fighters were but one of many minor squads floating about in the area, currently under the authority of @Korr Vexen aboard the Gusion. Their new orders were to cut their patrol short and fall in with the Marr-class Star Destroyer and stick close to it until further orders were received. They probably hadn't even scrambled their own fighters yet, or maybe they were in the process of doing so now. Either way, he imagined space was about to get real crowded real soon.

ADM Zahori Denko
Aboard Kuat's Lament, Invictus-II Battlecruiser

Objective: Hold the line

Several Imperial warships exited hyperspace just behind the fleet assaulting Yavin's defenses. The attack was coordinated well as they had effectively blocked all communications from the system, but without a feigned signal from one of their ships to fool the Imperials into believing there was no attack, the Empire had to act. Zahori looked on from the bridge of Kuat's Lament as the attackers were barraging the satellites and stations in orbit around Yavin heavily. What had her baffled was the size of the fleet attacking Yavin. She couldn't decipher their reasoning for such small ships when most, if not everyone in the galaxy, know that the Empire boasts warships of impeccable size and strength. Perhaps they were going for the outmaneuver your enemy tactic. That seemed to be the case.

"All ships, fire when ready. I want each one of those ships taken out."

With Zahori's order, Scorchblade Fleet began to fire upon each of the enemies ships. The combined firepower of Scorchblade Fleet was remarkable and devastating, to say the least. Each ship within boasted advanced heavy weaponry and superior technology that would make this battle an easy day for the Empire. EWAR decks across all ships began work on jamming the enemy fleet's communication systems, pilots were scrambling to their fighters and bombers, interdictors activated their gravity wells, and Zahori watched as a rain of fire came down upon her enemy.

"Ma'am, fleet has arrived from behind us! They're jamming!"

She glanced at the tac map and grinned. Now it was on. Though they had EWAR Jamming, the Jast Blackout was jamming as well, working to cut off any communications. That meant that both fleets would likely be operating in the dark. Heavy fire rained into her own rear flank, arcing across shields, splashing them blue and crackling them like lightning. Citadel One rocked under her feet.

"Report on systems?"

"Shields Holding! We're taking a beating though!"

Her grip grew even tighter, power fist crushing the rail under her grasp.

But Karren was no Micro Manager, and they'd come up with their own standard procedure for just an event. They'd drilled it a few hundred times as well.

"Fire signal bursts from our Ion cannon. Attack protocol Gamma. Signal all vessels to focus fire for effect on that ship there."

She pointed to Kuats Lament

"Aye!"

She knew her Captains well, they were handpicked, and able to act of their own accord.

"All vessels receive, moving now."

The fleet turned, all guns blazing. Ion cannons, Mass Drivers and Proton Torpedoes arcing in droves towards the enemy Admirals ship. Meanwhile they began to form a single Column, DTS Citadel in the center, pointed towards the incoming Sith Fleet.

The Jast Starfighter Killer unloaded wave after wave of flak and quad cannon into the ball of fighters. Her own were in reserve, and for good reason...

Aboard The Gusion , Marr Class Star Destroyer
Hyperspace, en route to Yavin System
Battlegroup Gehenna In Transit

Vexen stared out into the blackness of space continuing to deliberate on his own. Starfighters flew by the bridge in tight formations as the usual patrols were out and about. A larger part of the time he spent in system had been spent doing nothing but monitoring the system. In the distance a large fleet of Star Destroyers maintained their position, the larger group being tasked with always maintaining this position while Vexen's battlegroup slowly drifted through space.

Vexen's head would turn as there seemed to be a slight shift in the atmosphere. Something was off, and it was brought to his attention as the same officer that had given a report earlier approached the Sith General once more. The officer would clear his throat before speaking up, "The status updates on Admiral Denko you requested have... ahem... We've lost contact with her fleet as soon as they've exited hyperspace in the Yavin system sir..."

Vexen would turn his gaze away from the officer and back out the viewport. This was troubling news to the Sith General. The loss in communication with not only Admiral Denko, but the system that was home to the Saaraishash's headquarters was indeed something that could be no mere coincidence. The officer was rambling until Vexen raised a hand for him to silence himself. The officer shut his mouth as Vexen's voice boomed throughout the bridge and over the comms of the surrounding vessels in his battlegroup, "Recall fighter patrols. All ships, prepare for jump to lightspeed. Destination Yavin system."

Vexen's battlegroup would make preparations to make the jump. awaiting all their respective fighter squadrons to return before blinking out of existence. Before The Gusion made its jump, a message was sent to different recipients; the first being the admiral that was staying in the Maridun system, an order left to alert the neighboring fleets to make jumps to Yavin should they fail to report back. The latter message was sent to Khonsu Amon of the Golden Company and his vessel to accompany Vexen's battlegroup to the Yavin system immediately.

A feeling of tense anticipation engulfed the ships crew as Task Force Korekushon neared the jungle planet where so many other ships had met their end, the white streaks surrounding the fleet dissipating as they referred back to real space, being greeted with an already one sided battle. Taking a quick look at the currets fleets Kiso was a little bit surpised by how small Karren's was, only 6 capital ships by the looks, most around the size of a frigate, one ship that seemed to be a carrier and two smaller support ships. True it was not a bad fleet, but against the current Sith forces it would not stand a chance, and by the force had the Sith brought quite the battle group. Five, they had Five large capital ships each seeming to be around 3500 meters long, then 5 more around 2000 meters, jut that along being a challenge but to make things worse the fleet came with around 4 interdictor looking star destroyers with gravity wells on them.

Sure her own flag ship the Tenyruu (ship class X) was much larger then anything present, just the shear numbers of the enemy fleet was a problem, but hopefully if acting fast enough her fleet could give them a nice upper cut before things go south. "Captain have our main weaponry along with Kuma and Nagato (Valiant Class Star Destroyer) focuses fire on that destroyer looking ship right here", she replied, pointing Kalee (Marr-class Star Destroyer), have the, "also give me a sit rep on our composite laser beam, I have a feeling that we will use it". Her current Invicidus class battle cruiser having a composite laser beam similar to the death star, but smaller, if used the right way the battle may become more balanced, if all went well.
"In the mean time tell the Jintsuu, Ooyodo and-Kitakami (Admonitor Class Pocket Star Destroyers) to change up their rail guns and focused on one of those gravity well star destroy, we will need to destroy them if we wish to escape".

Well more like for Karren to escape, Kiso fleet having dropped in behind the Sith fleet meaning the would be able to maneuver and retreat if need be, "yes general, what about the frigates"? "Keep them on stand by, but their captains they are free to user their own rail guns to attack any targets the see fit, in addition have all fighters deployed and ships keep formation for the time being". Keeping in a standing position Kiso looked on as her fleets 3 main capital ships started opening fire onto a Mar class destroyers, the small Pocket star destroyers doing the same to one of the gravity well craft that the Sith had.

The space sky lit up with green blaster bolts from the Shrouded Republics task fleet, as each ship took aim and fired, a rather spectacular show of light, a new battle of Yavin had beginning. Though Kiso did wonder, what thoughts where going through the Sith commanders mind right now at this new development, excited at a new challenge? or angary and blood thirsty, who knew, but it the cyborg general did want to know who her opponent was.

RELAY STATION
Above Yavin - Under attack

"Shields are holding, but our satellites are being shredded out there. We can hold out like this for a while, but not indefinitely"
"We can't get through their jamming, but optical survey has spotted two fleets entering system." "One is Sith Imperial by their markings, they have engaged the attacking fleet. The second, we hope it is reinforcements"
"-Sir! The second fleet is attacking our reinforcements! They are not here to help us. I repeat: The second fleet has taken hostile action!"

Joycelyn Zambrano rubbed an armoured knuckle against her lips as they thinned into a hard line. Her eyes stared out of the viewports as the messages rained in, each one complicating the situation further.

"Keep the shields boosted, we will not lose this relay station today." "Find out whose ship that is, scour the known records. A ship that size cannot have gone unregistered." "I want to know who we are dealing with." "Yes captain."

Her armoured fist fell from her lips to softly curl around the railing. The Armada fleet that had sprung to their defence was sizeable, but she did not like to leave the fate of her charge in the hands of the unknown. This relay station represented a mending between her people and the Empire's interests on Yavin after a cult claiming to be of the Ember resisted Sith-Imperial control. They had been foolish to do so, and unaligned with the will of Vahl.

"We aren't going to pierce through their jamming from here."

Her head shook slowly from side to side, but her eyes were set on the exchange of fire between the fleets outside. It was a deadly light-show of plasma and fire-pockets, she could practically hear the roars of engines and blast waves.

"Our enemy mutes and deafens us. We can see, we can fight, but we cannot communicate." "What would be your suggestion for such a situation?"

The question was turned to the half-vahla one step behind and next to her, [member="Alexa Typhe"]. Joycelyn had not turned to look at her, but stared at the redhead's reflection in the transparisteel.

Joycelyn herself had an idea, but as usual she wanted to hear some opinions. She wanted to cross-reference what she saw, test her hypothesis before putting it into action. Any seasoned commander knew that a plan that was never questioned never held true in the end. And for the first time, Joycelyn was playing a longer game than living to the end of the battle and maybe enjoying some booze at the end.

It seemed obvious to her.

She took a step in and ended up next to the other half Vahla.

Alexa was tall, far taller than she had any right to be, which was probably the only reason why she didn't feel dwarfed by the giant next to her. "Take one of the boarding pods and crash through their defenses." Alex murmured as her own gauntled fingers brushed the railing she was leaning on. The edge of her metal was sharp and it scratched against it, leaving marks, it was anticipation barely contained. She could feel it rising, the realization that there was killing to be done.

Far preferable to the boredom and tediousness she had been preparing herself for before now.

"Rip them to shreds inside and take their flagship over." The half-blood continued with a small smile slowly gaining ground. "Then crash it into their formation."

Once those thoughts started propping themselves up one by one in her brain Typhe pushed herself off the railing. "Sounds exciting, feel free to tag along." People like Joyce and the other Vahla would have had to make their peace with Alexa by this point.

Barely restrained.

Chaotic.

Suicidal practically.

Already she was moving away from the viewport with the hangar bays in mind. Either some of them would follow or they wouldn't- Alexa would gladly start cutting on her own.

Onboard Kuat's Lament
Currently: Preparing

"I think it's about time we use the IIUs. Have them ready to be deployed via the Drochs."

The battle had just gotten more interesting. Several more ships had just exited hyperspace and had begun the attack on Zahori's fleet. The Imperial ships were holding strong against the enemy fire while they were doling back heavier fire of their own. The Kuat's Lament was facing the brunt of the attack, of course. Zahori had painted a target on her back with her countless victories against enemy fleets so it is of no surprise to er that her ship be the main target.

Just another day in the office.

"All ships, full power to maneuvering thrusters and turn towards the rear to face the fresh fleet. We'll test out our new tech on the big one."

Zahori left the bridge after giving her orders, leaving for the hangar. "Is my fighter ready?"

"Yes, ma'am. We've prepared it just ask you asked."

"Good. And the Drochs?"

"Ready to launch."

As the fleet turned around as ordered, their targeting changed. Now all of Scorchblade fleet focused their fire on the largest ship in the enemy fleet. The combined barrage of fire from the entirety of Scorchblade fleet was unleashed upon the assumed lead ship of the opposing fleet. It was a beautiful stream of color as the impressive arsenal boasted by Imperial ships tore through space.

Total Fighters

The tide of battle was turning as the Shrouded Republic Fleet entered the battle. Karren scoffed as the enemy Admiral turned her back on the smaller fleet. For a second she was split between making good their escape at sublight, outrunning the large fleet; or standing and fighting. The men knew what kind of mission this was. They were supposed to be in and out, only to gauge the response time of the Sith war machine

Which is considerable.....

She made her decision.

"Wow thats karking bold," She remarked.

"Ma'am, shields are recharging!"

"The enemy commander must be either cocky, threatened considerably, or incredibly stupid."

Her fleet far outclassed the enemy in speed, something Jast Vessels made up for, rather than packing on the firepower.

"Signal, fire ion bursts. Lateral formation, spin us around, DTS Citadel as the Axis. I want each vessel right up their backsides, and stay on them like stink on bantha crap. Split firing solutions between their engines and the Relay station."

"Aye Ma'am!"

Their shields were recharging rapidly, and the vessels burned into formation, now delivering a hammering of Ion and Kinetic rounds towards the Engines of Scorchblade fleet.

Damn Star Destroyers have a few weaknesses, bridge and rear firing arcs.....

"Helm signal Ion bursts with our Cannon, release all fighters to Target Kuats Lament, bridge and shield generators."

"Aye!"

Jast Heavy Fighters screamed from the sides of the fleet and the Pocket Carrier, heavy weapons and missiles discharging as they scissored in to make their attack runs. Meanwhile about a third of the fleets guns still hammered the relay station, sending waves of tungsten rounds and Buzz Droid missiles their way....

RECAP

  • Fleet Rotates back to Lateral
  • Shields recharge
  • Positions close to rear of Scorch Blades vessels (Denying Firing Arcs in many cases)
  • Splits fire between Station and Engines of Scorchblade

Exiting Hyperspace, Yavin System
Battlegroup Gehenna arriving

The crew of his vessel, as well as the other ships currently in transit to the Yavin system within Battlegroup Gehenna, were buzzing with activity, everyone scrambling to prep for possible battle. Vexen would turn on his heel as he gave out orders to his own capital ship as well as sent out to the other vessels, " Prepare all squadrons for immediate deployment once we have exited hyperspace. All hands to battle stations. We will remain in formation until we've gauged the situation. " The bridge crew would begin sounding alarms and issuing orders as Vexen exited the bridge, as he left the main door behind him a pair of Akguza Guards following closely behind him dressed in their cloaks. Legion soldiers would scramble in an orderly fashion as they made their way to the hangars, prepping for potential boarding actions if need be, or being ready in the event that they themselves were boarded.

The ships would slip out of hyperspace, entering the black void with the planets of the Yavin system. Battlegroup Gehenna had appeared in the area coming in at a perpendicular heading to Kiso's fleet, positioned on a path that would take them below the vessels of the Ancient Eye on a straight course. Vexen would receive a comm message from the bridge personnel, " Sir, we have an unidentified fleet and one that has been identified as vessels of The Ancient Eye. Our communications are being jammed so we are unable to establish communications with the captains of their vessels. Admiral Denko's fleet is engaged with the enemy and the nearby Yavin fleets are on approach. Deploying all squadrons as per your orders General. "

The Ancient Eye? Curious why they would be foolish enough to declare an attack against The Sith Empire, it was very much so a declaration of war to go and attack them without provocation. No matter, Vexen would personally see to meeting with the captain of their capital ship and get some answers. " Establish communications with Admiral Denko and the rest of our forces in range via comm laser and inform them that my troops will board their ships. The Ancient Eye's battlecruiser is to be spared, the rest are free to do with as they wish. " Vexen would arrive in the hangar as dozens of transports were being loaded with droids and Legion soldiers. Hundreds of SE-K9 'Fang' Wardroids equipped with jetpacks for EVA combat were taking off as they began to fly off into the void of space, heading for the hull of The Tenryuu to begin boarding operations.

Fighters began to take off, scrambling to engage the ships from below them as transport vessels were taking off. All batteries were focusing fire on the support ships to the starboard of Kiso's formation which was where Battlegroup Gehenna was approaching from, Vexen himself boarding one of the transports awaiting the moment where they were close enough to get within boarding range without getting shot down. The mercenaries with his fleet were already given their orders. Blitz The Tenryuu and prevent it from being able to flee the system.

The Tenryuu rocked and and shuddered as the Sith Fleet concentrated fire, leaving the other craft safe for the time being, a decent straatigy, knock out the head of the snake withers away. More then that the Invictus Class BattleCruiser was easily the largest threat here, and came with quite the surprise, something the Sith fleet would soon find out. "Commander our shield are down to 60%, shall we pull back to abate their fire? "... do it slowly, but make where still in range fire our composite laser beam at that destroyers, also fire up the Hyper Velocity Cannons too but don't shoot yet, I want that ship down or crippled at the least". "In the mean time have our Valiant Class refocus fire onto that interdictor, Trask fleet wont be able to jump unless they are take care of".

"Eye eye, Prepare to fire everyone brace", the bridge became anxious with anticipation as the Tenryuu fired up its composite laser, several smaller beams aligned together from different parts of the battle cruisers deck, a large green beams streaking across the stars aimed for Kalee. All the while both the Kuma and Nagato along with the three ACPSD continued to unload on the 'Dragons claw', all while slowly pulling back, unforuntaly they where in for a nasty surprise, alarms sounding around the senors station, "we have incoming vessel from hyper space, they all seem to be Sith class ship, they are below up general". "What? just grea-", "There opening fire on our flak frigate and Pocket Destroyer, now counting one of those Marr destoyers, 3 frigates an carrier and interdictor variant".

"Kuso.. how badly damaged are they"? Pocket shields Destroyers are failing, our frigates taking damage", "Tell them to pull back to our port bow, make sure we have the rest of our Destroyers cover Port side and make sure our flak frigates are out of the line of fire, have them act as rear guard". "Tell the Valiants and our to turn what ever guns thy can on to the new fleets closest frigate, hopefully we can get rid of them before the main force pummels us into dust". "Keep the TIE's in defensive patter, in the mean time have our Death gliders try and attempt on the inderdictor, make sure the stealth fighters give them cover". The deck commander issued the order out to the present ships, both the Jintsuu and Fubaki, pulling back around the back on the Tenryuu, while Kuma and Nagato started to put focus onto the new fleet, but yet to pick a target".

While that was happening the Shrouded Republics T-77 Talon engaged their cloaking fields, secretly escorting the Death Gliders on an attack run around the enemy fleet and towards the interdictor. "I just hope this goes well, I do not want this to happen like last time, but the question is, why so many ship? is the TSE that powerful they can field a massive force for any planet? if that is the case I worry for the rest of the galaxy".

A call was placed in the middle of the night to Fiolette's personal holo aboard the Fleetwood.

The request was simple enough and the reward was just as that - curry favor within the Sith Empire. She knew the game and how it worked, and here now was the Galidraani admiral aboard one of her old ships on her way to the Yavin System. In all fairness, the Sith-Imperial Navy needed no assistance but want? That's another matter entirely, of course, it made Fiolette feel like something of a privateer. Though she supposed that's where all this was leading anyway. There was a freedom to it, after all, to fly under your own banner and that is what the Black Talons were. They were hers from the ground up, built with her own shipyards and financed with her own credits. The Victorian Task Force sped through hyperspace with a few of their niche vessels, aimed to assist the Sith-Imperial Navy against these would be freedom fighters, pirates whatever they thought themselves.

"Inform Admiral Denko that we shall arrive shortly."

On Kuat, the Black Talons saw their first fight and since then have grown in number fastly becoming Fiolette's go-to combat group and as they continued their trek, their Sith-Imperial allies would note that the Black Talons had grown since Kuat. Having recovered their losses and gone through on a recruitment drive. Gold and red markings of the Victorian Task Force's signature V logo seemed to glitter beneath the azure hue of hyperspace.

ADM Zahori Denko
Onboard Kuat's Lament
Currently: Bringing the rain

Despite the fresh threat appearing behind Scorchblade fleet, Zahori knew better than to forget about the initial attackers. Once the Imperial fleet was able to fire on both fleets with it's broadside cannons, they stopped turning and focused power back to shields and weapons. This allowed the fleet to fire on both of the enemy fleets while each ship's rear was covered by another one, leaving no room for error. The firepower was spread out a bit more, but the ability to fire on both fleets would prove beneficial in the long run. Kuat's Lament was taking heavy damage to it's shields, but it continued to hold strong. Meanwhile, all TIE Heavies engaged the Jast heavies as they focused on Kuat's Lament. The TIEs numbered over a thousand, effectively outnumbering the enemy fighters 60 to 1.

Meanwhile, Zahori pulled herself into the Malicious One and began the startup sequence. The HUD illuminated with data and the engines began firing up to signal Zahori that her prized fighter was ready for battle. The final piece of the puzzle was all that was left. Zahori reached below and raised the Pellucid Crown and placed it onto her head. All suddenly became clear to her. Nothing clouded her mind and nothing would.

She was prepared to fight.

From the hangar of the Kuat's Lament came the Malicious One, directly engaging the Jast heavies with her starfighter's heavy weaponry. Any attacks on her starfighter were easily repelled by the advanced shielding protecting her ship. Should the shields fail, the Malicious One's impervium hull would be more than enough to handle whatever thrown at it. With Zahori now on the battlefield, the enemy fighters would be dispatched swiftly.

"Admiral, we've recieved a message from General Kor Vexen. He is in command of a task force that has just entered the system. He asks that we hold fire on the enemy battlecruiser as he attempts to board the vessel. Orders, ma'am?"

"Very well. Revert all fire from the battlecruiser and take out the rest."

"Yes ma'am."

RELAY STATION - EXITING
Above Yavin - Under attack

A smile crept over Joycelyn's lips. It was exactly what she had wanted to hear: Bloodthirst. Light scattered over the shields like a shower of sparks, kept at bay by the slowly waning primary shield. Joycelyn turned her back on it, one hand lingering on the rail by the clawed fingertips of her gauntlets.

"Prepare vessels for boarding action." "Maintain full auxiliary power on the shields."

"Captain. Reinforcements have arrived, We are reaching out through com laser to coordinate defences." "We have identified the larger vessel as Ancient Eye make."

"Make sure that information gets to the Saaraishash"

The black cape with its white fire emblem trailed behind Joycelyn as she made her exit from the tactical bridge of the relay station. Ensign, Skarov Rav, followed right behind with a datachip containing copies of the visual identification of the Tenryuu. They both took the shortest route to the hangar bay, where she would no doubt find Alexa boarding and ready for combat. Skarov darted off to the left, going for the Omicron shuttle with a handful of Legionaries and a worthwhile pilot.

Meanwhile, SI/AITs were loaded and fuelled. There were not that many, but with the will of the Force, it would serve for a swift incursion.

"We circle around and hit them from the rear while they are busy fighting the fleets. That is where their weapons are the weakest."

The shuttles took off and slipped out of a glip on the far side of the shields. The Omicron went straight for Yavin IV while the SI/AITs circled around from behind the station. Joycelyn placed the black helmet upon her head and felt the moment of tightness as the armour sealed onto her body.

"Vahl is watching, so let us make them burn."

RELAY STATION
Above Yavin - Moving to engage
[member="Joycelyn Zambrano"]

Joyce was quite correct in her assumption.

She would find Alexa on-board one of the boarding ships already, having commandeered it and forced the pilot to engage the launch protocols already. It meant that the moment the Zambrano took a step on-board that the ramp closed behind her with a hissss and they were already off. Several minutes before the other transports were launching themselves.

Such was the risk of fighting with Alexa... there was always excitement.

"Their ashes will be scattered, the fog rising up as a gift to the Goddess Vahl." Alexa replied softly in return with her eyes closed and hands wrapped into one another. Had she been waiting before the action, Typhe might have started pacing in anticipation. But the Vahla knew what they were about to do, the action was already executed and now there was only the slow regard of silent things.

It was almost meditative as within her core Alexa slowly processed her last dinner an hour ago.

Hopefully there was someone tasty on-board...

The return fire started two minutes later forcing their transport to maneuver hard, avoiding being dashed out of the cold vacuum of space. "Vahl is with us." Alex murmured next, before jumping up from her crossed seat and to her feet. One of her arm shifted into a blade, a short one this time, perfect for close-ranged combat. It made her core shiver just a little bit as the Shi'ido re-orientated some of her body mass to accommodate the shift.

"Incoming!" The pilot shouted over the comms as the transport moved to burst through the hangar bay of the enemy's flagship.
