STRENGTHS
  • Command Ship | Designed as a Command Ship, the Praetor Mark-II acts as the centerpeice of any offensive fleet, spearheaded the charge against enemy forces and providing the fleets it is attached to with much needed heavy firepower and enough starfighters to counteract anything brought forth by the enemy.
  • Dreadnought Killer | Equipped with a vast amount of heavy offensive weaponry, the Final Dawn's Praetor Mark-IIs are designed with a similar purpose to their cousins the Princeps Mark-II, that being their ability to stand up to enemy Dreadnoughts and inflict considerable damage, although it should be noted that while a single Praetor Mark-II while able to deal some damage against Dreadnought-sized Warships would not be able to outright destroy one.
  • Powerful Defenses | The Praetor Mark-II is equipped with an extensive network of defenses which include powerful Anti-Starfighter Defenses, an advanced three layer shielding system, Shield Force Multipliers and heavy armor providing it with a great degree of protection against heavy attacks from enemy starfighters and warships
  • Durability | Like it's cousin, the Princeps Mark-II, the Final Dawn Praetor Mark-II is also designed to be durable capable of withstanding prolonged assaults' from anything from large swarms of starfighters, to numerically superior fleets to even Dreadnoughts and Super Star Destroyers, although it is not indestructible and simply this only gives the Praetor Mark-II greater survivability rates in battles rather then simply being an invincible foe.
WEAKNESSES
  • General Mobility | Like most Warships within the arsenal of the Final Dawn, the Praetor Mark-II lacks any significant Speed and Maneuverability which could be very disadvantageous when dealing with smaller and more mobile warships that can easily flank around the Praetor Mark-II.
  • Exposed Rear | Another common weakness among Final Dawn Warships are the vulnerable rear sections of their warships, which lack any significant Anti-Starfighter or Anti-Capital Ship Defenses allowing enemy Starfighters and Warships to easily disable the engines of a single Praetor Mark-II if they manage to bypass the shields first
  • Shield Force Multipliers | If the Shield Force Multipliers are utilized to counter a concentrated attack from enemy forces such as a Nova Flare from enemy starfighters, an Alpha Strike from various Warships or the concentrated firepower of a special weapon such as an Autocanon or Hypervelocity Canon, the rest of the ship's shielding will be significantly weaker and thus more vulnerable to attacks, but this effect only lasts as long as the Shield Force Multiplier is active
  • Large Profile | The Praetor Mark-II has a large profile and thus can easily be identified and targeted by enemy warships which can often make it the target of concentrated attacks that can slowly wear down the Large Battlecruiser.
DESCRIPTION
The Praetor Mark-II Battlecruiser was the Imperial successor to the Galactic Republic's Praetor Mark-I Battlecruiser which saw use during the Clone Wars. Designed and produced early on during the reign of the Galactic Empire, the Praetor Mark-II was a powerful battlecruiser, generally fielded as the centerpiece of large Imperial Task Forces with the ability to bring a serious amount of heavy firepower to the Battlefield. However they were deemed as less fear-inspiring then the massive Star Dreadnoughts and less versatile then the traditional Imperial Star Destroyer resulting in the production of the vessel being halted very quickly with only a few Praetor Mark-IIs having been constructed.

Due to the rarity of the Praetor Mark-IIs they were largely stationed on key Core Worlds to defend them against Rebel and later New Republic incursions, although due to it's impressive size and strength, they were often deployed on dangerous missions on the fringes of Imperial space. Eventually the Praetor Mark-II would fade into obscurity after the Galactic Civil War as large Battlecruisers and Star Dreadnoughts were abandoned in favor of higher quality Star Destroyers and Cruisers. However this did not mean the end for the Praetor Mark-II Battlecruiser. After the four-hundred year darkness in 874 ABY, an Admiral from the era of the Original Galactic Empire named Cephiro Pagaarch woke up from his stasis, having been frozen in such a state for over eight centuries. Upon getting up to date with the ongoing state of affairs in the galaxy, Pagaarch would set forth to establish the Imperial Concordat of Powers.

During his efforts to establish what would become known as the Imperial Concordat, Cephrio Pagaarch came across a small fleet of abandoned Imperial-era Praetor Mark-IIs eventually using them as the centerpeice of his growing fleet and even taking one of those older Praetors as his own Flagship naming it the Preservation. However the Imperial Concordat itself would be short-lived as Pagaarch would suddenly disappear from the known galaxy, which would result in the Imperial Concordat and it's assets which included the Preservation ending up being absorbed into the Final Dawn, during it's ventures in the Outer Rim as it sought new allies to establish a supply network to sustain it's War Effort. Upon acquiring the Praetor Mark-IIs that once formed the Core of the Imperial Concordat's Navy, the Final Dawn set out to retrofit the Praetors with modern technology as to transform the once-obsolete warships into some of the most deadliest warships within their arsenal.

The result of this effort would be a 4.8 kilometer long warship, armed to the teeth and designed to withstand basically anything it's enemies would throw at it including entire Dreadnoughts and Super Star Destroyers, while simultaneously acting as a command ship acting as the very centerpeice of any fleet it would be attached too. Despite the many flaws it has such as it's lack of considerable mobility and Exposed Rear, the Praetor Mark-II is still a deadly ship to face on the battlefield, a worthy sibling to the Princeps Mark-II Battlecruiser already utilized by the Final Dawn. With the Praetor Mark-II, Final Dawn Central Command expects the overall naval strength of the Final Dawn to increase significantly throughout the coming battles.

Hello! As always, very thorough work.

There are a few revisions that require attention prior to approval. Please address these/answer the questions, and tag me once done.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION:
  • Manufacturer: SularenCo - Please reference the ‘length’ shown under technical specifications, which currently sits at 4.8km. Then please reference this table:
    S4mMH67.png

As the table shows, a player-submitted company is only able to produce a semi-unique ship up to 4km in size. This must be revised in order to be in compliance with the current rules of the factory. As far as I can tell, your options are as follows:
    • Reduce the size of the battlecruiser to a maximum length of 4km
    • Remove SularenCo as a manufacturer. If you wish to include some ‘Final Dawn’ affiliated company as the manufacturer, you can list the Brotherhood of the Maw itself since it’s a Major Faction.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Armament:
    • ‘Twin Long Range Ion Cannon Batteries’ - How long range are we talking about?
    • Mag-Pulse Warheads - this is the link you used for the listing of ‘mag pulse warheads’. However, this link appears to refer to a spatial phenomena/beacon technology. I noticed that there was a link at the top of the page for the legends technology, which appears to be of the warhead technology you are referring to. Please adjust the link appropriately. Here is the link for your convenience.
  • Hangar Allocations: This may change depending on what you decide to do about the length of this ship/the relationship of length vs manufacturer issue brought up above. This section is subject to re-review.
  • Backup Hyperdrive: Having a backup hyperdrive of class 0.5 is definitely not consistent with the ‘low’ speed rating of this ship. Please revise accordingly.
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES:
  • Please add the HIMS and copious ‘stealth like’ technologies are separate strengths for this ship, to be offset by equally meaningful weaknesses.

Done. I simply listed Kuat Drive Yards and SularenCo as the Designers of the Product and the Final Dawn as the Producer since it is a Subfaction of the Maw and would have the same Production Capabilities as the Maw in that capacity.

Understood - the manufacturers as you currently have them listed is acceptable.

However, you still have not resolved the backup hyperdrive, nor added the HIMS and multiple "stealth technologies" as strengths.

Please make these adjustments. Thank you.
