- Shipyard Name: Priddy General Engineering And Manufacturing Conflo Fabricor
- Classification: Space-shipyard, Dry-dock
- Location: Within Bestine IV System
- Affiliation: Royal Naboo Republic, Priddy General Engineering And Manufacturing
- Population: Moderately Staffed/Moderately Automated
- Accessibility: While easily and readily visible from even a basic scan, the facility is in range of a number of Asteroid Defense Platforms that function as Conflo's early warning system. As well, passing through or near the projected operations area without authorization will earn a ship one warning before being fired upon. Each tendril of the bloom is available for ships with proper clearance to access as a dry-dock for any number of reasons such as repair, retro-fit, or even disassembly. Docking permissions for the Umbilical are restricted to delivery purposes. Persons wishing to tour the facility are required to speak with the main branch of Priddy General Engineering and Manufacturing prior to permitted entry. Workers are provided with transportation to and from the facility.
- Description: A large and disc shaped formation that resembles a blooming flower at first glance. The structure sticks out like a sore thumb in otherwise empty space headed for Bestine IV. Massive tendrils with gaping maws project from the central spire and almost like clockwork produce a number of ships in various shapes and sizes. Various ships classes can be seen in orbit around the facility along with a number of asteroids. The station is somewhat visible on the surface of Bestine IV, but only at night on the proper side of the planet.

- Production: Cruisers up to Dreadnoughts
- Specialty: Star Destroyers
- Output: Steady but expedient.
- Market: Contracted for concentrated production of ships for the Royal Naboo Republic.

The Bloom - With a total of 34 production lines that are able to produce up to Dreadnought class vessels, each tendril of The Bloom is simply a contiguous production line that allow a ship to follow a linear path until completed and moved outside the facility. Through each production line, a ship can be seen in various stages of production, from initial frame to final inspection. Gravity manipulating devices and tractor beams allow for the hull of an in-process ship to be moved through the line as well as enabling the hull to be rotated, angled, lowered, or raised depending on need. The exit and internal structure of the tendrils are highly modular and able to be expanded or contracted depending on needs of production.
The Pistil - Where data, orders, and materials are processed as well as stored with a minimal number of staff present in this area compared to the rest of the facility. A number of smaller landing pads dot the ceiling of this structure to allow for VIP access to the central hub but require authorized codes and prior permission and clearances to access. Connected to a lengthy umbilical that provides an automated conveyor system for material handling alongside tractor beam projectors to limit the number of potential injuries. A limited number of systems on the lower levels of this structure are available as rented space for living. With amenities including but not limited to a number of Roto Rooter Autochefs, Tabord Molecular Toilets, Poultryizer Molecular Showers, and PGEM Necessity Bundle Details for those staying on board the station for extended durations.
The Umbilical - The second longest part of the structure and dotted with a myriad of docking ports strictly for material unloading. Docking with this structure for any reason besides material unloading is not permitted.
Medical Wing- The facility is designed for both efficiency and safety, featuring a state-of-the-art medical facility to handle any accidents or emergencies that may arise, ensuring the well-being of all personnel working in this demanding environment.

Security Rating: High
- GPO-11 "Gildenwall" DRM System | "Greedshield DRM" paired with a GPO-12 "Ironmaze" Threat-Prevention Suite to secure not only their payment systems but also their holonet connection and internal security.
- X13 Paladin-series Synthmarines - Patrol interior of the facility with an organic partner, others await summons from the logistics area for conflict resolution. Serve as a backup for the organic security teams against intrusions.
- Holocam's - Both interior and exterior, holocams are present to keep a watchful eye on everyone and everything happening within the facility.
- Blaster Neutralizers - Assist in keeping accidental misfires on the production floor from happening, and incidents inside the main building from taking place.
- PGEM Bulwark Asteroid Platform - Stationed around the systems perimeter of the facility for security purposes.
- BM-27M "Jötunn" Hybrid Cannon - Six of these are divided between the top and bottom portions of the station to aid in protecting the facility.
- Priddy Hypervelocity Cannons - Twelve of these are divided between the top and bottom portions of the station to aid in protecting the facility.
- Laser Point Defense Cannons - Numerous point defense cannons reside atop the platforms to further aid in protecting the facility from attacks as dedicated anti-starfighter and anti-ordinance protection.
- DSS-02 Shield Generator - Three used to protect the entire facility from any type of outside threat.
- Gravity Locks - Are present on the material staging areas to keep awaiting cargo ships from being taken by intruders or other unsavory folk.
- Hedeek-class Intermodal Cargo Containers - Used to transport finished products or raw materials as a standardized system to make loading and unloading of PGEM vessels streamlined.

With the growing worry of conflict arising, the creation of a space shipyard was seen as the next tangible step in helping the Royal Naboo Republic prepare itself for coming troubles should they arise. Learning from earlier designs, the production lines were required to be highly modular with a linear work flow to produce vessels at a speedy but routine rate. With initial designs standardizing star destroyers as the systems default configuration for each of the tendrils despite being able to reduce the space down to produce cruisers and expanding them to create up to dreadnought class vessels.
Centralizing the material storage and data processing center allowed for an optimized system of dispensing order requirements through different lines as needed. With each line being directed by a single person with a steady input of data from the various sections as to the progress of their work. The need to handle materials was minimized to a large degree via sorting systems that utilized conveyor systems and hoists to deliver required materials without the need to involve personnel. Making a protrusion from the Pistil kept the material unloading area away from the storage areas to reduce risks of personnel issues, and to maintain security requirements imposed by the company.
Given the nature of the production, security of the facility is maintained to a high degree. As well, the contract for this facility was maintained the same as it had been made for prior arrangements between the Royal Naboo Republic and PGEM.
