- Multifunctional: Capable of a multitude of tasks such as slicing, repairing ships, holding off enemy combatants in limited capacity, relaying messages, etc. The NZ AMD-D4L3K is the ultimate companion and a most reliable and useful member of any cooperation.
- Can travel easily across all terrain: Thanks to a slightly longer and wider frame in comparison to usual astromechs, this droid has a better balance and can therefore more safely and reliably cross a variety of terrain. It can even traverse stairs thanks to its built in repulsorlift system.
- Rough Speech pattern: Though mostly using binary speech through the use of its vocal processors, it is in fact only capable of the words Exterminate, Destroy and Mercy when it uses basic speech, which can lead to rather awkward moments.
- Explosive: Though adorned with a tough exterior hide and a built-in shielding system, if the noxinium container has not been utilized for escape or guarding purposes, this droid is extremely combustible and if damaged extensively, it may result in a violent, ship-tearing explosion.
The Nargath & Zanareth Umbrella Corporation, N&Z for short, decided that there was a hole in their droid line up which needed some love, thus as part of a whole line of prototypes, the AMD-D4L3K was built as the final prototype and thus the closest thing to an actual production-worthy astromech within their line up. It boasts a small weapon for defensive purposes, a fusion torch for repairs, a small container with the alternative Noxinium B fuel, an electrogenerator to sta&rt up or boot up any malfunctioning tech, slicer equipment and a built in PS-1 shield system to survive doing its duties while in combat. This is possibly one of the most multifunctional droids ever devised, designed and built by the massive conglomorate and its subsidiaries.
