DESCRIPTION
With the Trade Federation's growing size and scope too came the increase in venue of its interest. The Third Imperial Civil War and its heavy investiture into the New Imperial Order's Armed Forces was its first means of exploitation and with tensions growing between their allies in the Galactic Alliance came the advent of more smaller scale operations and more third party groups involving themselves in Galactic Scale conflict. Thus the Trade Federation conceptualized an array of projects to arm a vast number of groups.

The NSTL-62 was one of the first in this project, providing a Landspeeder 'Technical' to just about any militant group with the meager cash to afford a shipment of them. While the vehicle is available in civilian variants, the military one was of a similar concept with its roof top ripped off to allow for more troop space at the risk of crew safety with a variable turret mount packed within a fast and agile means to transport fighting men and women to the field of battle in a quick manner for fast attack and hit and run tactics, useful in reaching key positions before the enemy or to use in line with other armored vehicles of larger scale envelopment maneuvers. All but variable in its roles from transport to anti-tank, the NSTL is a product currently in mass-production by the Trade Federation with the expectation of the purchase from several dozen militant groups across the Galaxy.

How effective is the Nightshadow in terms of general stealth properties?

Not very, either the jammers just take the place of it functionally or dudes poking themselves out of the vehicle give it away on most sensors without jammers anyway. More of a standard procedure deal.

Is this visible spectrum camouflage paint just basic camouflage paint? Or is it different in some manner?

yes

Gat Tambor Gat Tambor , if you'll add those elaborations about the effectiveness of those stealth measures into the sub itself, we'll be golden.

As you probably know, significant stealth features tend to warrant a decrease in production, and not everyone has a similar understanding of effectiveness with vague canon stealth technologies - some people write their nightshadow-coated hulls as being very stealthy, for example.
