Today was any other day on Kashyyk. Jerit took in a deep breath and exhaled slowly, making sure to catch every bit of carbon dioxide escaping from his mouth. The boy was dressed in his normal Jedi robes and was sitting on a white bench in the courtyard. Everywhere he saw, Jedi were walking and hanging out or going to complete certain tasks given by the order or their master if they were knights and below.

Jerit wanted to take a break today to just enjoy Kashyyyk. He wanted to just have a good time but as it sat on the bench he felt more lonesome than ever. He needed people to be with and then an idea struck. He could host a little party with the other padawans and possibly rangers. There would be no masters and they, including him, can all have a good time. Jerit got up and walked over to his room.

When he opened the door, he hurried and retrieved his datapad and sent a message inviting everyone to a nice little party. Before sending it, Jerit realized that he did not have a place to have the party at. He thought for a while before it struck him. The waterfall! Everyone could go swimming and drink! That sounded so much fun! Jerit edited the message to say that the party will be held at the coordinates of the waterfall and that everyone was told to bring swimsuits and that drinks will be provided. Jerit looked to his bag and smiled. He knew he had enough drinks for everyone. If he ran out, eh could get some at the bar no problem.

He sent the message after which he gathered all the booze he had and he put a pair of shorts into his bag as well. He went out of his quarters and headed for the waterfall.

...
The roaring crashes of the waves of the waterfall soothed Jerit's loud mind. He set his backpack of booze on a rock and changed into his swimsuit. He dived into the water and it was at a pleasant temperature. Not too cold and not too hot. It was perfect. Jerit went underwater and used the force to extend his breathing. He swam through the water fall and got up onto a rock. He would only see water flowing down behind him. He yelled before jumping through it and back into the water. Now he waited for anyone else to join.

She could feel the water on her skin while she was swimming, hair flowing in the water and fin just barely visible until the padawan broke the surface of the water and tossed ehr hair back with a small look on her face. A smile showing rows of teeth and looking strange with the pointed face. Eyes looking around before there was a gleam to her skin that showed in the modified skylar outfit. SHe was surprised at how water resistant they were and how quickly when they did seem to get soaked could dry. A good thing to the craftsmenship of it as well as the protective nature of it. Sitting in the water while she looked around swimming and moving her legs silently.

[SIZE=10pt]Charlie was sitting in one of the meditation rooms that were abandoned on Kashyykk. She was left here to try and find her center in the force, but she ended up finding where the hidden weapon was in her dungeon crawler game. Jyoti didn’t need to know she wasn’t doing her homework, so when the tablet next to her beeped she stared at it for a moment. The game was put down and she grabbed the tablet and swiped to see the message. It was from Jerit, she knew he was one of Jyoti’s other padawans. He had been with her longer than Charlie had been and she always heard good things about him. It was a chance to meet the infamous Jerit! [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Scrolling through the invite she noticed it was by the waterfall. It was a place she had passed several times during her morning jog. Knowing exactly where this place was she knew it wouldn’t take her too long to arrive. Gathering her things, she looked back down at the tablet and tilted her head with a bit of confusion. There were others attached to the message as well, which meant there was going to be a larger group than she was typically used to. Standing in the middle of the meditation room she thought quietly, she remembered how the carnival went and she cringed at the thought of interacting with more than a couple of people at a time. The security of having food or Master around was absent and that made the entire situation worse. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]The game device found its way into her small knapsack and she continued to stare at the invitation. It would be good for her to meet the other padawans, but what did he mean by bathing suit? The word bathing meant to become clean and suit was usually something fancy to wear, she pondered the thought and figured why would someone wear something fancy to bath in. Shrugging, she ignored the idea and assumed he was being funny. Why would they all remove their clothing together at a waterfall to bathe that was silly. “Silly Jerit.” Shaking her head, she headed towards the waterfall. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]----------[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]It didn’t’ take her long to arrive, she removed her knapsack and stood there watching the others for a moment. Everyone was near the water and swimming, she looked down at her padawan tunic and pants then back at the others. Why weren’t they wearing their clothes? Wandering closer to the group she continued to look around and then soon found herself crouching on one of the rocks and staring into the water. Her knees brought to her chest she poked the water creating ripples. Just as quickly as she arrived she had sunk into her small shell and began to entertain herself. [/SIZE]

It seemed as though today would be another slow day for Reggie. Just like any other day he trained to hone his combat skills and force abilities, leaving almost no time for other things. This had become the daily routine for Reggie. Wake up, eat, train, research, go to bed, and wake up to start everything over again. He spent too much time on improving his skills and expanding his knowledge, but spared no time to socialize or relax.

After realizing that he hadn't done much outside of training, Reggie decided that today was the day he broke that cycle. He was lying on the ground, looking up at the sky and wondering what he should do for the evening. There were a few people that he hasn't seen in awhile, so catching up with some friends was a top priority at the moment. Opportunity had struck when his datapad that he was carrying with him received a message. Seeing that the message was an party invitation , Reggie quickly got up and traveled to his quarters to change into something more suitable for swimming.

When Reggie arrived at the waterfall, he saw a few people in the area. He was about to go say hello to his old friend Jerit but saw another Padawan that he had not seen before. She was crouched on a rock and was staring into the water, still in her Padawan clothing. Reggie decided to introduce himself, seeing a opportunity to make a new friend. He walked over to [member="Charlie"] to greet her.

"Are you not a fan of swimming?"

Reggie was wearing a pair of shorts, a white T-shirt, and had on his headband that he held so dear to him. As he spoke, he had a friendly smile showing on his face like usual.

This was good! Jerit saw a padawan he had not met before and chose to make her feel welcome. She was already swimming so that was a good start. The boy swam up to the alien and greeted her with a smile and wave while kicking his feet underwater.

"Hello! Name's Jerit. What's yours?"

He would wait for a response from the girl swimming and then he would make his way to another girl he did not know. He jumped out of the water and sat next to her, trying not to get her wet. He looked at her and asked for her name.

"Hey, my name is Jerit. I think I have seen you around the temple before. What's your name?"

He noticed the girl still had her padawan clothes on so he didn't want to push her on why she wasn't swimming. But he did offer her an alternative activity in case she did not want to swim at all. He pointed and looked to his backpack resting on the rock and back at the girl.

"See that back over there? There is some alcohol in there if you wanna drink up. There's some beer and some whiskey in there if you are into that."

As he finished the conversation with the girl, Jerit felt a familiar presence coming closer and closer to him. He identified the presence as none other than [member="Reggie Faayare"]. Jerit stood and looked to him. He saw that the boy was dressed for swimming and Jerit grew excited. He waved and greeted Reggie before jumping back into the pool and using the force to make a big splash.

She was looking up from the water when a few new people approached, one was a girl and she could swear she looked ready to run away when she got to the waters edge. Not sure how to approach her, She didn't want to scare her but you needed to try and be friendly she she waited for a moment until two more males approached. one sliding in to sit right next to the girl... a mate perhaps from how quickly he moved in without her protesting and the other went itno the water coming near her to say hi. "Hello...." Her voice trailed off when she saw he moved quickly over to join the female as well. Sitting there and then speaking to her and moving while she watched confused with her icy blue eyes watching them.

[SIZE=12pt]Charlie had been deep in thought when she was snuck up on by the first boy that had noticed her. She looked over at him and fell onto her side. It was a good thing the rock she chose to perch on had a good amount of surface area. If it didn’t she would have landed into the water and that would have soaked her clothing right up. Shaking her head, she answered his question without saying a word. Her face showed her embarrassment at being startled like she was. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Before Charlie could say anything, Jerit made his presence known. He didn’t know her and part of her was sad about this, it meant that Master Nooran didn’t speak of her to him. The boy was her longest padawan, so it would make sense that she would know about him and not vice versa. He introduced himself and Charlie smiled seeing that it was a question she needed to use words to answer. “I’m Charlie. You’re Master Jyoti’s Padawan.” She was proud of her knowledge and then he pointed out the alcohol. Remembering the auction and her feelings about the champagne, she smiled. “I’m Master Jyoti…. padawan…too.” Jerit had disappeared back into the water before Charlie could finish introducing herself. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]The boy had use the force to create a bigger splash so she raised her hand out and focused outwardly creating a safe space between her and the water using the force. She knew basic skills such as barrier and push, pull. It came in handy during times like this. The water splashed against the invisible barrier and Charlie was safe from the water. She was kind enough to protect Reggie as well, if he wasn’t ready for the water just yet. Seeing this, Charlie smiled and introduced herself again to Reggie this time. “I’m Charlie” From the corner of her eye Charlie noticed something else with Jerit moving in the water. It was another Padawan and she blinked and stared over for a moment. Remembering the manners the Masters on Tython scolded her about, she waved at Izama. [/SIZE]

When Charlie fell onto her side, Reggie started to scratch the back of his head.

"Sorry."

When Charlie shook her head as a response to his question, Reggie understood why she came to the party in regular clothes. Or so he thought. He started walking closer to the other Padawan to help her up, which is when Jerit came by. Jerit and the other Padawan started talking to each other, and then got up to greet Reggie. After exchanging their hello's, Jerit jumped back into the pool. Reggie expected water to splash over him, but noticed that Charlie had put up a force barrier around them to prevent any water from getting on them.

"Thanks."

Charlie shared her name with him, and then turned to wave at the other Padawan that was swimming in the water. Reggie waved at Izama as well and started to speak.

"My name is Reggie. It's nice to meet you Charlie!"

Tanasuki had not spent a lot of time on Kashyyk, which was kind of ironic being the Silver Jedi's home planet now and all, the young Padwan spending most of his days on Atrisia for training sessions, mainly due to being a Padawan of Junko Ike, who just so happened to be the princess. This as such required Tana to spend a lot of time away from Silver Jedi temple as he accompanied the princess during many of her diplomatic missions, mainly on the borders of Silver space as new planets came under their control.

In all it was not a bad way to go, the young Jin living at the palace, more or less like a royal himself, with large and spacey rooms, access to the finesse technology for weapons and armor produced by Saori as well as fabulous dinning arrangements. It was probably the best thing that could ever happen to him, in the span of a few minutes going from a blade for hire, just visiting his injured sister after the invasion of Miral, to the official Padawan of a Jedi princess. Still Tana had not let this get to his head, knowing full well it did not make him that much special, his skill set still lacking, both in terms of force powers and light sabre combat.

That was not why he was here though, after the whole Invasion of Dagoba and recent anti assassination mission with the Shadow Jedi a well earned rest was in order, what better place then the nice sunny beaches of the Jungle, planet, from what his sister had said it was rather relaxing. Coming to the beach, dressed in typical Atrisia sailor suit style clothing , a towel and bathing pant and rashi bundle under his arm.The young Jin took in the scene around him, apparent that a small beach holiday was not the most original idea around.

Both [member="Jerit Kolomor"] and [member="Reggie Faayare"] seemed to be present, their force signature, voices and appearance being easy to tell, both conversing and or having a splash fight with two unknown individuals, one a normal woman, human maybe? the other a shark like creature, its name eluding him. "Looks like all you guys are having a good time, got room for one more"? he yelled out, giving a big wave to those present.

Jerit was now underwater. He held his breath and sat on the ground of the water spot for a significant amount of time. It was peaceful just sitting there and letting the water surround him and embrace him with its immense power. He closed his eyes and began to reach out with the force and noticed a presence. It was [member="Tanaski Yumi"]. Jerit decided to stay underwater for half a minute before finally opening his eyes and coming back to the surface.

He could feel the air welcoming his body by making the boy a bit chilly when he came out of the water. He wiped his eyes and pushed back his hair until he saw Tanaski. Jerit greeted him while his feet were kicking the water, trying to make him stay afloat.

"Of course! Come into the water of you want to! I got some drinks in that bag over there. I might go have some myself." He yelled back towards Tanaski.

Jerit pointed to the satchel that contained the copious amount of alcohol. He decided that he could take a break from swimming and have a nice, cold, and refreshing bottle of beer. He climbed over the rocks and walked past the backpack intentionally so he could dry off. He channeled the force and pushed every single droplet of water on his body in all directions. It soaked the trees and surrounding foliage. Jerit then walked back to the pack and retrieved a lone bottle of beer.

He opened it with his hand and took a big swig of the beverage. He looked at everyone that was currently attending this little hangout and the boy smiled a bit. It was nice having padawans like himself just chilling out. He took another drink of his beer before settling down on a lone rock. He was messing around with the foliage through the force while taking more drinks.

Stephanie Swail

Look what they've done to my dream
To say Stephanie Swail had undergone a change from the girl who stepped onto Voss a year or so ago was an understatement. No longer feeling so timid or nervous, she was now starting to be more independent, a little head-strong and not afraid to say it how it looked.

But her heart was always true to the Light and the greater good.

The message she found on her personal data-pad left on her bedside table caused her to frown. She read it a couple of times, standing by her window looking out to the gardens below the Silver Rest.

”A party. No Masters. At the waterfall. Hm."

He eyes drifted up from the pad.

That wasn’t good. No Masters? This was no time for all those studying and learning to now suddenly vanish, especially at these tense times when a call could be made for their aid, to go…drinking and swimming? Preposterous!

This [member="Jerit Kolomor"] was a new name to her, but she would remember it.

She would find this little hideout and see just what was going on and which ones of the Order felt the desire to drink and be silly. Stephanie rolled her sleeves up and slid on her tan boots before heading out from her small room, across the temple and out to the rear courtyards.

Sand crunched under her boots as she crossed the training ground, seeing people in action going about their own daily work and training. The waterfall was down beyond the Rest a good few minutes’ walk, and she’d only passed by there once exploring the grounds themselves. Now she stomped through the make-shift pathways through the yards and gardens, following the incline down away from the temple.

It was a few minutes later that she could hear a few small cheers. She stopped and turned to follow the noise, and gradually the white noise of the waterfall crashing into the lagoon could be heard. Following that, voices and bodies.

Stephanie was high up above the waterfall for now, not going down further. She folded her arms and watched to count how many were there, who she could recognise and just what they were doing with that drink!

"You know, it's only fun if you join in right?" A grin light up the Togrutan Padawan's face as she dropped out of the trees near the path, her bare feet catching her weight, silently rolling forward before she settled backwards. The smile didn't fade from the Togruta's face as she ambled slowly onto the path, standing next to Stephanie as she nodded down at the group gathered by the waterfall. Knowing Jerit she knew that this would be a much more relaxed party than most, although she hadn't expected...no she had completely expected her friend to find his way into the water as soon as he could, she knew she would.

Asaraa took a step down the path, half turning to look back at the other Padawan behind her, a contented smile on her face as she enjoyed the feeling of the warm sun playing across her skin. It was days like this, with the sun and the calls of people enjoying herself that all the cares in the world seemed to melt away. She half raised a hand towards Stephanie, one eyebrow rising curiously, "Coming to join us?"

”You don’t always have to join in, it depends what your idea of fun is," Stephanie said, not looking around to her fellow Padawan [member="Asaraa Vaashe"] as she dropped in from above.

The Togrutan was known to Stephanie, most recently in their cooperative stance against the First Order in Dagobah. The girl had actually – probably- contributed to saving her life and she wouldn’t forget that.

Yet, today, here they were. A bunch of Padawan’s clearly away from the Rest without their Masters knowing and…drinking! So that was stolen from the Rest, too.

”Don’t you go down there and get into that too, Asa," she said, taking a step down as the Togrutan moved in front of her. ”You’ll get into trouble, and you’re not up for that are you? Taking drinks and not letting anyone know? Master Kitra will have words you know."

She pointed to the ground beside her.

”You come back here and don’t be silly. You know we shouldn’t all just vanish!"

The Togruta paused on the path, arms spread out to either side of her body as she gave Stephanie a soft smile, a mischevious light dancing between her eyes. "Do I wanna go down and get drunk? No thanks, one time was more than enough for me." She still couldn't entirely remember the party through the blurry haze of her memories. The young woman didn't quite have Jerit's stomach his ease of handling the alcohol, instead, she knew she had gotten fall on the floor and start giggling drunk but that was all she knew.

Shaking her head the Padawan dragged her mind back to the present, to the other trainee in front of her. "I don't think anyone down there expects that the masters aren't going to find out about this, I mean we're Jedi, they can sense what's going on a mile away. I mean, if you think about it someone as powerful as the Grandmaster can probably sense what's going on already can't she," Asaraa reasoned. "But we've all been fighting for our lives recently, so I guess they figure we nee this, a time to just blow of steam and be young. Then they can swoop in after and dress down anyone who needs it." She twisted around, waving a hand at the Padawan's cavorting below, "Let's face it, they've been through this a few times and know better than us. So do you really wanna be the one disagreeing with their diagnosis? Besides," that mischievous light was back full force now, "It's easier to keep an eye on things from down there and deal with it if anyone gets into trouble or does something they shouldn't. So..." She held out a red skinned hand, palm turned up towards Stephanie, "Wanna come stick your feet in the water with me?"

Jerit was having a great time indulging in some good beer when he felt more presences in the force. The more the merrier! Although, they did not seem to be coming down any further as he felt the presences up on top of the waterfall. He knew one of them to be [member="Asaraa Vaashe"] but the other one he did not know really much about.

He took another sip of his beverage before seeing Asaraa come down form a path to everybody else. It seemed she was talking to another padawan maybe but Jerit did not want to push anything if they did not want to come and hangout with everyone.

"Asaraa! Fancy seeing you here!" Jerit said while sitting down on the same rock with his hand.

"I sense another person with you! They can join us as well. If you guys are worried about the drinking, it's fine. But you two should still come and hangout!" Jerit made sure that the second individual could hear. He wanted to make sure nobody got the wrong idea about the party. Just some padawans swimming and having a fun time. He knew someone would take the mantle of being the responsible one and making sure everyone is okay. He took another swig of beer before sitting on the dirt leaning against the rock.

So relaxing. Hope everyone is having fun.

Tana was not much of a drinker, but he enjoyed a little bit of drink here and there, but mostly preferred flavored spirits then beer, "Sorry Jety, will have to decline of the drink for now, I'll be joining you guys in a minute just let me get changed, was not really expecting anyone else to be here today". Ducking to the side and back into the under bush the Tom Girl started to get changed out of his casual wear and into shimming trunks and a rashi, not exactly one for tanning.

Tough concentrating on changing he did hear the light whispers of new voices from afar, both female, and both very memorable, "Oh more people to join the beach party, sounds like [member="Asaraa Vaashe"] and [member="Stephanie Swail"] if I am not mistaken, best not keep them waiting". Speeding things up the young Jin finally finished changing, jumping out from behind the bushes, "did I miss anything, what no one drunk yet, on well". Her remarked in a joking tune, walking back over to [member="Jerit Kolomor"], placing his clothes besides the back of beer.

"It has been a while since I've been to a beach, hmmm should have brought a surf broad of sorts... perhaps", as quickly as he had arrived Tana once again speed back into the tree line. A few moments passed before a cracking sound could be heard, once again the boy re-emerging from the jungle, holding a large, thin oval shaped piece of wood, "This ought to do the trick don't you think"? He asked rather rhetorically.

Annoyingly, [member="Asaraa Vaashe"] had a few good points. The Masters probably DID know, and they probably would get a dressing down, but everyone DID deserve to unwind and feel human. And she COULD make sure they were behaving down there.

Before she could think of a snappy return, another voice called out, that of [member="Tanaski Yumi"] down near the lagoon itself. Another one Stephanie recognised from Dagobah.

She sighed and shook her head.

"Fine. Fine, come on."

She pointed ahead and started walking down with the Togrutan, passing a host of coloured plants and large hanging vines and trees. More voices could be heard and another called out, a male - [member="Jerit Kolomor"] – the ringleader!

"You. Are you the Kolomor who messaged us all? Pretty sneaky move evading the Masters. What are you doing here? You can’t…you can’t be drinking, especially taking it without asking!"

She was standing on the edge of the lagoon, the waterfall behind them and the serene setting wrapping around them all.

Jerit saw [member="Tanaski Yumi"] coming near and Jerit gave him a nod of greeting.

Tanaski Yumi said:
"It has been a while since I've been to a beach, hmmm should have brought a surf broad of sorts... perhaps"

Jerit was a but confused as to what a "surfboard" was. Maybe it was something that you stand on? It was a weird thing to hear, but theh boy was curious nonetheless.

"Surfboard? I definitely want to see that, although I have never heard of what that is!" He gave a big bellow of laughter.

He looked at the waterfall while taking another drink of beer thus resulting in the completion of its contents. He set the beer bottle down next to him and pulled out another one. Jerit concluded he would drink at least 5 before finishing himself. He knew there was plenty for everyone, but practically nobody wanted to drink. Subsequently to that conclusion, Jerit would decide to drink more and more if someone didn't get up and drink with him.

Jerit saw Tanaski run into the treeline and soon came back holding a big piece of wood.

"Woah. What do you do with that? Is that the surboa--"

Before he could finish his sentence, Jerit heard a voice coming rather far away. It was that person who accompanied Asaraa to the waterfall. He tuned his hearing towards the voice.

Stephanie Swail said:

Jerit chuckled to himself and wondered why it was so surprising that there were drinks here. He would need to take her to hangout with the Radama Raiders sometime to get a swing of things that included more off the grid stuff like drinking and other "activities".

"It's not sneaky. We all deserve a break or two from everything! It helps us relax and unwind. I am also meeting new people who I would have never met under any circumstance before. With the drinking, it's just a little fun thing that's included if you come over to socialize but of course you don't have to indulge in alcohol if you do not wish to."

He tried to make it seem that the drinking was pretty harmless and that the purpose of all of this was to have some fun away from the battlefield and training and all of that other stuff that demanded everyone's time and energy. He looked to Tanaski and gave him a smile and pointed to the board of wood.

"So, I wanna see what you can do with that! In fact, what do you do with it?"

Izama looked at [member="Charlie"] wave to her and she returned it not really wantign to go over there... she had watched the girl fall over from someone saying hello and that was a human.... she might be a little scared if the large shark came out of thje water when she was swimming around. The small fin on her back visible on the surface before more were appearing to the place, she was uncertain about it and them. Moving out of the water finally as she saw [member="Tanaski Yumi"] mentioning a surfboard. "It does not look as sturdy for your purpose. The waves wouldn't be that good either." She said it mostly looking with the icy blue eyes at him..her.. something. SHe couldn't always tel with humans

Asaraa struggled to hide her grin as she nodded at Stephanie, only letting the corners of her lips curl up when she had turned her back on the Togruta. Raising a hand the Padawan waved down at Jerit and Tanaski as they made their way down the path through the vines and plants. Without thinking about it Asaraa reached out with one hand, the force flowing from her finger tips into the jungle, like a wave that rolled of her before flowing back to Asaraa carrying an assortment of flowers with it. For a moment Asaraa tilted her head to the side, observing her bounty before making a twisting gesture with her hand, the flowers whirling together in a circle above her head as she pulled up just behind Stephanie as she berated Jerit.

“She’s got a point you know Jerit, you really shouldn’t take things without asking first, or you know buying it for yourself.” The Togruta made a small gesture with her hand, the circle of flowers bursting apart in a veritable rain of petals, the stems of the flowers wrapped around one another as little necklaces of flowers floated over to the Padawan’s present, dropping towards their necks. “But some of the best things are free,” she noted with a smile as she stepped into the water, shivering slightly as the cool water covered her bare feet. “Now it’s a real picnic, so what’s for food?”
