- Base Away From Home: Hidden behind false wall panels, useful smuggler holds, and other SIA goodies, the Mhara's Bounty is fit for an agent in the field, providing access to all the databases, communications equipment, and weapons that an off-the-grid agent would need.
- Smuggler's Ship: Its outward appearance as a simple CorelliSpace vessel modified for trading and maybe smuggling lets it fit in among the Underworld
- Illegal Arms: The ship is definitely over-armed for Alliance Space regulations and likely others as well when it comes to the civilian market. It should be classified as a gunship.
- SLAM: It goes zoom zoom good.
- Ion Weapons
- Accidents Happen: If the wrong idiot ends up on his ship his secret could be found out
- High-Value Target: The Mhara's Bounty's access to SIA databases and communications networks could be a high value target for enemies and "allies" of the Galactic Alliance
Beginning its life as a stock light freighter, the fast courier ship that would become the main means of transport for Special Agent Aeson Keel was by all accounts a very capable vessel. It was one of the fastest freighters around with decent enough shielding and enough weapons to make your average pirate gunship think twice about tangling with her. But tramp freighters were a dime a dozen in the galaxy. What made Mhara's Bounty special were the aftermarket modifications and the pilot.
Modified by the eggheads over at EnDiv, Mhara's Bounty was fine-tuned to be faster and more maneuverable than the stock model. Light turrets were replaced with military-grade turrets pulled from Alliance gunships and powered by an experimental hypermatter annihilator. Durable and reliable power converters kept the generator in line and made sure the ship shunted power smoothly and on command, a convenient feature in any smuggler's rig and important for a vessel with a shield array as small and powerful as the one that protected Mhara's Bounty. Civilian model systems located under the main body behind the lower engine were removed and replaced with a suicide sled hangar designed to fit exactly one ARC-107. THe removed systems and plating on the interior meant that the canopy of the small scout fighter was exposed in the main hold. In order to keep the Bounty safe a small hangar shield was deployed around the exposed fighter before launch.
Along with more powerful weapons and additional offensive systems, the Bounty was equipped with a hypercomm array, allowing the Bounty to communicate across significantly longer distances than even most military vessels. The holonet transceiver array, also courtesy of EnDiv, was able to tap in directly to SIA networks and slice into local nets
