STRENGTHS

Why won't you die?: The regenerative nature of this HRD makes it difficult to destroy It can survive fatal blood loss and major organ damage or removal, even a broken neck or having half it's head blasted off, and keep fighting, and will regenerate all damage suffered over the course of seven hours, depending on the severity of injury, as long as half it's brain and at least ten percent of its body remains. (This can lead to interesting situations if it's split in half length wise, as both halves will grow into an individual Nuetralizer). It's genetics being spliced with a Ysalamiri render it highly resistant to the Force.

Outbreak: Capable of producing universal antidotes, and vaccines from it's blood by being exposed to immensely deadly poisons or disease, whether airborne or through skin contact

Fallout: Capable of absorbing and breaking down large levels of deadly radiation in its body, cleansing an area of up to a 200 meter radius on its own over the course of seven hours. Savagely irradiated areas can be made safe for habitation over the course of two weeks if you deploy up to half a legion of them. It's blood is a universal donor that acts like a radiation/Bio Weapon inoculant to most species, allowing them to survive in highly irradiated or biological hazard areas for up to a week per dose. This aspect of its abilities is due to its genetics being adapted from the Medical Nuetralizers. In Melissa's case, her genetics were tweaked to not only do the above, but produce Medical Nuetralizer Enzymes as well

Protector: Normally Programmed to regard House Io on a universal basis as it's family which must never be harmed and always Protected or obeyed without question. This programming is so ingrained it cannot be reprogrammed or removed, even with the Force, and it has stringent secondary algorithms that prevent it from choosing to complete it's objectives at the cost of betraying or compromising the House, with directives to shut down and manually reboot should those two issues ever come into real conflict. It's also programmed for severe crisis management during disease outbreaks, environmental disasters, targeted terrorism, or radiological hazards, and has the authority to initiate a quarantine in House Io territory in an emergency. However, due to her familiarity with Laertia Io's coding method, Vera has expertly modified this programming with a singular logic loophole that alters Laertia and House Io from chief creator and faction to a designate or rank that can be reassigned to whoever Vera assigns to be "The Laertia" and "The House Io", with the loyalty programming otherwise remaining intact and technically not violated. Without knowing the exact logic and Coding Vera used to create this backdoor into the infamous Io Loyalty Programming, it would be extremely difficult for enemies to exploit this. Even Laertia herself would struggle to figure it out

Gravity Master: Able to resist gravity swells and gravity based weapons due to its Dovin Basal Heart, and has been given further programming on how to use the Dovin Basal in active combat

Modular: Capable of accepting both genetic and cybernetic upgrades, including ones that drastically alter it's appearance. (Stealth/Anti Stealth Modifications require a new sub). In her case, she has received both a cybernetic disguise implant and an Adaptive Camouflage System

Fitness: Twice as fast, strong, and reflexive as a normal human at factory settings

Not to be trifled with: It's is still a Nuetralizer and is an very deadly, capable combatant in one on one, capable of decimating even Veteran soldiers or the occasional cocky Jedi

The Brains Department: Extremely Intelligent and learns from every encounter, with a full range of human emotions

Sonic: Sonic weapons disrupt it's databases, severely disorienting it for two minutes

Explosions: A heavy enough explosive is the best option to take it out on the first go

Paddle Beams: Paddle Beams heavily stun it for a period of 14 seconds

Not Infantry: Not designed as a frontline combatant at factory specs, but can grow into the role with experience and the right modifications

Alchemy: Alchemized Diseases and Poisons take twice as long as other cures to synthesize

BIOGRAPHY:

With her impending Marriage to Nathan Bloodscrawl, his wife decided that her Husband would need guardians reflective of the dangers he faces. With special permission from no less than her own estranged Sister Westenra, Vera took from The Demon of Jedha's coding and stored physical templates to create for Nathan an extended family of adoptive Sisters...a repeat of the very same structure once in place with his own daughter, using the very same Appearance and personality templates no less. However, Vera has opted to place the persona of Melissa and other sisters in a series of stolen blank Biot models from House Io to give the Sisters of Nathan an edge in combat their own models currently cannot quite replicate. Nathan was extremely wary and perplexed by such a gift, but due to his psychological similarities to Laertia, he has started to accept their presence, partly because of his growing need to have effective commanders for ever expanding military and financial operations, partly to have at least some way of explaining any public association he may need to have with Bacta-Works in the future, and partly because deep down his mind craves to fill in the gaps left by the death of his original family...

PERSONALITY

Coded to be a Sister of Similar Age to Nathan, Melissa is perky, bubbly, and designated the "Leader" of the Other Sisters and is programmed to regard Nathan as a beloved Sibling. She takes the lead in situations and enjoys helping the innocent. In keeping what what Vera was told of the Bloodscrawl Family, Melissa actively opposes villainy and tries to promote order where she travels, but is still an incredibly ruthless and dangerous opponent, and won't hesitate to leave a trail of dead in her wake if it becomes necessary to protect House Bloodscrawl interests or Bacta-Works
