Tall, elegant and fit for duty, Marcella is a sophisticated individual who enjoys the little things in life; cigarras, alcohol and beautiful scenery. Growing up in the countryside of Delaya, Alderaan’s industrial sister planet, Marcy’ is attuned to traveling long distances both on the ground and in space for both work and leisure~ as a result, Marcella has a lithe build, conditioned from constant physical exercise from her youth and continued physical training in her personal time. On the
outside, Marcy’ portrays a hardy, prideful exterior to maintain her classy and professional image, whereas on the inside she is generally approachable and friendly to those who know her; and although easily agitated, she can be a diplomatic and open-minded individual.
Little is known to anyone of Marcella’s history as a result of her wanting to maintain an air of mystique and to prevent her past from catching up to her. As Marcy’ grew up, she naturally fell into the role of thievery and safecracking, often being hired to steal documents from rival manufacturing plants or jewelry from vindictive families. As time went on, she became more adept at picking locks and cracking safes and she began taking bigger risks in her pursuit of profit and reputation. Eventually, she would take too big of a risk and would lose everything, forcing her onto the city planet of Coruscant where she’d eventually meet the Kosa Nostra, her new home.
Classy, intelligent and a true socialite, Marcy’ prefers the art of subversion and espionage to the world of combat, preferring to utilize words instead of weapons; although capable of defending herself if necessary. Rising from simple beginnings to the role of Caporegime within Kosa Nostra, Marcella is a stoic leader and an
often idolized criminal who owes and provides unflinching loyalty to her boss, The Donna, who gave her the opportunities to become an affluent intergalactic criminal with a salary of a corporate director and her own businesses.
Outside of The Family, Marcella operates her own trio of businesses under the Fiora Holdings Corporation, each of which produce alcohol, cigarras and weapons respectively; as well as holding the position of Director of Acquisitions for Moonveil Inc, The Family’s legal front. Transferring from the Ashlan Medical Corps after a short career with the Order of the Sisters of Ashla, Sister Mariana is an intelligent, resilient inductee of the Holy Ashlan Papacy where she operates as a non-combatant Sister of Ashla. As a trained medic and a ex-soldier, Sister Mariana's skills are well suited to a devout life within the holy order where she may use those skills to help those in need and to spread the word of Ashla.
Taking part in her activities on a part-time basis, little is known of her activities outside of Ashlan Papacy as she tends to keep to herself, however she is almost always readily available when called upon. Unlike most within the Papacy, Sister Mariana is a follower of Ashlan Moderatism and tends to apply a softer, more diplomatic approach to her tasks, compared to her zealous counterparts, as she believes that war cannot solely rid the galaxy of the Bogan, understanding and acceptance will.
Little is known about her background, however it is clear to see that she cares about people and believes that the best way to allow for progression is through a healing process. She is approachable yet can sometimes become hot-headed when dealing with particularly difficult individuals however she is competent enough to remain professional.

As Marcy' became one of the Donna's Capo's, there was a need for an operational expansion as a result of her new position granting her an unimaginable amount of resources. Starting off as four veteran "goons," Marcy's forces have expanded massively and she now presides over up to three-hundred of her own staff and soldiers.
Unlike her boss' counterparts, the Fiora Regime are a less violent bunch, preferring the use of intelligence and charisma over violence. Although capable of extreme violence, they predominantly focus on corporate, financial and political crimes, often using low-level associates to complete the most menial jobs while each soldier focuses on their own endeavour.
Every member of the Fiora Regime possesses a degree of autonomy that isn't seen elsewhere within Kosa Nostra, with the decentralized nature of the faction allowing soldiers to run their own small operations with a small amount of oversight, though each soldier is assigned to an enforcer who maintains loyalty and the Family Tenets.
As a result of the factions decentralized structure with members on a wide variety of planets, throughout a number of cities, the regime can harvest a significant amount of money from a range of business and operations. Though as Marcy' is the Caporegime of Denon, Denon is classified as their main location with Reveries Denon (x) being their primary meeting point.
More social, intellectual individuals such as corporates and espionage experts may be 'poached' from the main branch of 'The Family' as a source of recruitment. Others may be picked up by soldiers, starting associates off with small jobs to test them for their capabilities. In order to join the Fiora Regime, all members must demonstrate the ability to operate alone and must have an aptitude for business, finance or politics.
Due to the focused nature of the regime, members of the faction earn significantly more than those of other Capo's as a result of their profitable crime, though it may depend on the individual. The amount an individual earns is entirely dependant on how much they earn for their Capo and those who deceive or falsify their earning are at risk of being 'clipped.'
The faction is split into five roles overall, the Caporegime, the head of the regime; the Capodecina, the 'underboss' of the Caporegime and the individual who oversees the enforcers; the Enforcers, bodyguards and middle-management of the regime; the Soldiers, the bulk of the faction and the people who bring the money in via various criminal activities; the Associates, non-members of the regime who work for the soldiers completing odd-jobs.

Specifically chosen soldiers tasked with overseeing the regime on behalf of their Caporegime, it is their job to ensure loyalty and to maintain the tenets of 'The Family.' Not officially members of the Fiora Regime, associates are workers who simply complete tasks for the regime and often complete odd-jobs under the watchful oversight of the soldiers.
