Mago Leomax was raised inside the Jedi Temple, having been given up by his parents for the order when he was still quite young. His parents, both human, had adopted him when he was a baby. Once he grew and exhibited more talent with The Force than they anticipated, they sent him off to be trained.
Growing up within the Jedi Order, Mago exhibited strong ideals towards the Light Side of The Force and The Jedi Order. Upon learning the history of famous Jedi and Sith and past Jedi Orders, Mago, not wanting to go anywhere near falling to The Darkside, continues old traditions that most of his peers do not. Not having strong loving attachments, knowing more of his family, etc. Though he is still young and prone to the follies of youth, he tries to keep himself reserved from that.
Mago also found that while he had a strong and quick body, fencing and saber-combat felt awkward and sluggish to him. He's still learning and practicing but prefers to hold his saber with the Force, attacking with other telekinetic strikes while also controlling the saber and moving quickly away from.
Because of the large war against the Empires and The Maw in recent years, Mago has gone from master to master to master as they all either go MIA or KIA. Though quiet when asked about his feelings on the subject, he struggles with feelings of sadness, frustration, and helplessness for their loss and the desire to become unattached to them, as he thinks is proper.
He's a bit of an outlier in his classes and training, focusing on the lessons and not joining in on the fun things the other kids do. He doesn't have many friends, if any, other than Knights and Masters that he follows around the Temple, waiting for a chance to ask questions and hear the news.
S T R E N G T H
- Force Connection - Strong. Mago is especially skilled in telekinetic Force abilities.
- Mind - Analytical, fast. He's a very conscious person, always thinking and observing.
- Acrobatic - Mago can move fluidly, jumping and spinning in the air easily.
- Force Sight - As a Miraluka, Mago can sense the environment and creatures around him through the force.
- Serious - With and around people, may come off as too straightforward or blunt.
- Easily Pleased - Mago can be in the middle of a garden and be happy with the beautiful life around him, or alone on a cruiser with a simple toy and be content with what he has.
- Swordsmanship - Mago is far more adept at using the Force than he is at using the saber in his hand.
- Learner - Mago is still a Padawan and thus isn't adept at many skills.
- Blind - As a Miraluka, Mago does not have eyes and thus cannot see anything visual.
LIKES
- Reader - Mago is an avid reader and listener. He loves the library.
- Peaceful - Meditation may bore other students, but it's what excites Mago.
- Sugar and Spice - The smell of good food will always put a smile on his face. His nose twitches when he smells something he enjoys, and he often follows it like a hound to the meal.
- Usurpers - Mago likes to listen to lessons and perform as instructed. Those noisy in the class, jokesters, or those who try to take attention away from where it rightfully belongs are frowned upon.
- Alone - Mago has had three masters in the past, all gone now. He got used to being alone while the wars with the Empire and The Maw raged. He doesn't like it but... he'll get through it like he always has.
