- Accessibility: These laboratories are located in the middle-to-inward regions of Sautra Vokh station. Because of the isolation of the station, and the security measures taken protecting the station, these chambers are not very accessible to those of the greater galaxy. However, for those that are permitted by the Dermic Androids, as well as for the Lords, Scribes, and Akhuul himself, these laboratories are rather accessible.
- Description: The laboratories function as the personal living space and workshop for its respective Derumic Android Scribe. Each one stores the designs for their inventions made millennia ago, as well as any personal logs they have made over the thousands of years. These chambers are simple in layout. They are generally square or rectangular in shape, with a single entrance to the nearby corridor, and at least a single entrance to the system of secret passageways that exists within the station as well. These rooms are rather dark from the Derumium of the structure that houses them, and are only lit by the ghostly red glow from lamps inside the walls and the chasies of any Derumic Androids present at a time.
These chambers are each laid out in a similar fashion to each other. Each one may be particularly laid out differently to each Scribe's preference for their personal workspace. Each laboratory has several terminals to access archived information from the Sautra Vokh archives, as well as their own personal journals. They also house several tables for working on devices, though they no longer are used to invent new devices. Some of their ancient stone tablets are still around on shelves out of keeping information away from the rest of the galaxy. Aside from that, the points of interest for these chambers are nearly identical. However, any indiivudal decorations and nic-nacs on the tables and shelves, the details of the stone tablets, as well as what is on their terminals for personal journals and copies from the archives that the scribes annotated during the times between their essays.
SECURITY
High: The security for the station of Sautra Vokh applies to these chambers much like the others. The laborynthine layout of the corridors of the station. Blast door segmented sections where the walls or ceilings could crush invaders, create vaccume chambers, or simply herd an invading force towards a trap litter the surrounding corridors of Sautra Vokh. With the important knowledge kept within these laboratories, as well as the even more important personelle, the security being so high is only a given.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Derumic Android Scribes are those who were once scientists and Sith alchemists under the employ of the ancient Sith Lord, Akhuul Sautra, in the times before the Great Hyperspace War. For their services as inventors and designers for all the Derumium based technologies, they were granted a rather high placement in the Derumic Android heirarchy. Furthermore, they were given laboratories for themselves on Sautra Vokh station when it was completed. For the Scribes not tasked with archival or Vizier duties, thse chambers act as a personal living space for them in their eternal life.
These chambers hold the various secrets for how the Derumium based technologies invented by Akhuul's estate were invented and designed. Blueprints, logs, and all other sorts of information are stored privately in these laboratories for the security of the secrets of Akhuul and the Derumic Androids. With how isolated the station of Sautra Vokh usually is, not many in the greater galaxy know of these laboratories let alone the station's existence. These chambers are kept well hidden from invaders by having the security measures stear potential invaders away from them so the secrets of Sautra Vokh remain hidden to those deemed unworthy of knowing them by Akhuul. Since the transferrance into the Derumic Android bodies, the Scribes have not done any inventing due to the lack of materials and hardly a need to innovate with a belief in technological superiority over the galaxy still being present. The Scribes that use these laboratories perform maintainence duties on Sautra Vokh and the Derumic Androids of all ranks due to their intense knowledge of the workings of the various machines present.
