Appearance: Kegan is a tall Zabrak with red skin, yellow eyes, gold tattoos, and five horns atop his head. His short, stark white hair is a striking contrast to the hair color of most members of his species. At his age, most men go bald. The tattoos that run along across both shoulders and stop half way down his biceps, signifying his strength as a warrior, a mark that both of his sons aspire to gain. In addition to these, there are also gold tattoos that curl up his horns and come to a triangular point in the middle of his head, suggesting that he is - or was - headstrong and impulsive. On most occasions, Kegan can be seen wearing a worn orange vest and loose black pants.
Distinguishing Features:
Demon In Disguise? - Two rather large horns protrude out of the top of his forehead and curve inwards, towards each other, giving him a devilish appearance. Initially, this feature is quite confusing and intimidating. Often this played a factor when dueling enemies. Fear may have been the key.
Of Deeds and Gold - Kegan's gold tattoos are odd simply for the fact that they are golden in color. While Zabrak tattoos come in a wide variety of colors, it is very uncommon to see a Zabrak with gold tattoos such as the ones Kegan bears. Perhaps they were once black or brown and they were changed to match his legendary status among their people on Iridonia. Maybe they were also less complex at one point, perhaps that too changed over time.

Personality: Kegan is quite caring and nurturing when it comes to caring for his family members, biological or adopted. He is the pinnacle parent with his wife, Rori in the sense that they would do anything to protect their children. As a Sith, he is ruthless. A commanding and calm presence combined with a razor sharp mind and decades of combat experiment molding himself into an ideal warrior or leader in battle. He is known for his combat prowess as well as his command of Force abilities that have to do with the mind.

Combat Function: Being a warrior, however seasoned he may be, Kegan has always thrived on the front lines of battle. Despite his age, he is surprising graceful yet ferocious in combat. His fitness credited to years of dedicating himself to physical and mental fitness. If he is not on the battlefield directly, he will employ the ability known as Battle Meditation to help in some way. Whether he stands alongside his fellow Sith or if he is empowering them from afar, Kegan is always in the thick of things.
( + ) Tank : He is an excellent combatant, able to take on multiple enemies at once. While he can also take damage, it is rare that he does. This is mostly due to how lethal his strikes can be.
( + ) Teacher : For as long as they both could remember, Kegan has always taught them Sith and Jedi Philosophy, Sith Lore, combat skills, and basic life skills and morals.
( - ) Elderly : Whether he wishes to admit it or not, Kegan is getting older in age. This affects everything from the way he views issues to the way he fights. The warrior spirit from his prime has never faded but the toll that comes with age is undeniable. He can't take as much damage as before because it simply saps his energy away, it takes far longer to recover than it did perhaps ten or twenty years ago.
( - ) Impulsive : Even in his youth, he was headstrong and always did the first thing that came to his mind. You can imagine how that played out for him.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Born on Iridonia to a Zabrak One Sith Knight and a human woman, Kegan's past was full of wonder, at least, from his view. It is a view that his youngest son, @Tevro would adapt as his own once he became of age.
The wonder was in combat, in the strife and ache that comes from consistent physical exertion. That has always been there. The sparring bouts with all kinds of Zabraks on his homeworld. From an early age, it was clear that Kegan thrived in hand-to-hand combat. He was smaller than most of his species in his youth. But, what he lacked in stature, he made up for in skill. A skill set that was groomed for success by his father, who constantly pushed the boy to be the best that he could be and then pushed Kegan past the boundaries he believed that he had.
However, all of this insistent training wasn't just so he could beat up a couple of Zabraks every week. The One Sith was crumbling, collapsing in itself and Kegan's father knew this. Thus, on Kegan's eighteenth birthday, he was sent to Korriban to learn from the Masters and Overseers of the Sith Empire. There, he was put through various grueling trials and pushed further than even his father dared to take him.
But, he was thankful for his father.
Had he not pushed Kegan to be stronger as a teen, it was likely that he would have broken. Snapped. Gone made or simply ended his existence to escape.
Kegan didn't do that, however. He remained strong and eventually caught the attention of a Sith Lord who trained him in melee combat, specifically, Forms III and V. One decade of training and mastering and running tasks before his Master declared him to be a Knight and Kegan killed his Master in a duel. Honor was a trait that was infused into his blood.
Another two decades before he is named a Sith Lord. His accomplishments and contributions great enough to proclaim his ascension. Shortly after becoming a Lord, Kegan meets a Zabrak female named Rori, with whom he has two children with. Those children are Tevro and his older brother, Vuxae.
Together he and Rori provided the best home that they could think to make for their family, nurturing their sons on Iridonia. As a family, they grew. As future Sith, the boys would experience the same pressure from Kegan and his father gave to him.
He saw now the reason behind this.
It was out of love. Out of necessity.
It was needed to ensure that they succeeded more than he, more than Rori, more than his father.
He'd make sure that they did, even if he died seeing it as it happened.
