The Genesis Story-line depicts the origional timeline followed by KitKat on the community The Gungan Council. This ranged from 2007 - 2014 and saw Katarine achieve the rank of Jedi Master and induction in to the TGC Hall of Fame.

In Character Plot Summary:
Katarine Ryiah was born 10 years after the battle of Yavin (10ABY) on a remote planet called Aviprine. Growing up she was fascinated with tales of the heroic Jedi and how they had saved the galaxy. This made her excited to start training in the Force. Luckily, she and her twin were both Force sensitive so they were sent to train under a woman named Lady Sinistra. During this training Katarine learned that she was not being taught the ways of the Jedi at all, but instead was being taught to use the darkside. She and her twin were being trained to fulfill a prophecy, and eventually Katarine would be entered into an arranged marriage.

As the years went by Katarine struggled with the darkside. She was never brutal enough for Sinkstra and the more she learned about the Jedi the more she realizes the corruption caused by the darkside. Katarine decided to flee her home planet when she was 16 and go searching for the Jedi Order. The Jedi Brotherhood is what she found and she was quickly taken in to be trained by Master Jessari Tanelorn and Master Spark Vallen. Katarine worked diligently and was eventually knighted in the Order.

After knighthood, Katarine took on her first padawan Mist Mayweather. Mist proved to be a very difficult student, often impulsive and failing to listen to Katarine. On one such instance Mist was captured by a Sith who called himself Lord Ravage. The Sith intended to use Mist as bait for Katarine. When Katarine went to save Mist she realized Lord Ravage was her own twin brother Daxium, who had been searching for Katarine to bring her home and fulfill the prophecy. Katarine and Mist both escaped the clutches of Ravage, and returned to the Jedi Temple on Naboo to finish their training.

After returning to Naboo Kat was reunited with a pirate she had med during her time as a Jedi Investigator. The pirate introduced himself as James Terran and said he hadn’t been able to stop thinking about Katarine since their meeting. James wanted to learn more about his Mandalorian and Jedi heritage and asked Katarine to train him. She agreed and took James as her second padawan. The presence of a second student upset Mist Mayweather, who had grown irrationally attached to her master and was refusing to take the trials and become a knight. Mist left the Jedi Order and fell to the darkside after vowing revenge upon Katarine.

The absence of her first padawan gave Kat and James a great deal of alone time together. Eventually the two fell in love and were wed on Naboo. The marriage was a happy one, but it ended quickly when there was a chasm within the Jedi Order. A group of Jedi left the Brotherhood to form a Rogue Jedi Order, that sounds take a more aggressive stance against the darkside. James left to join this group and did not tell Katarine he had done so. When Katarine went to find him she discovered he had left the Jedi completely and went to fight in a Mandalorian war.

Abandoned and lost, Katarine returned to the Jedi and left grief consume her.

It was during this time she trained several students and was eventually mastered by the council. Each day got harder for Katarine and eventually she could feel the darkside pulling her. Knowing she did not want to fall, Katarine decided to search for an ancient stone that would cut off her ties with the Force completely. She hired a mercenary named Elion Corsair to guide her through an ancient tomb and retrieve the stone.

During the mission for the stone Elion and Katarine encountered many traps and enchantments. Elion was mortally wounded and Katarine was forced to save his life at the expense of retrieving the stone. To show his thanks Elion stayed with Katarine and soon a romance blossomed. Elion was loyal in a way James was not and finally Katarine was happy again.

The happiness did not last. Elion became poisoned with a rare Sith illness and Katarine was forced to return to Aviprine to seek the help of her twin, who had a rare blood disorder that made him immune to poisons. Dax agreed to help Elion but instead he turned the man over to Darth Styx, a ruthless Sith Lord who uses mental manipulation to torture Elion. Styx sent Elion to a dimension where a fake Katarine would torture him for decades, leaving mental scars so deep Elion was unable to be around Katarine anymore. With such a mental weakness Styx was able to posses Elion and left Aviprine, leaving Katarine in the clutches of Lord Ravage.

In her grief Katarine became addicted to being in the presence of darksiders. The darkside had a very unique effect on Katarine, causing her to get weak in a similar way as Superman does to Kryptonite. In this stage Katarine felt high and could forget Eli. She soon discovered Christian Draclau and started using the man as a drug of choice.

After the TGC community became inactive KitKat sought other places to write Katarine. This span of time would consist of loosely held together stories spanning different comunities such as Star Wars Chronicles, Star Wars Unleashed, Star Wars Flashback, Star Wars Rebel Scum, and Star Wars RPG: Chaos. During this time Kat's story became experimental, often with the writer incorporating elements into the story that broke earlier continuity. The Ryiah family was expanded upon, and changed several times to tell different aspects of Kat's story, and various explanations of the fabled Doppleganger prophecy were explored.

At Chaos this story consisted of Katarine being transported over 800 years into the future and landing in this galaxies timeline.
