To one side Daisy was displaying the brutality of a true Mandalorian and to her other Scherezade had given her a shining example of the wrath that lived within. Dianah revelled in it. There was nothing but pure darkness surrounding them in that little alley and she couldn't help but drink it in hungrily.

All of a sudden, just as the edge of her blade bit through someone's torso, the loud echoing boom of something heavy landing on the stone floor sounded out. The display of power that followed was epic. The thin lines of bright lightning spread and worked their way through the cobbled stone toward the offenders. If it weren't for Jaron's quick quip she would have been marvelling at it all day. As it was, his baritone voice was first to break the silence of their makeshift battlefield.

'If you could pull that off I'd give you every credit in Metus' account.'

Dianah took a quick look around the crowd they had picked up after walking two paces down the road. They started as three. Now they were six. The man who had made a dramatic entrance walked off without a word. Jaron, of course, was right on his heels. He'd always had a preference for silence. Dianah began to follow herself, but not before shaking her helmeted head sarcastically at the two women beside her and uttering one word.

'Men.'

Kyber underestimated how fast the Rakghoul plague would spread in the Kind Gentlmen/ Golden Angel coalition territories as it already caused them to block off Marrow street and convinced one of the mercenary companies to cancel their contract with the Golden Angels, as for Kyber he was charged with quelling the Rakghoul population due to him being made of durasteel with nothing organic within him.

At first Kyber thought this to be counter productive in his plan as he was the one who brought the rakghoul infection to the Kind Angel coalition he soon realized that this was infact better due to the fact if he proved himself an avid rakghoul slayer he would most likely be invited to attend the meeting in which the coalition would discuss how to deal with the rakghouls instead of him having to sneak in.

Currently Kyber was cutting up a recently slayed rakghoul to see how their body works when he was interrupted by a courier. "Mercenary HK-121 the Golden Angels have sent me to inform you that they wish you to come to the Rich Hutt Casino to discuss on strategys to deal with a small pest problen" the courier said referring to Kyber as HK-121 which was just a fake alias and not his real name nor the name of the droid model he was using, "This one wishes to know how much the pay raise will be" Kyber responded. "I would assume the Golden Angels will happily negotiate it with you tonight" the courier said before walking off without waiting for another response from Kyber. The final phase of the plan was in action.

Somehow, Srina remained mostly clear of blood and meatier chunks, but it was mostly due to the fact that her primary weapon was a lightsaber. The wounds cauterized too quickly to leave anything more than an acrid stench behind. Silver eyes flickered over the tall form of Lirka and she couldn’t help but wonder what the everyday civilian would have thought. Her armor was likely deliberately terrifying and vaguely demonic—but that wasn’t it. There was a presence. Thoughtless, remorseless, death.

They were quite similar.

At the affirmation of having company on her next venture, she nodded her head silently. The three nightmarish Magnaguard that surrounded her moved when she moved, stopped when she stopped, and followed her every command. The next hideout that required extermination wasn’t far and she moved her hand over her Holo-Comm to activate the map. Lights flickered to life in the air and she strode forward with a renewed sense of purpose.

She didn’t like killing. She took no joy in it. Combat, actively fighting, for an Echani was an art form. This was the furthest thing from a painting or a form of expression. It was mayhem. Macabre and frightening. It simply needed to be done. There was no reasoning with these thugs—no appealing to their better angels. They had none. As such, the Exarch held no mercy. “This way, Ka.”

Observing proper etiquette had never been her strong suit. When it came to diplomatic ventures she made a concentrated effort, but here, she simply moved. From one fight to the next.

“We’re closing in on their leaders. There’s only so many more places they can hide.”

<<Srina, there is a problem.>>

“What is it?”, she resisted the urge to sigh. Her AI usually kept quiet in areas like this, unless, it was absolutely necessary. It must have been bad.

<<Word of a plague is spreading. What are your orders?>>

“Hard quarantine the area—No one in or out. We don’t need another Melida/Daan.”

<<Understood. Issuing containment personnel to the coordinates of the suspected outbreak. Transmit the data to the rest of the CIS as it is known. They need to be prepared. What is it? Is there a cure? How does it spread? >>

Plagues. Why did it always have to be a plague? Why were there always things she couldn’t effectively fight? She was privileged that her armor came with a rebreather but not everyone was so lucky. Her focus shifted to Lirka Ka again and she breathed in deeply before repeating what she’d heard. “There’s some sort of virus running around. We don’t know the infection rate. Keep the enemy at a distance if possible and do your best to keep their blood off of you.”

That hardly seemed possible when the Sephi was covered in it.

Once they reached the warehouse that Srina had been directed to she ordered the Magnaguard to circle around to secure the exits so their enemy could not escape. Her AI confirmed her targets and she exhaled slowly before raising her hand. There was a sharp crack as wood and metal splintered and she pushed the door from its hinges. The men behind it were startled by the interruption. They would be even more startled by the hail of shots from her Verpine hand canon that tracked their targets.

For this mission, she chose flechette rounds. They were quiet. It suited her.

She moved rather swiftly, only stopping, to making a brief inquiry.

“Who are your leaders? Where are they?”

[member="Srina Talon"]

Lirka was far from so reserved, she was doing that which she did best: gory killing. Once they entered she leaped into the fray, quite literally leaped. Rather impressive considering just how heavy her armor seemed to look, of course in truth it felt nearly weightless on her body what with the force enhancements she had trained herself to be able to apply for all these years, not accounting for raw physical strength in that matter as well.

Her blade came down with a whine, the vibrations that made such a massive weapon so effective were quick to go to work. Slashing down and leaving one of the men a bloody mess, she didn't know much for the quarantine. Though her armor was rather liquid proof, a tight seal formed from it's jagged plates. She asked no questions, she had no reason or desire to. No, she just started hacking and slashing away at however was unfortunate enough to be in her way at that moment.

There were times when Daisy looked back on life and was glad that it was in the past. Such as, when her brother had inadvertently ticked off Scherezade by calling her Cherry. He thought he was being cute, slick, just the absolute dream-boat he thought he was—but the forcie woman had nearly cut him to pieces in a hot minute. Now, vaguely soberer, and with proper tools, she had an array of blades that should have made anyone run away. Far and fast.

The young woman threw a half-wave at [member="Aston Jacobs"] before preparing to fire her pistols. She wasn't being rude, she just really, really didn't want to be shot at. "The more the merrier."

Dianah wasn’t the only one who was startled by the sudden entrance of someone new. Unlike the rest of the women present her force abilities hadn’t been honed for chit. She didn’t stare at the man that crashed into the ground like a comet, but, her jaw did clench tighter. Daisy wasn’t all that comfortable with a lot of showy force users left and it made her edgy. Jumpy. She was never quite sure what side they were on.

It didn’t much matter though. The tall, gorgeous, if she was being completely honest Sith Lord ran through the rest of their enemies as if they were made of little more than wet rice paper. She blinked behind her visor. Well, dang. Double dang. He didn’t bother to introduce himself but merely continued on his way. “Howdy to you too partner!”, she called out, honeyed tones a little sassy, to go with the very Outer Rim way she rolled her pistol over her finger before sheathing it.

“Do ya’ll know him?”, Daisy questioned, her words a little robotic sounding through the vocoder of her helmet. She really wasn’t looking forward to trying to shoot someone who could almost move faster than her sensors could follow. They’d been calibrated for extreme speed, but, that was something different. “Or should ah just assume every Sith that drops out of the sky is on our side?”

Without much else to do, since the bad guys were already down for the count, the golden-haired Mandalorian just sort of shrugged and followed along. Whelp. When in Corellia.

They seemed to make their way to the coordinates without much more trouble. Maybe the local thugs saw what happened to the first lot and didn’t have the stones to try again. She really wasn’t sure. With one hand on her hip, she tried to assess the museum for what it was. Big. Old. A pain in the arse really because it didn’t seem traditional technology worth a hackin’. What was the use in tryin’ to be stealthy if they were just going to have to blast their way in regardless?

“So. What do you guys think? Go in guns a blazin’? Or should we try and find the sneaky-pete route?”

They had started this mission as three. Now they were an entire group. No longer enjoying the rush of battle, Scherezade stared uncomfortably. She wasn't really a social person, despite Daisy's attempt to make her one, and unless they were actively fighting, she was like a fish out of water. She clenched her jaw, watching the arrival of her uncle ([member="Caid Centurion"]), and listened quietly to the very quick exchange of words between @[member="Dianah Vi'Dreya"] and [member="Jaron Lesan"].

Quickly enough, the group began to move, joined by [member="Aston Jacobs"]. The presence of the Lightsider confused her ever so slightly. Certainly, the CIS claimed neutrality and accepted pretty much anyone to their ranks, which was part of the reason Scherezade was there at all, as it was pretty obvious other places would not have taken her in, even if just give her the 'barely tolerable' treatment. Still, within the CIS, most Darksiders tended to stick together, and Lightsiders tended to stick together, and teaming up with a combination thereof was... Not really common. Still, she said nothing about it. She also did not know that Aston had been during the week she had spent in the Darkness, but that was probably a good thing right now; she needed as little distractions as possible.

Wiping some of the blood off her face on the back of her hand, Scherezade moved together with the rest of the group, taking the flank.

Hearing Dianah's comment only now, the Sithling did manage to give the woman a tiny smile, nodding in agreement.

As the group walked, Scherezade changed her position in the order, walking next to Daisy now, being... Well, she wasn't holding her hand or leaning into her, but it was overly clear from the way walked much closer to her than the others that this was someone she was more comfortable with than the rest of the group. They were actual... Friends.

The one that flew in and got Dianah and the other guy excited is my uncle, or cousin, depends which side of the family tree you go from, she quietly sent Daisy via telepathy, his name is Caid Centurion. Daisy knew more than enough about Scherezade's family. She was one of the only two people outside of it that Scherezade called a friend, and trusted. And though people took Daisy's accent and thought she was dumb as bricks for it, Scherezade knew better, and she knew Daisy wouldn't really have to think in order to work out that Caid being her family did not translate into him being a person to trust. Then again, there were so few people in this galaxy that Scherezade felt she could trust, and it was only a matter of time before they betrayed her too. That was always how it went, didn't it? No. Not this time. This time, Scherezade would cease to exist before that could happen.

The group made their way to the coordinates. Once there, Daisy asked for opinions.

"We need the royal family alive," she murmured, "if we go in guns blazing, that's not likely to happen."

Force. She hated being stealthy. She preferred to punch a rancor rather than sneak around its habitat. But sneaking in when you were such a huge group, tended to be a problem. One, two tops, that could be done. But... Sneaking in pretending to be someone else, that was something she already had a lot of experience in.

"I can go in and pull the Damsel in Distress act," she said, "they won't immediately kill a half naked woman asking for help. Once I know where the royals are, I can signal the rest of you to come in killing everyone else."

Caid's light footfalls were pretty quiet, but even then, it would have been pretty tough to hear the others talking were his efforts...unaided. The Sith Lord made sure to remain in the shadows as they traversed the next few blocks. Whether the others cared to be stealthy or not did not personally effect him. From the information he'd read on the target location's construction, a frontal approach wasn't exactly ideal given the large display windows.

Settling within visual sight of the facility's western wall, Caid narrowed his eyes. In his vicinity, he could clearly hear Scherezade talking through a strategy. Fortunately for them, the building was one story. Not only did that limit the potential locations for the hostages, but it made what he was about to do next...much easier.

Without saying a word to the rest of the group, Caid expanded his presence, allowing it to rush forward and roll over the facility. It was fairly easy to identify living organisms through the Force. It was especially easy to identify those that were large or heavily influencing the force with their own emotions or movement. With practice and experience, it was easy enough to identify fully sentient beings from anything else. In his travels, he'd met people that could even identify specific species. Fortunately that's not relevant right now.

"If you are willing to kidnap and threaten the lives of a family, I rather doubt you care about helping a Damsel in Distress." The deep baritone of Caid's voice rolled softly across the air towards the rest of their group as the Sith Lord turned his head to regard his niece. "That's not exactly the smart play."

Returning his gaze to the museum, Caid motioned to it with his head. "I detect eight bodies inside. Three are clustered tightly together in the northwest corner." Withdrawing a datapad from a back pocket of his pants beneath his robes, Caid pulled up a schematic which he'd downloaded from public records. After all, it was not a military facility. "Should be a storage room. Due to several factors..." None of which Caid would bother going into. "...my guess would be those to be the family, but it could just as easily be a ruse." Force users, after all, weren't exactly rare in the galaxy. If it were Caid, he would strategically move people around. "Too little movement throughout the facility to be sure. There are five other presences, two in the sales area, three in the main display area."

Pausing, Caid stowed his datapad and looked pointedly at the woman in armor for half a heartbeat. "Our best bet is a multiple breach. We need at least someone to make a big distraction when we're ready. While that person is causing all kinds of noise and making them think the building is under siege, at least three others breach each compartment of the facility. The distraction should cover the sound of any other actions to keep reinforcements from flocking to one location inside. Whomever works the external distraction should probably stay alert for any external reinforcements we've not been able to detect."

Returning his gaze to their objective, Caid shrugged his shoulders. "Just a suggestion, but hostage takers are always waiting for someone to breach their location. The moment it seems like it's happening, they'll direct their entire attention to that one location and momentarily drop their attention of the hostages. That's why they do it...they think they can succeed right down to the end." He was not their commander or superior, but he did have a vested interest in this operation succeeding. It would also be great if his niece could, you know, not die unnecessarily before she even had a chance to truly live.

Regardless of what she, rather clearly, thought of him.

It seemed the news of the rakghoul plague spread like wildfire and it was only a matter of time until CIS command would ask Kyber why the Rakghoul plague seemingly appeared out of no where in his section. Kyber decided he would send out two messages to the CIS on the planet to explain the situation. "This One has bad news for Those Ones as many of Those Ones already know a plague is spreading across the city, this plague is infact the Rakghoul Plauge that was brought by a gang who thought they could weaponize and control it, while This One executed the perpetrators the Rakghouls were able to escape before This One could get to then. Please make sure Those Ones do not have exposed skin"

After about five minutes since the first message was realised Kyber sent the second message to those within the high ranks of the CIS. "This One is Kyber reporting that the previous message was in fact false and done for the security of the CIS, the truth his protocol Exterminatus was initiated on the gangs of this city and Exterminatus destroys its targets without mercy nor liability, the Rakghouls were created by the Shadowghoul droids within Exterminatus' ranks to disrupt enemy supply lines and cause their leaders to meet up for discussion. Remember officially it was thugs that brought the Rakghouls but the truth is it was Exterminatus"

Soon Kyber arrived to the Kind Angel Coalition meeting area in the Rich Hutt Casino. It was only a matter of minutes until his prey would be dead.

Jaron chuckled when he heard Dianah’s comment in the distance. A small smile pulled at his face as he followed along. It was not long before they found their way along to their destination and plans began to form. Their group was a decent size but storming the facility was not going to the right call, and he was glad that the man who’s seemingly fallen out of the sky said that. Jaron wasn’t appreciative that he opted to just call the shots, but he also didn’t disagree with the plan.

“Stealth is what we need here, but that’s in and out. Whatever distraction we have needs to ensure it gives time to get in, but also put which will take longer with the royal family in tow. That being said I can go in, and I want Dianah with me,” Jaron said as he looked over the building for their best access point.

Was it up for debate, not really. Dianah was the only one he had worked with in the group before, so she is who he wanted at his side. This had nothing to do with the vision or his feelings for her. Dianah was the best possible choice for a partner because she was the best possible compliment to him. She had already proven that on Arbra.

His mind reached through the building. Their best access was the roof. Jaron turned to Dianah and leaped, with help of the force, to the roof in one bound. His mind reached out to the others.

“You had better make this a good distraction..”

Srina, if she cared enough to, would have sighed at watching the Mandalorian Protector launch herself at their enemies. Hadn’t she just warned her that they might be infected? She couldn’t really blame [member="Lirka Ka"] when considering, that most people had never seen a full-scale pandemic, and didn’t know the truth of it. The Exarch had studied Mirial extensively after the undead rose through some ghastly mix of Sith ability and degradation. She had been on Melida/Daan when the same thing happened via a viral outbreak.

It was a terror. Sheer insanity. It had been so hectic that the Vicelord himself had dropped down into the cesspool out of fear that the infection had consumed her. He was still on her chit list for that but one day she’d let it go. Maybe.

When the Exarch’s first target failed to deliver the correct response the Echani executed him without hesitation. He had served his purpose, and he had seen, that they wouldn’t pause in returning them to the Force. If the thug had known the answers that she sought they would have sung them to high heaven. With that in mind—Srina moved on. “Who are your leaders? Where are they?

Still, no response. Or an incorrect response.

One by one both women cut down the criminals in this location until there were none left to tell the tale. Srina seemed mostly untouched by the gore, however, Lirka was covered in it. She would definitely need to have her armor cleaned thoroughly.

Right, when they were about to depart this hideout she received a transmission from [member="Kyber"]. The first told a story of gangs releasing a rakghoul plague. That was understandable and entirely plausible. She wished that the second message wouldn’t have followed. Silver eyes went flat with a deeply buried rage. It was fury, so pure and clear, that the air momentarily rippled around her form. Exterminatus had free range to destroy their enemies—not to make a few thousand casualties in the process.

He would be dealt with when this was all over. It seemed that he did not understand his limitations, or, that something had gone wrong with his programming.

“Acknowledged, [member="Kyber"]. See that the quarantine efforts do not fail. We have people on the ground that could become infected. This plague is not to spread any further than it already has. Am I clear?”

Lirka had been present for a few large scale infections in her long life, but nothing that quite compared to the destructive nature of the Rakghoul. She was relying on her own sealed blade to make things work, entirely unaware how much of the thing even worked or what it truly did. She just killed. A sweeping slash bisecting a man.

And she killed. Another slice to decapitate.

And she killed. Removing another thug’s legs.

It was simply what she did, she was a specter of death when tossed into her element. Poorly equipped thugs to be butcher in the masses, the fancy looking one could do the finer details. She was just here to do a clean out, kill anything and anyone that got in her way. It was just how Lirka worked, as much as she abhorred that being the truth

While their previous meeting had been more fun than Dianah had ever had, she couldn't remember if she had seen Scherezade smile the whole time. The fact that she could smile and that Dianah had made her, even if it was a very brief one, caused a swell of pride. If it weren't for its sheer size the white marble of the museum would have gone almost unseen through the thick layer of snow. It loomed large as the group approached it with their best attempt at being inconspicuous. Dianah was surprised nobody had noticed them yet, considering their party consisted of five powerful force users and a Mandalorian. She couldn't help but snort a soft laugh at that thought, it sounded like the start of a really bad joke. By the time she had come to a stop in front of the rest of them a plan was already being formed.

Caid was mumbling on about how many people there were in the building. For some strange reason she trusted him completely, but she decided to check his maths anyway. It was good practice for her and she was still fairly new to the whole sight thing. Her own tendrils of dark force ebbed from her soul and wound their way through the museum. It happened to be her favourite part because if she closed her eyes tight enough she could see her power wriggling and turning through the corridors of stone like a snake on a hunt. She took a few minutes longer than he had done and more than a few minutes to make triple sure of it, but in the end he was proved right. Eight life forms in total, all present and correct.

Dianah let them all work it out between themselves, she felt it best if she just went were she was told. Out of all five of them she had by far the least experience. In true fashion for their gender Jaron and Caid seemed to be taking the reigns. This was fine with her as, while she didn't know the strange Sith who had jumped down from the skies, she did know Jaron. She trusted him with her life and he trusted her with his. It seemed like a strange notion for a Sith to be willing to give their life for another but both of them had proved they would if necessary. Some might tut at the idea or shake their heads but it worked for them. Their desire to keep each other safe meant they were a deadly combination of aggression and fury.

Jaron whizzed by her in his trademark black blur. Even if she had disagreed to the plan there was no point arguing now. She shrugged her shoulders to the rest of the group and, though it was covered by her helmet, flashed them a charming smile.

'I suppose that's me called for. Let us know when you're ready...'

With no time to wait for a reply Dianah turned on her heel and followed in Jaron's footsteps. When the steps had turned from a jog into a run she pushed her feet from the ground hard. In that instant the force took hold and willed her body further than it had any right to go. Dianah landed on the roof with a soft thump, which took her by surprise considering the weight of her armour. After straightening herself out she unclipped her helmet and set it down on the snow covered roof. Dianah brought the corners of her mouth up into a playful smile, which was directed at Jaron.

'So, you want me, huh?'

Daisy stared at the chrome dome Sith for a brief moment. Who exactly had placed him in charge when he couldn’t even manage a basic hello? Rolling her eyes within her T-Visor she nearly jumped out of her skull when she heard Scherezade’s voice chiming in her head. She’d never gotten used to telepathy. She didn’t mind it so much when her friend did it, however, it still made her want to wiggle her little finger in her ear to get the tingling out. Daisy definitely got the message. Bright eyes was one of those salty pieces of goodness to be karked with at an extreme distance. Tentatively she reached out to the brunette through the Force…She really didn’t know what she was doing. ‘IT’S TOO BAD YOUR UNCLE-COUSIN NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. AH’VE MET FRIENDLIER TWO BY FOURS FILLED WITH NAILS. MY HEART IS ALL BROKEN DARLIN’ WE COULDA BEEN RELATED.’

In no way shape or form did Daisy realize she was YELLING in Scherezade’s cranium. Volume control was not a thing as of yet. Caid Centurion. She pulled her eyes away to focus on the respective plans that everyone seemed to be going through. When Scherezade’s uncle-cousin (as he would forever be called in her head) threw back her friends plan she bristled a little. “She’s not counting on them being helpful to a scantily clad woman in distress. Murderin’ kidnappers with a conscience ain’t really on the docket if you know what ah mean. She’s counting on bad people continuing to be bad people.”

It wouldn’t take much to figure out what Daisy was saying in contrast to her sweet southern spacey accent. There wasn’t a man alive, unless women-folk were off the menu, that wouldn’t do a double take at Scherezade’s armor. Half naked and helpless? Either for personal use or trafficking later on—her soul sister was a looker. It was despicable… But it could have worked considering Scherezade could definitely handle herself. It all depended on how professional these boys were. Daisy had only seen the local rough and tumblers and she’d been less than impressed. Unorganized, careless, and sloppy. But, the hot uncle-cousin wasn’t her enemy today.

Her sensors confirmed the body count that Centurion reported and the Mandalorian woman exhaled slowly with her hands on her hips. Multiple breach points? Stealth, stealth, stealth…Yea, they could do that. Sorta.

She turned her head toward [member="Jaron Lesan"] when he immediately claimed @Dianah Vi’Dreya. If he looked hard enough he could probably feel her upraised eyebrow nearly hitting the heavens. No matter what he thought he was doing, saying, or explaining without saying she’d most definitely heard that shtick before. It wasn’t a question so much as an order. Gee, how sexy. Only the fact that Dianah went along with it kept Daisy from a smart remark. If she was fine with it? Nothing needed said.

“Ah guess that leaves us to the distraction.”

Daisy reached behind her back and into her pack. As water was wet and the sun did shine—Scherezade deWinter liked to blow things up. The golden-haired woman had come prepared. She pulled free several localized explosive devices that could be triggered remotely. Not enough to take a building down, certainly, but more than enough to give their new thug-friends a palpitation or two.

“Happy birthday, sugah.”, she tossed one of the packs to Scherezade and strode toward the museum. Birthday or not a sizeable boom was sure to put a smile on her face. “Multiple points like tall dark and bossy said. I’ll go right. You go left. Just peel them apart and stick the backside on a solid surface. Give me a buzz when you’re clear and ah’ll set off the fireworks. We can breach while the others worry about collecting the kittens.”

She paused briefly, just long enough to check her gear, before she broke into a light jog. Daisy stuck to the shadows the building created, careful of surveillance, or prying eyes, and began to put up her little party favors one by one.

As soon as Scherezade gave her the all clear, and the explosives went off, the rest of the team would know to move. There was no way they’d be able to unhear this.

Her words were rather final as she holstered her weapons and glanced at the carnage that had swept through the flophouse. It was a pathetic hideout if she ever saw one. Lirka Ka was a force of nature. She did not seem to show fatigue, nor, did she seem to realize that they were still hunting for the leaders of these groups. Nevertheless, Srina did not stop her. These thugs were vermin. Scum. Extermination was the only way to deal with them. There was no incarceration, no rehabilitation, simply death. There were few things that the Confederacy couldn’t tolerate.

Slave trade and infringing upon the freedoms of others, as these men had, were at the top of the list. The Rakghoul plague was unfortunate but it was hardly the most dangerous thing on the planet. These gangs were. They were tearing cities apart.

“[member="Kyber"]. You have my permission to do draw on what resources you require to ensure total quarantine. Deal with the gangs. Let them turn—but preserve civilians. Save as many as you can.”

Her anger had not yet subsided. Yet, she could not undo it. The second story that had only been expressed to the higher echelon of the Confederacy would be buried and the droid that had pulled that thing out of storage would have quite a bit to answer for. Exterminatus was the last line. The final choice, however, they were not given carte blanche to kill innocents.

If they were there was a deep misunderstanding that she would be correcting with the Vicelord shortly.

Another ping appeared on her comm. Oracle read it aloud, her mechanical voice proper, with neatly rounded vowels. <<The stronghold that contains the leaders of the Bloody Rancors has been verified. Coordinates inbound…>>

“Are you up for one more, Ka? We have the final target.”

Regardless she wrangled in her Magnaguard that seemed to have appeared from nowhere. Their stealth-tech made it extremely hard for enemies to detect their approach. Many, unless extremely gifted, never had time to scream.

Once the broke down the hierarchy that controlled the gang in this sector Srina would transfer over to the area that held the Rakghoul plague. She wanted to ensure that all procedure was followed. It could not be allowed to spread.

"Ha! You call this one? This a warm-up at best, these rats don't offer a challenge."

Her voice distortion in her helmet made her seem even more gruff when she said it, added onto that slick Sephi accent. She was a murderer, true and true. It fit her incredibly well, maybe it was the role her life was destined for. Just to add to a point, it was almost pure instinct truthfully, she gave a rough kick to the head of one of the corpses just to make sure he didn't have to go and make sure he was dead.

"Where are we going?"

In truth, she didn't want to seem as eager as she was. She adored fighting, she adored killing. She was far from fond of what it did for her life, making her into such a dull killing machine for so much of her life. But she was damn good at it either way, might as well put these skills to use for something good.

Kyber was not happy that [member="Srina Talon"] was ordering him to make sure quarantine efforts work even though he has no battledroids under his control and the gangs attempt to quarantine the rakghoul plague was meant to fail.

Kyber would worry about quarantine later because first he had to finish the hunt. Kyber ordered his shadowghoul droid to go cloak as he went the the Rich Hutt Casino and entered it. Kyber was stopped by a few guards before he could enter the meeting room who stripped him of his two lightsabers completely unaware he has three.

A man in a nice tailored suit looked up at Kyber when he entered and said "HK you are late now please take a seat, since you are a droid I do hope you can give us a logical and simple plan on dealing with these beasts" the man was Mikal Lane the leader of the Kind Gentlemen Gang and head of the Kind Angel coalition "This One suggests we first eliminate all those her who are infected by the plague" Kyber responded.

Some of the mercenaries and gang members at the meeting pulled out their own hidden weapons and pointed it at each other with one mercenary captain yelling "WHO THE KARK IS INFECTED DROID"
"Those Ones all are" Kyber said as his Shadowghoul droid uncloaked and attacked the people at the meeting.

The confusion meant people shot each other but it also allowed Kyber to get his lightsaber without anyone noticing and used it to kill the other gang members. The entire ordeal took only half a minute and resaulted in the death of all the gang leaders apart of the Kind Angel coalition and a heavily damaged Shadowghoul droid. After a few more seconds a bunch of armed gang members who were guarding the casino entered to see Kyber standing over the dead bodies

"The ineffective leadership has been eliminated as Those Ones were infected, This One shall be taking control of the Kind Gentlemen coalition" Kyber then received some new information on resources he has access to "The CIS has also requested our help in properly dealing with and all those who help will be forgiven for the crimes of their gang leaders. Inform everyone that the quarantine zone has been doubled in size and that the plague is spread by Rakghouls cutting skin, Civilians are to be given 3 warnings to go inside their homes or risk execution" The thugs were smart enough to listen to Kyber and gave him back his two lightsabers and ran off to inform the rest of the coalition of who was now in charge and what they had to do

"That One known as Exarch Talon the gang leaders who were marked have been removed, This One has taken over Gang Assets and using them to do quarantine while awaiting CIS resources. This One will require atleast one battalion of battle droid and the newest variant of the Rakghoul Serum that was developed no more than two and a half years ago, if no serum variant that young exists then This One requires CIS scientists to come here and make one. This one also requires proper equipment for the organics who are assisting in quarantine. Proper removal of the plague may take years to complete"

Kyber saw that this little plague could provide wonderful scientific research for the CIS as long as it is properly quarantined.

Scherezade's training had been... Lacking. Sure, she knew how to cut a man's rib cage open in a way that would make it open like a blossoming flower. She knew how to empty each and every organ apart. She knew how to dominate people's minds to get them to do what she wanted. She even knew how to attack them, both physically and through the Force, in some of the most voracious ways possible. But what Scherezade did not know, had never learned how to do, and basically was completely useless at, was defense stuff. And that was why, as Daisy's voice came screaming inside her mind, the Sithling took a step backwards, eyes shutting down. She was doing her very best not to scream with her throat, an she was putting even more effort into not letting her arms grab Daisy around the throat and break the armor/visor that was protecting it. She succeeded. One that was done, Scherezade took a deep breath and opened her eyes, looking at the blonde by her side. Yeah, she was definitely going to train her friend. To continue on without it was worse than sin.

Her idea had been entirely rejected by the other people in their group. Caid had said it was dumb (well not exactly in those words) and suddenly there was a different plan, and the guy who was with Dianah, who had never bothered giving his name, was going in without pause, and taking Dianah with him. This was but one of the reasons Scherezade loathed working in big ugly groups. It was too messy, too many people interfering. Her plan would have worked. Of course, it wasn't the only plan that would have worked, but now they were being bossed around and people were doing whatever they wanted and... Ugh. If it wasn't for Daisy next to her, the temptation to just turn around and leave would have been much stronger.

So yeah, it looked like Daisy and Scherezade were going to be i charge of the distractions. A pack of explosives was tossed into the Sithing's hands and she hugged it, wishing she had her Baby Hutts with her. They were perfect for situations like these. Little cute slugs that slobbered from the bottom of their bodies as well of their mouth, strapped to bombs that went beautifully boom... Yeah, she'd thought she'd be better off on this mission not carrying a crate or few. Another thing she'd thought wrong.

With a nod and a sigh, Scherezade set off in the opposite direction of Daisy. While Scherezade and Daisy were different in almost every way imaginable, be it the gear they chose to wear to battle, their fighting style, their hair color, and their general out look on life, right now they were working together on the same thing, doing the same thing, and Scherezade's movements almost mirrored Daisy's even though they weren't even seeing each other. Scherezade too stuck to shadows when possible, sticking the bombs as often as she dared come near the building, making sure none of it was too close to where Caid had said the three probably-Royals were. She even put a few on buildings nearby. Collateral damage was fun when you didn't have to pay for the repairs from your own pocket.

Once the two were done, they returned to where the group had initially stood, and Daisy nodded to Scherezade.

Things started to go boom.

Daisy had been right. A moment ago, Scherezade had been full of her usual self loathing. Now though, as they watched the beautiful orchestra of destruction, the Sithling was smiling again, the fire and explosions reflecting in her eyes. She would miss seeing such things with her own eyes. It was a wonderful parting gift.

Silver-green eyes turned in the direction of Daisy Americus as she started in with her own explanation of Scherezade's idea. It seemed a rather sincere waste of energy as the Sith Lord had heard his niece the first time but to each their own. His gaze shifted once more as the other male in the group declared himself up to the task, taking one of the other females with him. A thin smirk settled on Caid's lips. At least, it would seem, they weren't going to go the route of trying to break someone into a reinforced hostage situation who's only objective, really, was keeping anyone and everyone out regardless of their state of dress. Caid was quite certain the hostage takers were mostly scum too, but he was also quite certain they could push off on external carnal delights long enough to get paid. It was a simple calculus.

In truth...it didn't matter at all. Caid's only real interest was keeping everyone, including mouthy robowarrior, alive and evaluating the effectiveness of his kin. He'd just as soon have killed everyone in the building and chalked it up to war. The winning of hearts and minds wasn't really his thing.

Reaching out with his emotions, the Sith Lord felt for the minds of the Endelaan Warriors orbiting out of sight overhead. Stand by for immediate dust-off once this objective is secure. No response per usual, and Caid did not wait for one. Casually, he advanced towards the objective. He had no reason to hurry as his own entrance into the museum would not occur until after his niece and the Mandalorian did their thing.

Just before the bombs went off, the Sith Lord dashed in a blur towards the museum and used the Force to leap from the ground to the roof with seemingly little effort. His feet would land on said roof at the same time as the bombs placed by Scherezade and Daisy went off. Light footfalls continued as Caid ran across the roof towards the section over the main display area. Prior to arriving, Caid jumped into the air under his own power and erupted several violent spheres of force energy in the form of kinetite at the roof in the same spot.

A portion of the roof began to give way, mostly masked by the sounds of explosions rocking the street from the various targets set by the girls. By the time Caid's feet were about to come in contact with the roof once more, a slight-than-man-sized section had disintegrated into the interior. As the Sith Lord fell through the opening, he reached for the matte black hilt of his lightsaber. The blood-red blade activated silently and cast the display area in an eerie glow. Caid's feet had barely touched the surface of the interior before he dashed towards the closest armed individual.

With a violent upward slash, Caid cut the man in two just as the second armed hostage taker realized what was happening, Continuing with the speed of his movements, the Sith Lord hurled his weapon at the second armed offender, guiding it with the Force. At the same time, he used a subtle motion of his left hand to ensnare the third man in the room with the crushing power of the Force to keep him immobilized. The second offender's head was severed by the hurtling lightsaber a moment before Caid caught the hilt once more with his right hand.

Deactivating the weapon, Caid assumed a casual walking pace as he tightened his fist. The man's body imploded under the weight before long, creamy spinal flood oozing from his ears and blood from his nose and mouth.

The roof was their way in, but it wasn't going to be standing for long, primarily because mandalorians liked to blow things up. It was another reason she belonged on distraction duty. Being the son of a mandalorian warrior himself he knew just how effective this Daisy could be when it came to what she was tasked with. There was a little bit of time to oblige himself to the banter that consumed the relationship he had with Dianah however. Her comment hadn't gone unnoticed, nor the tone in her voice as she gave it.

"When do I not," he smirked as he winked at her.

He pointed to the hatch on the roof.

"Just like we did at the cave, hmm? I'll speed in and you follow?"

The question was as much a statement as well. He knew that Dianah was still progressing with her skills, and this was an opportunity to show off how much she had practiced. It was also Jaron's way of leading. While others might send the unskilled first, Jaron always had his boots on the ground first. It was the mandalorian in him perhaps, even though he was not technically among their people, he was raised by a woman who was. A small smirk tugged at his lips as he became a blur, dealing with the guards at the bottom of the ladder rather quickly.

"You're clear..." Jaron passed into her mind as he found the nearest shadow to hide in. It was why he wore black. The shadows were his friend. Unlike Dianah, he could not simply change himself at will. It was a strength that was part of who she was, and Jaron was slightly jealous.

Jaron did not wait long for Dianah to make it down the ladder. His red and purple blades had been put back around his waist. The hum they gave off would not be the thing to give their presence away. When he feet dropped next to his, Jaron turned and looked at her with a cheeky grin.

"Never gonna get tired of watching that shebs of yours..."

With that, he moved ahead, looked around the corner and headed toward the room where the royal family supposedly was. That was when the bombs went off, and the roof began to give way.

"We need to get to them, Dianah... now!"

They would have to be quick on the roof top. While she didn't know Daisy or Scherezade like the back of her hand just yet, she knew enough about the two to know it wouldn't be a roof for much longer. The sound of snow crunching underfoot would have likely alerted the people below to their presence but it was no matter now. They were a few feet from the hatch that would lead them inside and once in there they would die. Dianah liked it better that they knew she was coming. It added to the adrenaline coursing through her system. Jaron's voice floated through the cold air and into her ears. She chuckled at his words and shook her head along with it.

'If I'm doing my job right, never.'

His question was more of a command but she wasn't going to argue either way. Even if she would miss her chance to make a dramatic entrance and put an end to a few more lives. He was off in a flash, down the ladders and into the illuminated room below. A few strangled screams later his voice tickled the edges of her mind. Dianah slid herself down the ladders, the armour covering her hands and feet meant she went a lot faster than she had predicted.

The stone floor came up rather quickly and she landed on it moments later with a heavy thud. It sent a wave of shock through her nerves and very nearly made her legs buckle. Upon recovering she reminded herself to go down ladders the normal way from now on. At least until she could get that other Sith to teach her how to fall with style. She turned to face Jaron with a sly smile on her face, accompanied by a nod of her head.

'Just be careful you don't let them distract you entirely.'

Since the corridor in front of them was clear Dianah didn't waste her energy on shifting to the jet-black form she used for stealth. The bombs would go off shortly and that would be enough of a distraction to clear any remaining guards, save for the ones who defended the royals. Her feet tapped noisily against the stone slabs which would have given their position away if it wasn't for the loud explosion that followed. The very foundations of the museum shook violently, spreading brick and mortar over the floor like a thick layer of dust.

The force took hold of her frame once more. Without even looking back at Jaron she sped through the corridors toward their target location. It would have all gone to plan if she didn't run smack bang into one of the massive brutes guarding the storage room. After a split second to reel backward from the impact, her pink blade burst to life. The man seemed to be confused for a second as well. His attention had been on the distant sound of the bombs going off. Dianah didn't doubt he was desperate to tear himself away from his post, uneducated people often had a hard time following orders. It was what made her next action much easier. The streak of fuchsia wasted no time slicing neatly through the centre of his chest.

Another man was advancing through the corridors quickly. Perhaps someone who had abandoned his post to check out what was going on and had heard the stupid mutt screaming. She could feel his life force getting closer by the minute. Dianah could only hope that Jaron wasn't too far behind.
