June Monthly Capping

We try to cap once a month. A capping ceremony is a spot promotion, a ceremony where Staff recognizes the commitment of one or more players to the betterment of the community. it's a time honored tradition here at Chaos, one I personally adore for its purely optimistic outlook and recognition of our members.
