The Agenda is pretty simple

1 - Reaffirm the use of the JAN
2 - Reaffirm the coordination of the Jedi Orders, and the focus of each
3 - Find the way Jedi groups can work together, to strengthen this approach

The temple is an old Jedi temple, and for those who want to participate but prefer to network, there is sparring, exploration, and philosophical discussion to be had by all

there will be a place for you in the future with some of the groups and the strikes, depending on who allows dark siders, but this gathering is for the Jedi Orders/related groups to have discussions. And with it being on Tython, there would be the Lords of Light to get through.
