I was making a reference to a joke in Fable 2. ^^" an arrest warrent has 'assault with a deadly weapon' slowly brought to the point where all I can imagine is the guy had to have beat someone to death with a banana or something because it is what i suggested.

Hmm... in character I'd probably beat someone to death with a piece of fruit.
