- Structure Name: High Castle
- Classification: Fortress
- Location: Jomark
- Affiliation: Final Dawn
- Accessibility: The High Castle is located on an island located on the top of the remnants of a volcanic cone, it's main structure is located roughly 400 meters from a large lake filling up the collapsed caldera of the volcano. Given its specific location and the fact that most of the structure is located underneath the island's surface, it is difficult to find the High Castle unless one possesses the exact coordinates of the facility. Owing to its importance to the Imperial Hands, access to the High Castle is extremely restricted, with only approved Imperial personnel being permitted to enter the facility. Any intruders that are caught will be subject to either immediate termination or capture and interrogation in the case that they're Force-Sensitive.
- Description: The High Castle is a refurbished structure that was once built by the local inhabitants of Jomark and briefly utilized as the residence of the Dark Jedi Master known as Joruus C'baoth. In the centuries since it was last occupied, the High Castle has been brought back to life by the Neo-Imperialist Junta known as the Final Dawn, who renovated and restored the structure for usage as the headquarters of the Imperial Hands, the official decentralized Force group of the Final Dawn, in addition to serving as the base of operations for the Shadow Councillor and Imperial Adjudicator Taregh Garon. In this capacity, the High Castle fulfills a variety of functions as it is where new initiates for the Imperial Hands are trained, dangerous force-users that oppose the Final Dawn are interrogated and where all the Imperial Hands can coordinate and plan future operations to advance the agenda of the Final Dawn.
| Living Quarters | These quarters serve as the primary residence for the high-ranking leadership within the facility, specifically acting as the base of operations and personal residence for the many Imperial Hands of the Final Dawn. Given the highly restricted nature of the facility, they ensure maximum security for its high-level occupants. |
| Barracks | A heavily restricted housing area built underneath the island's surface to accommodate the operational staff and garrison personnel who are needed to secure the headquarters and manage any captured, dangerous Force-sensitive intruders undergoing interrogation. |
| Training Facilities | A core functional area of the High Castle used by the Imperial Hands to train new initiates. These facilities are vital for developing a new generation of capable Force-users to advance the faction's agenda and take the fight against the Jedi and the Sith. |
| Imperial Archives | The central intelligence hub where members of the decentralized Imperial Hands gather, coordinate, and plan future operations. Safely hidden underground away from outside detection, it protects critical tactical data and institutional knowledge for the Imperial Hands. |
| Hangar Bay | A small hangar bay that was explicitly carved along the side of the volcanic cone during the extensive renovations. It provides the primary, highly restricted aerial access point for Imperial personnel to access the facility while also serving as the launching point for starfighters and gunships |
| Underground Tunnels | A subterranean transit network was developed that connects many of the facility's newly expanded structures. Because most of the High Castle is located deep underneath the island's surface, these tunnels allow personnel to move securely and unseen between areas without being exposed outside. |
| Garon's Quarters | This specialized area within the Living Quarters serves as the personal residence and primary base of operations for the Imperial Adjudicator Taregh Garon. Carved into the secure, subterranean layers of the refurbished volcanic fortress, it provides a highly restricted and private space for Garon to oversee the Imperial Hands and plan future operations |

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After successfully recruiting Taregh Garon to the Final Dawn, Supreme Commander Marlon Sularen sought to build a proper base of operations for the Senior Inquisitor, hoping to solidify their partnership further and ensure his continued loyalty to the nascent Final Dawn. After searching multiple sites across Imperial space, the Supreme Commander settled on a decaying, abandoned structure known as the High Castle on the Outer Rim world of Jomark.
Once built by the local inhabitants of Jomark, the High Castle had briefly served as the residence of the Dark Jedi Master Joruus C'baoth during the Thrawn Campaign, before it was abandoned once more. After months of renovations by the Final Dawn, the High Castle was restored to its former glory while also being expanded upon with the development of new facilities such as a small Hangar Bay carved along the side of the volcanic cone the High Castle sits on, along with a variety of underground tunnels connecting many of the new facilities of the High Castle.
Now fully occupied by the Final Dawn, the High Castle serves a dual purpose, acting as the primary base of operations for Taregh Garon and the official headquarters of the Imperial Hands, one of the four main branches of the Final Dawn. In this capacity, it will play a key role in the future of the Final Dawn, providing it with a new generation of capable force-users capable of taking the fight against the Jedi and the Sith.
