DESCRIPTION
Designed as a small weapon based on gravity traps, the grenades are not as powerful as the defensive counter part that can be set up on bases. Instead they are made to immobilize enemy troops and shut down aerial jump troopers. The grenade functions like a smaller gravity well pulling into itself at an intense level everything within five meters of itself. The charge only gives it a lasting effect of seven seconds but in the right moment it could prove highly effective to make an enemy squad slam to the ground causing lasting pain or depending on how it is used pulled into the air, thrown against each other. The effects of the gravity might not last but the after effects of them getting pulled can have a bigger impact or if they lose their weapons.

Gravity generators seem to be established. In the KOTOR games, the droid mounted version's effect lasted for 9 seconds. I think that this would probably have similar length of duration.
