- GDI Incorporated (heretofore to be referred to as ‘GDI’) is a ‘fair trade’ organization, fully embracing a free market mindset. If one has credits to spend or other commodities to exchange, GDI’s products are open to any and all parties. Regulations & jurisdictional laws apply, and GDI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone (individual or organization) for any reason with such restrictions in mind.
- UNDERWORLD CREDITS: Due to the nature of the Underworld Credit economy, specifically how new it is, GDI currently holds the policy of ‘UC donations are appreciated upon approval of use of our products, based upon your current UC surplus and appreciation of the submission’ as a general rule. GDI does not believe in being price prohibitive, and in fact wants our products used as widely as possible. All of that being said, some highly specialized items may have a UC price listed. In those cases, the price is the price, and should be considered an exception to the aforementioned policy.
- GDI Reserve: The GDI Reserve program is a special status for specialized GDI listings. Items listed as part of the program are precluded from blanket ‘sales contracts’ that allow qualified GDI customers to more openly use ‘closed market’ GDI products. GDI Reserve items must be purchased/requested on a case by case basis, regardless of a client’s contract status.
- GDI strives to provide quality products for a fair price, bringing cutting edge technologies to the general public. However, GDI also is able to design/manufacture/produce custom products for proprietary use. - GDI products are patented and legally protected to the fullest extent of the law within the majority of governing bodies throughout the galaxy. Illegal distribution or resale of GDI products (aka ‘black market’ resale of stolen goods, sale of GDI products under the pretense of being ‘your’ product) are grounds for blacklisting from purchasing further GDI goods and/or services, as well as legal action being taken on the part of GDI Incorporated.
- Verified attempts to reverse engineer GDI products are grounds for blacklisting from purchasing further GDI goods and/or services, as well as legal action being taken on the part of GDI Incorporated
- GDI reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions at any time, with or without notice for any reason.
- Items listed within the below catalogue will either be Open Market or Closed Market. Open Market items do not require explicit approval from GDI for use within character sheets, and therefore one does not need to submit a request here to use said item. Closed Market items will require special requisition/purchase requests on this holo-page, and approval by a GDI representative.
