Cecily has spent the last 7 months or so being tortured by Sith. She's a tough old bird, and she escaped and is on her way to Naboo currently. She needs some friends.

Here are a few key things to know about her:
-She is primarily lawful good, but not ALL of her associates have been.
-She is from noble houses on Onderon and Naboo. (SEE Bio)
-She is a well established figure in galactic politics.

So really anyone that might be "normal" for her to associate with. Especially Naboo nobility since that's where she is heading.
