Staff Faction Propaganda and Advertisements Restriction

Faction propaganda and advertisements will now be confined to the "Factions" forum.

Articles, "blogs", status updates or threads posts advertising factions will be removed from public view.

We're looking at cleaning up the Factions forum a bit to better regulate this, stay tuned for following changes. I know a lot of the fun art and posts can stem from these types of posts, so we're not trying to remove them from the forum at all - we're just trying contain the leak of them into the rest of the forum that's cluttering up actual content.

The Faction Article section is for informational posts, subfaction informational posts, etc etc - so there will be a bit of gray area. Just steer clear of "advertising" or "propaganda" and you'll be fine.

More updates to come on what we're doing with the Factions section.

Is there an actual reason why though? Are people complaining or something?

I've always enjoyed seeing other faction's ads, propaganda and news articles in the article section. This just feels really random and odd.
