- Appearance: Almost two meters tall, Elgar is a sight of exemplary terror to the delicate eye. Menacing and of dreading orange yellowish eyes, the trandoshan has glossy brown scale layer covering his rigid scales covering his entire hairless lean body. With flexible powerful members and predatory frame, Elgar deserves to be referred as "savage".

- Skills: With one of the best set of eyes in the galaxy, Elgar is famous for handling anything mechanic with ease. His delicate fingers are quite good from robotic to flaying a living being, but it is his talent as a pilot that befall to him the well-deserved fame he achieved in a few ports around of the galaxy. He has quite the artistic hand for demolition, arsenic's, racketeering and slicing.
- Personality: A spice addict, Elgar can be considered to be quite ordinary in his performance, causing many to believe him to be almost semi-sentient from the nonsense rumble he can babble. This holds true for others, but Elgar is almost adorable in his true personality. Such a reptilian creature, he has a wild, impulsive temperament and has shown a certain pleasure in sadism. In addition, Elgar has curious tastes such as gambling of various types, drinking and gardening.
- WEAPON OF CHOICE: Rifle │ Pistol
- COMBAT FUNCTION: A sniper to the bone beneath his scales, Elgar will always prefer a good sniper rifle over any other weapon, but he can use his other weaponry quite well if he needs to and can hold his ground with a stun baton since he has demonstrated knowledge over the martial art of Stava, he does not have a swordsmanship but can beat the crap out of someone with it.
- A Sniper to the Bone - Elgar easily handles the weapons at his disposal, he can hold his ground against not only one but many targets all at once. Elgar enjoys using his rifle for both her long ranging and personal options for combat, however, the trandoshan can wield any sort of rifle at his disposal and can concentrate to shoot for many distances.
- A Damn Good Pilot - The trandoshan is one of the best pilots this galaxy has to offer. He knows his way around flying nearly any sort of starship that he can get his claws around, from starfighters to big and old corvettes.
- LIMITED: His hand movements can be somewhat clumsy or limited thanks to being a trandoshan.
- BLOOD: Too much blood can cause him to enter a frenzy of bloodlust and be quite the danger for himself and others.
- DUMB: He is dumb as a door, which is amazing considering how good he is with his job, but still, dumb enough to make someone angry or even worried, he will not create brilliant solutions to solve problems.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Born in Trandosha, Elgar was born in a rich family of his species and raised according to the standards of his religion, but as much as his family tried to teach him how to be a member of their society, Elgar did not learned what he needed to become a slaver. Truth was that he was dumb and slow to make decisions about business or even take leadership to perform his duties but he was very good at following orders by the letter and could prove to be quite the henchman.
Elgar instead of serving his family became a bounty hunter serving under the Guild for about a decade. He hunted murderers and other criminals while working for House Paramexor, working for the Mantis Syndicate not long after that doing a lot of mercenary jobs for the Fel Empire and other small organizations, before earning his place at the Crimson Nova. He worked with them for nearly a year before accepting the most generous offer of Kaikielius, becoming a full member of the Ruffians.
He served within their ranks when they were little more than thirty members, after watching most of his companions dying and himself miraculously surviving, Elgar created quite the arrogant persona to face the dangers of his profession.
