Dragon Palace Casino [Open to Red Ravens]

PNZ2Juy.png
Located at Ground Zero on the Utopia-esque planet of Antecedent. The Dragon Palace Casino sits on what is considered to be the ground level of the Ecumenopolis. Surrounded by behemoth skyscrapers and tremendous stretches of architecture. It squats low in comparison to these titans of architecture. Far from Central, capital of Antecedent and home of the governing body. The casino rests on a stretch of district renamed Little Coruscant by the Red Ravens in jest of Nar Shaddaa's nickname. This is due to the recent incursion of illegal activities in the area that has drastically risen the crime rate in the district.

The Dragon Palace Casino is an incredible 10,500,000-square-foot luxury casino and hotel resort owned by Lysle Rigger. The Dragon is a 41-story, 2.9 billion credit investment. The resort has 3200 suites available, with tremendous swaths of convention space for future endeavours on entertainment and business. It holds 550,000-square-feet of casino space, with a whopping 4200 slot machines, 1200 gambling tables, and a 25,000 seat arena for live entertainment and sports events. The casino hires just a little over a thousand bodyguards for purposes of prevention of cheating and maintaining security. Weapon scanners and sensors sit at the main and only entrance into the casino, known for its artistic dragon hovering above that shines neon lights at night.

Currently Jennifer, a half ryn half human girl sat inside of the this extraordinary building within one of the VIP rooms reserved for the Red Ravens. This room was one with a long dining table and bar that could seat at least twenty in some fancy and rather comfortable looking leather chairs. She seemed to be relaxing all on her own after a day of well.. Whatever she had been doing. She was seated by the end of the dining table with her feet on the edge of it, leant back in the comfortable chair while she was facing what appeared to be a flat screen HoloViewer that was placed on the wall.

It was showing some sort of action movie she seemed to be following eagerly and truth be told. It was one of the good ones.

Audrey Thénardier

Crime is a Family Business
It had amazed Lady Audrey Thénardier that in all her time with the Red Ravens she'd yet to make any attempt to visit the Dragon Palace Casino. In truth she'd not given it much thought even after becoming a member of the criminal organization, mainly because she became far too invested in her other projects, assignments, operations and the like. At least now, with enough of her schedual cleared thanks to a number of ivenstments coming through, she'd found herself more free to enjoy lesiure among her comrades in the Ravens.

Lady Thénardier's private shuttle car zoomed through the skyways before eventually finding it's way to the Casino itself. Looking through the hard tinted windows Audrey was amazed how small of a place seemed to manage such business. Still, thinking on it, it made sense to have such a powerful organization operating from such a small place. Best to hide under the noses of any officals who'd come sniffing around. It mirrored Audrey's public cover for being present at the casino as well, how she made the excuse she was on the planet Antecedent both for "business and pleasure" while making it easy to say she was visiting the casino for the latter. Those who tried poking questions about a noblewoman in a place connected with suspected criminals wouldn't hold enough water.

Steeping out of the car, with two escorts present, Lady Thénardier revealed her dress ( http://www.outerinner.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/00015-kw.jpg ) that she wore for the occasion. Walking up she gave her name to the men out front, indicating herself as a member while showing her hidden gun strapped to her thigh; the impressed looks from the men not withstanding. After that she was lead through the Casino, telling her men to wait for her, once she'd arrived at the private room for the other Red Raven members.

Looking in and seeing the set up Lady Thénardier, seeing [member="Jen"], had gave a small bow while saying "I hope I'm not interupting anything, my dear."

Stumbling through the crowds that filled the Dragon Palace Casino to the brim was Lok. The smell of whiskey and liquor was strong on his form and the telltale sign of drinking was even more so present in the half-drained bottle gripped tightly in his hand. After sliding past a pair of well dressed patrons, he stopped and took a sharp inhale of air, eyeing his surroundings with the air of a king. Another swig of the alcohol and he was off once again with a smirk on his lips and a shotgun strapped across his back. Alcohol and guns, not a good mix, but he got away with it since he was a Raven.

He had to admit it: he was a little tipsy and getting drunk and showing off his weapons didn't seem like the perfect plan to his half-sober self. Miraculously, the lion of a man was able to stagger and drink his journey all the way to the back of the casino. Guards and droids eyed him but the patch of a crimson raven upon his shoulders ordered them to look away. Glancing sadly at his emptied bottle and running a hand through his mane, he belched and shouldered his way into some kind of conference room.

"The hell is this?" He asked the wall before him. Golden eyes full of liquor eased to the left and then to the right before coming to a halt. "Who're you?" Lok grunted, clearing his throat as he dropped the empty bottle in a trash can near the door. "You look waaaaay too young t' be a Raven, missy," the pirate moved towards her, "So I suggests that you head on outta 'ere."

The sheepish words hadn't even gotten past his lips when some business lady walked right on in without a single knock. It didn't strike Lok that he hadn't knocked either, but he was apt to share a grunt of agitation with the newcomer.

Part-Time Party Crasher
I walked into the room, wearing my usual jacket, and hearing the sounds of an action movie and a drunk man. The drunk, I recognized as Lok Jorunn. He was trying to get Jen to leave, because she was 'too young' to be a Raven. I just laughed, and grinned over at Jen.

"Nice to see you enjoying yourself, Jen. You look lovely today."

Then I looked back at Lok, and the other guest. A woman I'd never seen before. But I shrugged at Lok.

"I'm gonna tell you that my age doesn't affect my aim. Or my piloting. Jen can tell you that. Anyway, I don't find your age argument compelling."

It was only a few days after the victory of the invasion, and Lysle Rigger found himself reclining in one of the reserved VIP rooms unavailable to the public. His public appearance, suave, business, gentleman, well dressed, all these things incorporated the very being of Lysle, but yet, tonight was a most unusual night. He entered the room behind Lok, "She's fine," was all Lysle muttered. There was never too young to be a Raven. He moved towards Jen, though it was not his destination, he approached and moved to shove her feet off the table, before veering away for a cushioned lounge, dropping onto the seat and resting heavily. Neon lights splashed across the room, and where Lysle had once sat in perfection, he now sat in disarray. His collar was undone, his tie loosened, blood soaked his white shirt, and his face had been pummelled. He motioned a waiter down and took a glass of white, resting it gently in his cupped hands. "To a deserved victory," he said, raising his drink before downing it. A pair of Herglics moved in to flank their crime boss, only allowing the most elite of the Ravens, those belonging in the upper echelons to sit with him, those such as Colap, Cryax, Ice, and a meagre handful of others. Sometimes Lok was invited to sit with him, or Jen if she was behaving herself. For now, he wanted to relax, perhaps drift off to sleep, but otherwise, he just wanted to watch his Ravens have fun. So with heavy eyes, he watched with a bemused smile.

Cryax Bane, Red Ravens secretary was in a celebrating mood so instead of his usual scruffy trenchcoat and fingerless gloves, he'd donned a trim, black double-breasted suit and tie for a night of hanging out in the VIP room of the Dragon Palace Casino. There was much to celebrate with the Red Ravens conquering another planet, Balab I, this time wrenching it from the hands of their nemeses the Black Suns over a few tense days of fighting. As he made his way through the VIP room, fist-bumping with Lysle Rigger's Herglic bodyguards, he noticed that [member="Lysle of the Hydian Way"] looked like he'd been through the ringer. Unfortunately Lysle's part of the invasion had involved alot more combat than the slicer's and Cryax himself had little more than a few scratches this time around. Both men shared one thing, however. They could use a good drink. So the slicer, spying a bartender droid with a tray of mixed drinks, took a glass of Cognac with a polite 'thank you' to the little machine.

The Chiss took a seat near the crime lord and raised his glass when the man raised a victory toast. His boss didn't look like he was in the mood for conversation, so Cryax left it at that. His red eyes scanned the room for his girlfriend [member="Anastasia Rade"] who he'd invited to the casino to join in on the revelry. These days she'd been instrumental in keeping him alive during the Red Ravens' latest sieges. While it would have been emasculating to many man to have a girlfriend play the part of bodyguard, Cryax didn't care so much about that. While self-confidence wasn't always his strong suit, the slicer was secure enough with himself to know that his asset was his brain, not his brawn.

In another part of the room, he spied [member="Jen"] hunched over a Holo, [member="Audrey Thénardier"] in a dress that looked like it was taped on in places, and [member="Jan VonFowl"], another young slicer who Cryax hadn't seen in a while. Sloshing around the room with roguish swagger was another man that Cryax hadn't met, but he knew him by the name of [member="Lok Jorunn"]. He knew he'd talk to them all eventually but for now the Chiss just sipped his drink and allowed himself to relax and enjoy the jubilant atmosphere around him.

The luxrious swoop double seater crashed into the edge of the tunnel it was zooming through, sparks flying from between the wall of the tunnel and the finely lacquered car, scratching it up as whining sounds from breaks hitting the anti-gravity thrusters was heard from it. Making the luxurious swoop come to a stop. The -way too handsome- hero of the movie sat with his hands gripping tightly around the streeing wheel of the swoop, breathing heavily as he stared intensely at the viewer who could see him from outside his beat up swoop. Behind the swoop criminals disguised as police was approaching in slow motion.. It was now or neve-...

Jennifer turned in her chair, someone had interrupted her movie watching, not that such a thing was a disgrace, after all this was the Ravens VIP room meant for everyone so it was allowed. It surprised her though. First a man she didn't not recognize entered, who was closely followed by a woman she could swear she had seen somewhere.

"Not at all-..." She replied to the woman with a smile before the man started to speak up, partly interrupting her. He was obviously drunk judging from his poor balance and loose behavior. She blinked a few times as he started to approach her, her eyes flinching briefly to the DD-S1 unit who stood in the corner of the room. It didn't seem to be needed to get activated though, for as Jennifer had glanced off to the side both Lysle and Jan had entered the room. Putting the man to, at least some sort of ease.

She offered the two a broad smile, turning mostly towards Jan who had started to speak to her. Finally losing complete track of what was going on in the movie. "Awh, thanks Jan. And good to see you as w-..." Her melodious voice was cut off yet again in rather abrupt manner as Lysle had shoved her feet off the table as he had silently approached. A faint resigned sigh was heard from her as she rolled her eyes. "Fair 'nough... Sorry.." She said after him as he had immediately turned to walk towards the lounge, her eyes following him with a frown of irritation which was quickly changed to concern as she saw his change in nature, his beat up condition.

She looked briefly towards the HoloViewer on the wall. It was a whole other scene already.. Meh, she would have to re-watch it at some point and as Lysle's voice was heard she quickly grabbed the can of soda who had been standing on the table, lifting it with a weak smile "You all did one hell of a job. Good one." She took a sip from the can.

"Hey, who are you exactly? And cool dress." Jennifer said as the toasting was done, obviously addressing Audrey even though her eyes were currently facing the screen, trying to catch up on the plot.

Logan walked slowly through the hall towards the VIP room, his hair slicked back as usual. He chose to wear the back in a bun tonight. It seemed classier than just letting his long hair fall to his shoulders or put in a ponytail. He had even trimmed his beard for the celebrating tonight. He was beaten and broken, his left arm in a sling, his face cut up and slightly swollen, his entire back bruised and he seemed to be favoring his right leg. But that didn't stop him from showing up. They had won and you'd be damn sure he would enjoy their victory. He grunted as his left leg wobbled as he put pressure on it and stumbled forward a little bit. He quickly pushed himself to stand up straight, and walk forward without showing any signs of pain. His own masculinity pushed him to try to hard sometimes, but it also allowed him to be the best man he could be. He didn't take flack from anyone and he was always one of the first people to charge in, guns blazing should it be needed.

His pace quickened as he neared the door, guarded by two bouncers. They knew who he was, aye, but he wasn't sure if they would let him in. Even though he and [member="Lysle of the Hydian Way"] went way back, he was new to the Ravens. They made a move to block his path and he raised an eyebrow. He kept walking till the last second possible and he glared at them. They wavered for a second and put their arms down, "Alright, alright... You have just as much a right to be in there tonight as any other Raven." Logan grinned slightly to himself as he stepped into the room. Lysle was in the corner, just as battered as he was. He nodded to his old friend, although he didn't appear to be all that sociable at the moment. He looked around the dimly lit room, spying [member="Cryax Bane"] and several others he wasn't too familiar with. He walked over towards him, doing his best to make it not so obvious he was limping even though the rest of him looked like it had been through hell. He chuckled as he approached, "Your boys out there seem to be letting just about anyone in tonight, huh?"

Answering [member="Jen"] when she'd asked Audrey smiled and said "I am Lady Audrey Thénardier of Naboo. But, if you prefer, just Lady Thénardier will do." After that she sat down only to be met by the drunken comments from [member="Lok Jorunn"], which she sneered at while saying "I'm twenty seven years old. You think they wouldn't have let me in otherwise?" After that she commented soflty "Someone's enjoying themselves too early."

And with each member of the Red Ravens to arrive from there Lady Thénardier addresed each of them maostly the same. She nodded her greeting to both [member="Logan of Little Coruscant"] and [member="Jan VonFowl"] upon their arrivals. When [member="Cryax Bane"] had entered a more friendly smile and nod awaited him, just as Audrey herself was rifling through her purse to find her lighter for a cigar in her hand. It was then she'd seen [member="Lysle of the Hydian Way"] who looked like he'd been through hell. In fact she made the comment aloud for him to hear before offering a cigar to try and help ease whatever pain he may have been in.

"Ah, Théna. Gotcha." Jennifer said with a grin still following the proceeding movie on the holoscreen. It seemed that the protagonist of the story was inside some sort of medical center. At least it seemed very melodramatic judging from the heavy steps and odd zoomed in cuts. Jennifer was no movie critic, so it didn't bother her terribly much. As Audrey started to sneer at Lok, Jennifer's grin widened a bit, her gaze finally turning towards her: "I think you're all good, Théna. He was probably talking to me. Reflects right off though, no offense taken."

She offered another slight grin in their general direction before her gaze turned back towards the screen. Indeed, Jennifer was probably not much more than seventeen. Definitely making her one of the younger ones within the Ravens. Odd really, one had to wonder how many bad decisions one would have to make in order to end up here of all places. Well, they all knew the Ravens weren't only brawn. So it wasn't that bad, one could suppose.

Hearing the clicks from a lighter Jennifer turned once more, it seemed like she would never finish this movie. "Could I borrow the lighter for a second?" She asked, grasping a fancy leather and metal case that had been lying on the dining table besides her drink. "Forgot my own in my room." And those who had been by the bars here at The Dragon Palace as of lately would be able to recognize they case as the one you got when buying the Cæmel Cigarettes

Though he may have been drunk on both victory and the booze that he'd downed just a few minutes prior, answering him with snarky comments wasn't exactly the good way to keep his temper under control. He was a former Jedi, of course, but booze and shotguns on his form only sped up the process of his agitation increasing. But it somehow halted right there at just annoyed. Lok didn't really care how old this little lass was, so he was moreover only concerned about some snoop being in the VIP lounge. Lysle's words put him at ease, but this little punk, [member="Jan VonFowl"], was nothing but a snot-nosed brat.

A hand rose to scratch his stubble, "You like-" He cut himself off before shooting a glance towards Lysle. It was a time to have fun and enjoy the merriment and drinks, no need to spoil it. By the way, where were those!? Lok turned his attention back to Jan, "Put yer big boy pants on an' cut the braggin', mate."

Somehow even that business lady had easily mistaken herself as the target of his words. Scowling, Lok allowed her to amuse herself with a sneer and a hint of arrogance that even drunkenness couldn't conceal. Oh! The pirate reached into his pocket, dodging spare bullets and an odd assortment of collectibles until his fingers found themselves around a coin. One that had the emblem of Theed palace upon it. "You Naboo types sure do know how to line my pockets," he replied with a half-cocked grin.

Sighing heavily and stuffing the metal back into his pocket, he forged another from it and tossed it over to Jen before he too flopped down in a chair. "Use that, lass." The lighter was a simple one with a hand-carved lion upon the side of it. Lok had used a knife to complete such a little masterpiece and was actually quite proud of his fairly successful attempt at it.

Part-Time Party Crasher
I just shook my head at the drunk man, and sat down near Jen, a bit transfixed by the screen. Of course, I had my own commentary on the driving in the movie.

"I've probably done stupider stuff in my ride, besides that time I crashed it. Tunnels are fun."

And the almost godly-looking hero jumped out a window, with nothing but his clothes on. I rolled my eyes, and went back to the chilled coffee I'd almost forgotten about.

"Gee. That seems like a good idea... He'll totally survive a fifty-story drop onto his face."

I spun in my chair, looking at Lysle, Cryax, and an injured man I didn't recognize.

"So, I'm assuming you lot were better off without my antics for a bit. Been on Corellia, cleaning house."

Nei wandered around, confused and angry. Quite frankly, those two really weren't all that foreign, especially when one considered the reasons.

The Nautolan was confused, because unfortunately, she was lost. She didn't frequent casinos too often, as bars tended to be more her thing, but most of the Ravens were meeting here. And since she'd kind of had a hand in making the invasions successful (actually it could be debatable whether or not she truly did anything to help, but that's besides the point), Nei decided it wouldn't hurt to show up at the "victory party", so to speak. If she could even find the kriffin' thing.

The smuggler was also angry because the guards, foolish beings, had tried to take her two blasters. And since Nei rarely went more than ten feet from her blasters....let's just say the outcome wasn't pretty.

So now here Nei was, in a big, noisy place that was overflowing with pheromones, a sore fist, two guards knocked down, and a great deal many that were hunting for her. Speaking of which...

A shout caused Nei to turn her head, making eye contact with one of the security detail. Scowling under her visor, the female gave him the one-fingered salute before darting through the crowd again.

Nei shoved her way through the masses, keeping ahead of the guards. Despite her leg (which had healed quite nicely thanks to some bacta patches, but was still on the mend) the Nautolan managed to keep a good distance.

Finally, she spotted someone who looked like he'd fallen off the side of a cliff enter a door. I can hide in there, she thought. Making a beeline for the door, she shoved her way in and froze.

An action movie playing in the background, a bunch of people she didn't know nor care about (including the cliff guy), and the blue boy. Cryo or Cryax or something. Sliding her visor up, she jabbed a finger at the Chiss. "Call off dogs," she huffed. "They be snatching at my guns! And chasing me!"

Cryax gave a quick nod to all of the other Ravens who were starting to flood into the VIP room. To Logan, he pointed and said, "You should have seen the other guy, am I right?" Then he added, "Seriously man, I hope you're healing ok."

He smiled at Jan and clapped him on the back. "Don't sell yourself short, Jan. We could always use your antics. Besides you missed out on a giant fight that went on in the Cryptnet. And well, I think you would have especially liked the code beast I programmed." Cryax beamed at the fellow slicer.

He suddenly felt a finger poking him right between his shoulder blades and whirled around to face a surly Nautolan. "Oh fine." he huffed. He typed in a few commands on his Datapad and held it up to Nei. A blue cone of light emanated from the screen, scanning her completely. The Chiss smirked. "That should do it. Now the guards should be fine with whatever it is you're trying to smuggle in here." He glanced down. "How's the leg holding up anyway?"

[member="Nei Laa"] [member="Jan VonFowl"] [member="Logan of Little Coruscant"]

Anastasia scanned the casino in search for her boyfriend [member="Cryax Bane"] whom had invited her here to celebrate with them after the success they had against the Black Suns. She was glad they had won without too much bloodshed. Things could have gone much worse had they not been careful.

Finding him surrounded as usual she made her way over to where he was to join the group. She could imagine that they were sharing war stories. This was definitely a different way to do such but Ana wasn't complaining as she enjoyed dressing up.

"Hello darling,"she smiled leaning over and giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. before smoothing her dress and taking a seat next to him. "You look very handsome," she leaned over and whispered in his ear.

[member="Nei Laa"] [member="Jan VonFowl"] [member="Lok Jorunn"] [member="Jen"] [member="Audrey Thénardier"] [member="Logan of Little Coruscant"]

Jennifer barely caught the metal lighter as it had flown in an otherwise soft arch, fumbling with it a bit in her hands before finally gripping it properly. "Ah thanks man." She inspected it a bit with mild amusement, at some point he had sitted and carved all that in, had turned out quiet nicely for him, she had to give him that. The attention to detail and the dedication was a trait few had. She however was surprised as he popped off the metal cap to discover an old fashioned lighter, not that she had not used it before, but in civilized times such as this she had expected something a little handier. Well.. Whatever. "Shh, Jan. Just.. Embrace the ridiculousness of the movie."

She grabbed one of the cigarettes from the nice metal and leather case and put it between her lips, lighting it with some difficulty. As the first small clouds of cyan smoke hovered towards the ceiling she let out a quiet sigh, her eyes slowly going to scan the room while she puffed on it, watching the fancily dressed people -some more fancily than others- enter the room. There was a few people she hadn't seen before, but it did not matter much of course. A friend of my friend is my own friend or whatever people said these days. At least to her, the Ravens were a family of sorts. Perhaps even her only one.

After a while she adjusted herself a bit in her chair, blowing out a fine cone of cyan smoke towards the closest wall and ceiling before starting to speak, the cigarette held iconically between two of her fingers. "If I may ask, what's going on with all this fancy dressing? Is there some sort of event I haven't gotten a notification 'bout? I know about the victory and all that, but.." She smiled as she said this, teasing mostly, but still. She found it funny to some extend. It was probably because they were also going to enjoy the rest of the facilities of the Dragon Palace later on, however she was curious and since she had already missed a couple of what she guessed was important scenes in the movie.. Why not spark conversation?

When [member="Anastasia Rade"] soon after [member="Cryax Bane"] Audrey stood and bowed while saying "A pleasure to see you again, Ms. Rade. Hope you've managed better after the little game we had back on the beach. Remember, on Zed Prime?" After that she'd looked to [member="Jen"] to answer her question with "Well this is the grand reopening of the Casino. And I for one intend to take as much advantage of that as possible. But I'd thought I'd come here first to give the apperication and best regards and all that. Afterwards, however, I may get lost in the sea of gambling and wages downstairs." she'd finished with a smirk.

(Sorry, short post...)

Logan chuckled slightly at Cryax's jest, "Oh this? This is nothing. I stubbed my toe worse getting out of bed this morning." He shook his head slightly, grinning like an idiot. "Thank's for the kind words though friend." He pulled his chair out and sat down at the table that other Ravens had all crowded around. He didn't recognize very many of them but most seemed friendly towards each other. As the others pulled out their own fancy cigarettes cases and made witty remarks about lighters, he pulled out his own pack a light one up, breathing out the blue smoke of the spicy cigarettes he preferred.

He leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table. He raised an eye as [member="Anastasia Rade"] came over and greeted her boyfriend. Logan chuckled to himself, before saying to Cryax "You got yourself a squeeze, huh? Lucky man, she's a sight for sore eyes. That's for sure." He smiled warmly at Anastasia and held out his hand, going in for a friendly hand shake. "I'm Logan by the way."

Suddenly the doors parted and alas there he stood. The fearless merc Colap Ticon. On his belt was a Westar-35, and he was clad in a white shirt and brown bantha leather vest. Dirt stained his spacers boots and a b;lazing cigar hung from the corner of his mouth, letting forth sweet pungent fumes.

Colap paused, scanning the room and dragged deeply on his cigar. His eyes narrowed to a squint as the smoke billowed forth from his nostrils and framed his face. Then at last he spoke.

"Bring them in Falkan!"

Twenty Rodians each playing bagpipes entered the room playing an old pirate shanty, lively and full of melody. Colap had on his shoulder a keg of something or other. It was big and bulky and he grunted as his lethally fit body took him across the room.

In a dead sprint he leaped into the air, landing in a crouch on the center table of the room. Glasses and plates went flying as his boots skidded across the table and the Keg slammed down with an almighty

CLASH!

The room went quiet save for the roaring sound of sea shanties and Colap raised his arms high.

"Attention one and all, ladies and gentlemen! We have a great victory to celebrate this evening! Through your perseverance and your blood and flesh we have won the world of Barab over. The glory of her mines and wealth belongs to us the Ravens!"

Colap kicked the keg, smashing the nozzle open with his boot.

"I regret I was not able to attend the battle, but I heard it was epic! Next battle I'm going to crash a Star Destoryer into some poor saps house!"

Wait where was he going with this? Who cares, Colap drunkenly shrugged his shoulders, filling a cup up of blood red liqour.

"Anyhow, you lot are great bunch. The saltiest set of misfits and brigands I've ever laid eyes upon. Keep up the good work and the Ravens will rule half the known galaxy soon. The Suns time of Eclipse has come, the time of the Raven risen is nigh! I have here a sample keg of 100 year old Naboo wine, captured from the very house of the Barab governor."

"A toast, to the Ravens! Now come get some!"

Nei scowled at Cryax. "Not smuggling in anything!" she huffed. "Well, today, anyway." At the question regarding her leg, her features softened a bit. Patting it, she replied, "It be doing well. Not at full capacity, but good enough to outrun stupid guards!"

She took a step back as Anastasia came in, all decked out in fancy clothing like the other human chick, to allow her room to her man. Nei simply shook her head at the grandeur. "I'll take my armour any day," she grumbled.

Of course if the Nautolan had had plans to say anything else they quickly vanished as twenty Rodians and a boisterous human came swaggering in. As the man began rambling on, Nei merely scowled.

Of course, that didn't stop her from getting some free booze. Making her way over to the keg, Nei snagged a cup and gestured at the man. "Crash the Destroyer into a Sith's house; that would be amusing." She then began to fill up her glass.
