Down with the Bourgeois! (ME Dominion of Onderon, Hex AA28)

[member="Kaden Mantis"] [member="Beth Australis-Mantis"]

She couldnt help a smirk, she chuckled and laid her head back as she was feeling a lot better. Once it was all over stardust sat up and took a deep breath and hit her chest gently once. It hurt yet nothing broken now

then we are to investigate, if it came through your mothers personal channel ot has to be something of importance

The dragon stood up as she rolled her shoulders and checked over everything, damn she was missing a single pistol...guess she would need to replace it after this was all over. She looked towards beth as she followed her. She spun one pistol out and pulled out her sword. She came up slowly towards the door sheathing hwr blade as she took a saber out

only one way in, stand back I'm going to perform shatter point

She put a hand to the door and focused, she felt every crack and lining in the door. She took a breath and focused the force into them letting a breath out. She expanded them slowly as to not alert anyone. Once she could confirmed it was lose she pulled the door off and aimed a pistol inside . She aimed around them saw a body on the ground as her eyes widened.

we got a injured here!

She said as she came over and kneeled down feeling for a pulse as she cursed and slowly lifted him up and onto her back

huh...guess the stories were true...kaden mantis...hold on vod

Beth wasn't sure why a small house like this was doing out here in the middle of nowhere, but maybe there was a reason. Plus, at least [member="A'den Kyr'am"]'s clans compound is nearby. That would make it easy to somewhere safe after all of this. Granted, that is presuming that whoever was in the house sending a distress signal to [member="Yasha Mantis"] personal comms wasn't about to just slaughter her and [member="Stardust Bloodstone"]. But, granted, Stardust could literally breath fire. That was insanely awesome and just... Awesome, in every possible way.

In either case, Beth nodded as Stardust performed a shatter point. She watched carefully, intruged by the womans skills. She really needed to learn some of the stuff from her. She nodded, running inside the house behind Stardust. She frowned, crouching down beside Stardust and [member="Kaden Mantis"]. "He's Force Dead... I can't heal him." She said quietly towards Stardust. He was empty, blank, non-existent like Yasha and [member="Kaine Australis"]. It would have creeped her out, due to her deep connection to the Force, but she was used to it through them. She had one more hidden auto-injector of bacta in her other leg compartment. At least they could get some bacta into his system soon.

"Let's get him to Prudii Kyr'am, he's a clan loyal to the Empire here." She motioned as Stardust picked the man up on her back and brought him onto the ship. Before she went to the cockpit, she took the bacta syringe out and injected it into Kaden's chest. He was in really bad shape - honestly, she wasn't sure if the bacta would save him.

Once that was taken care off, she used the ship to take them to A'den's clans compound where hopefully they would be able to get better medical treatment for Kaden.

If Lilik had had her way, she would have been read into the entire operation during her flight to Onderon. But the tiny transport she had secured for herself had been more focused on not crumbling into pieces, and connection had not been made to her superior. Instead, she had focused on holding on for dear-life, riding the turbulence as she plummeted toward the jungle below. And when she had been unceremoniously dumped miles from the political capital, Lilik had had no idea what awaited her.

Fortunately, Lilik had never let lack of information lead to inactivity. Rather, she rushed in with the same confidence she would have had otherwise. It was a lifetime of training that helped her piece together the puzzle as she closed the distance, and finally reached the unfolding action. And, of course, it did not take a genius to recognize that the screams meant negotiations had gone poorly.

As the woman turned a sharp corner, she nearly plowed over a hunched figure before her HUD even registered it. The plump man was bent at the waist, one hand pressed to his forehead in a dramatic display of dismay. The other, she recognized immediately, clutched at a wound in his midsection. Dark blood, more black than crimson, seeped between his clammy fingers and dribbled to the polished floor. It took only a glance down the hall for Lilik to finally complete the picture. The politicians were being purged. It was an unsavory action, no doubt, but vital nonetheless. Like a plagued limb, it had to be removed before the rest of the body fell victim. Lilik did her part with a quick, practiced slash of her dagger across his throat. And as his blood splashed warm and thick across her armor, a lesser woman might have considered it an act of mercy.

[member="Yasha Mantis"] was not difficult to find. On the contrary, Lilik considered her old friend a larger-than-life figure. It had been an interesting transformation to play witness to, Yasha's emergence into the light, especially while she remained in the shadows. Moving up alongside the woman, she spoke simply. After three weeks away on assignment for Ambrose, would Yasha expect to see her? "I am here," she said, by way of greeting.

As A'den is offering his hand to cassiopeia his comlink beeps.this better be important Dasu'r, what is it? I got a message from a [member="Beth Australis-Mantis"] about coming to the compound with a [member="Kaden Mantis"], do I approve? A'den remembers his niece little Beth. yes, give them whatever they need, full access to the Med bay food water, beds whatever they need.

A'den remembers when he self proclaimed [member="Yasha Mantis"] as his sister and took Beth as his niece by result.

Onderon was an unmitigated nightmare from a political point of view. Namely, the political view which deadened and faded with every shot the others were making. While the planet had been well tended under the FWC, it was no longer and this was one purge Yasha felt good about.

At least none of them were named Frinklehoof.

“Lilik! You finished your mission… dash, I forget how fast you work. Welcome aboard. The politicians are slaver douches. Care to help limit the gene pool of slime?” Yasha’s wolf-head helm cranked to stare at [member="Spare Character"], the baffles rotating in and out respectively.

“Now things are getting fun.” Yasha raged forward, leaping clean over the meeting room table as [member="Alkor Centaris"] engulfed the area in flame. [member="Skosk Australis"] was yelling, and the din calmed on her audio receivers, filtered out to pertinent responses…

… and a distance beacon chimed on her HUD.

[member="Beth Australis-Mantis"] wasn’t on Onderon’s soil anymore. “The freak is my daughter doing?” Clicking over on her HUD, Yasha sent audio-only, as the screams of another politician died upon the swing of her war hammer. [member="A'den Kyr'am"] threw himself at [member="Cassiopeia Australis"], covering Yasha's pregnant friend. Yasha tossed A'den a bacta shot and kept moving.

“Beth'ika Australis-Mantis-Raxis-Pointy-Eared-Girly-Girl-the-Third, the heck, frick and kark are you doing off Onderon, missy!? Cruising to get grounded!? Get your cutie patootie back to the other Mando’ade or so help me you’ll be stuck in the loft with your father until you’re thirty seven!” Yasha leapt over a collection of rubble, tumbling into a forward roll and slamming her hammer into the ground.

The floor radiated with lightning from the arc reactor, frying those unfortunate enough to have soles made of a material other than rubber.

“Alkor! Lilik! Skosk! The Cabinet ministers weren’t present at the meeting. They have to be in a secure location within the building. Locate and destroy.

[member="Shia Kryze"], we’re clearing the mooks out of the government building. I heard shots fired on our relief workers in the slums. If you happen to have the time, perhaps a visit?”

A'den takes the bacta shot and injects himself and then looks to [member="Yasha Mantis"]. mand'alor, [member="Kaden Mantis"] is alive, he's being transported to my aliit's compound, he'll be safe. A'den helps [member="Cassiopeia Australis"] get to yash and [member="Alkor Centaris"] A'den then turns to see a guard smack him in the face with a baton, lucky enough A'den's buy'ce took the blow. A'den came back at the guard by putting his wrist blades into the guards face.

A'den looked back to yash. by the way mand'alor, my niece, your daughter [member="Beth Australis-Mantis"] is the one taking kaden to dxun to my compound, my ruus'alor Dasu'r Kyr'am is there, he will keep them safe.

All of the sudden A'den drops to his knees. He felt a force tug at him, he Has not felt this since the day the factory collapsed on him over a year ago. Something was coming but he didn't know what it was, A'den had to brush it off or now and then stood up and fired a shot into the skull of another guard. A'den then looked to yash making sure cassiopeia was safe.

The active scanning in her HUD showed heat signatures a floor down, huddled near each other in what seemed like a pile, with several other signatures standing in uniform amounts of space from the larger sink.

Yasha grit her teeth and raised her hammer, striking at the marble floor. The marble crumbled, taken to dust by the power of the Rekr Karyatesa. She beat down again, reaching the stone masonry holding the floor up.

The heat signatures scurried together, the sec-guard ones rushing to more strategic positions.

“Alkor, got any more of those firestorm grenades? We take a look at the population, if it’s them, they die.” She readied her hammer for one final strike to break through and throw herself down the impending hole…

… when [member=“A’den Kyr’am”] spoke the fateful words…

“Wh…”

… [member="Kaden Mantis"] was alive. [member="Beth Australis-Mantis"] and @Starfire Bloodstone found him, he was alive… her riduur was alive… Yasha stumbled. She clanked her teeth into her tongue.

“He’d better be dying… he’d better be karking dying.” Little did she know how close she was to the truth of the situation. “Any other reason he shows up after being missing for months, and I’ll shove my hammer so far up his backside he changes species.”

A’den went down on one knee, and Yasha growled. She didn’t have time to worry over the possibility of a long-lost riduur. There was the mission, and in the moments after the others were dead, Yasha could clutch at her heart.

Or so she thought as the sting of tears poured down her cheeks inside her buy’ce. Her breath continued to catch, hidden under the sounds of baffling and the throw of her hammer in battle.

Dxun… how had Kaden gotten to Dxun? How did Bethy find him?

… the message. The gravel-toned message in her HUD… Kad.

KAD!

If she’d only known.

Pulling her hammer up two-handed, Yasha roared as she unleashed the hammer upon the floor, and the floor broke, massive chunks of stone falling down on the room below.

“Cassie! Move, you have to leave. Now!” Yasha nodded to Lilik. The Yalilyr would know jolly well what to do.

Objective shhhh it's a secret.

The damn force ghost had sent droid minions after him. They had killed the boma with him but he had destroyed them as well. He sighed those boma had been friendly to him and in the end they had died protecting him. However they did do something. Part of the wall near the room looked funny, Tom looked it over before figuring out it was a force locked door. He began pouring the force into it. The Ghost reappeared. "sooooo trying to get into that room huh, funny the last occupants didn't need to force to get in." Tom would turn his head. "Last Occupants? Did they get out?"

The ghost laughed "no of course not that force lock, locked them in, silly mandalorians" Tom would look the ghost once over before finally having enough "BEGONE. Damn ghost go, kark off already. Go on get." As he said so two boma spirits appeared chasing the ghost away "Damn you and ya bomas I will be backkkk." Tom shook his head "No you won't." He would then turn his attention back to the door.

Once open the things he found were amazing. But it's a secret.........

As such Tom left the Tomb and Dxun. He was happy with what he had found and no one would yet know what he had exactly found after all somethings should be left as secrets.

"Careful with 'em," he told [member="Yasha Mantis"] as he peeled open his kitbag and produced two more of the grenades, offering them to the giant of a woman in one hand. With his other arm, the Corellian peeled the sidearm from his hip and slowly raised it. They melted through the main group of hostiles in short order, but the face of corruption was only the surface layer. Many more men would die before satisfaction could be found for the common folk. Many more were already dying.

"We have to move," Alkor encouraged as he fired off a round and skewered a hapless security officer before he had time to line up a shot. They were filtering into the burning building like lemmings into the sea, all possessed with some desire to please their masters in some wicked frenzy to be promoted. They saw opportunity, and they reached out for it greedily. They were no better than the Hutt slime that lorded over them. "Our actions are going to cause the politicians to lash out at the lower class. It's not ideal, but we can prevent a good amount of the backlash if we're proactive."

His HUD blossomed to life with images of violence, all from a live feed just outside the building walls. Another Mando was filming, giving him a front row seat to just what their decisions had wrought. The sad truth was, in a fight for freedom and equality, sometimes there were victims.

"There," he looked to a skylight, the only avenue of escape that was not sectioned off by hellfire, "I'm going to go help outside. Oya, Mand'alor- tell these shabuir'e who's in charge, now."

With a quick salute, he lifted off the ground with a burst of thrust from his hidden jetpack, and he angled toward the open skylight. Moments later, he slipped out and into the city itself.

Chaos reigned.

He switched over to the secure frequency and skimmed the cityscape from his vantage point on high. "They've got Iziz Security Forces filtering out into the populace and randomly executing Innocents," Alkor told the others across Onderon who were available to listen, as well as those in orbit. "Looks like there wasn't a one of them with clean hands."

His eyes narrowed as he zoomed in on an officer pulling a woman out of her home with a child in tow. He threw her to the ground, screaming inanely in her face, and the Mandalorian could see enraged spittle showering her. There was a fear in his eyes, and in his quickened pulse, but his demeanor spoke of excitement. The security officer continued to visibly berate the woman with her child looking on, until the man stepped over her and she cowered. That was when the shot screamed off.

Alkor lowered the DMR and sneered in disgust.

"There are kids watching, chakaar."

Though the screams had never quieted entirely, the sharp crescendo spurred by the hammer's final crack was startling. But what had the cowards expected, piling into a single location, like cattle to the slaughter? Did they believe they would remain protected, all while their people were terrorized just beyond the thick, fortified walls? Lilik's jaw worked as she stood beside [member="Yasha Mantis"], her face unreadable beneath her helmet.

At the Infernal's unspoken command, Lilik slipped past the massive warrior and toward the wreckage of the shattered floor. The dust had not yet settled before she plunged, without hesitation, into the floor below. Yasha's attack, Lilik realized immediately, had found its mark in the most literal way. The heavy floor had crumbled into thick chunks of stone, striking some cabinet members, and completely encasing others. Her HUD registered the heat signatures of the dead and dying, but she did not need the help of technology to recognize this for what it was - an efficient bloodbath.

Despite this, there were those who survived the collapse. The huntress made quick work of those who clung, trembling, to the last fleeting tendrils of life. And she might have continued the same quick, clean kills had the voice of [member="Alkor Centaris"], and the horrors of the outside, not filled her helmet. Even as the live feed of the outside world was swiped away, the fires continued to burn in the orange eyes of a woman who had a sudden urge to shift. To shred flesh. To leave nothing of the men with no decency, no honor. Why, then, did they deserve an honorable death?

"Memory wipe complete" the computer system announced.

"Lift the jamming!"

With the jamming lifted, and the state media losing temporarily its ability to broadcast anything, the rebels had the upper hand in the local airwaves. However, it was not at all a given that there would be any significant changes in the populace's attitudes that could be directly attributable to the loss of the state media's broadcasting ability. She knew that, while important in a civil war, information was not at all the end of the strategic story. The slicer was happy to get to the bottom of the matter, oblivious to what's happening elsewhere on the planet; updates would have to come from the rebel frequencies. Said frequencies would show information from the rebels' standpoint; sure its journalistic content will be a little biased, but better than no information at all. But that was the consequence of working on an isolated area that no other Mando was willing to do: most Mandos would readily fight on the front lines, and yet, there is definitely more to answering the Mand'alor's call than just doing it on the front lines, ground or space. Now that Petria's part is done...

“Status Captain”, Kista asked while looking out the bridge’s view and the moon bellow. She honestly did not know if she was going to go to the planet’s surface herself today. Her intent was merely to start to secure her Clan’s compound and began stages to restore the compound.

“Transports are ready to start to descend to the surface. Shall I begin to give the order”, the Captain seemed a little uneasy, Kista had noticed out of the corner of her T-Visor. Everything had been quiet up to this point. Kista just chalked it up to it being ME having a major presence within the system.

From what she could tell there was little activity from the Beast Clans on the surface of Dxun. Alor [member="Arumi Zy"] had a basic understanding with the locals. From what Kista could remember it was coexistence rather than anyone dominating the other. Kista still had one contact number from a local. Kista did not know if the comlink still worked or even if the person was still alive. Well it was supposed to be Arumi’s contact and her great Grandfather Garith Darkhold’s friend [member="Quietus"].

From what Kista understood the woman was mute? Or was she deaf? There was a comlink to contact her though. Maybe she had someone who answered it for her? Maybe she sent text messages in return? Kista did not know but did not wish to start a brawl between her Clan and the Beast Clans of Dxun.

“Hold off on sending anything, yet. Captain patch me through the coms to the contact number for Quietus.”, actually Kista was feeling a little nervous now. It was just nerves, nothing that would keep her from doing her duties to the Clan.

“Hello”, Kista began to speak after the coms were up. “I’m Kista Bralor of Clan Bralor. Daughter to Rizaan Bralor and Great Grand Daughter of Garith Darkhold. I’m in orbit around Dxun right now and I’m looking for a Lady by the name of Quietus. Clan Bralor is hoping to return to Dxun and resume are relationship with the Beast Clans of Dxun.”

Kista did not know but is she did get in contact with Quietus the conversation was going to be very interesting.

"Yash, ner vod, if you channel your mother once more like that over any comm-net I'm part of... there will be consequences, double consequences if you call be 'Shi-Shi' only she and any as yet unnamed lovers get to call me that."

Shia's reply had nothing at all to do with the topic at hand, but her icon flickered over to 'on mission' as she reoriented from her kill shot and let out an electronic whistle.

Old One Eye roared down from the sky with all the grace and delicacy of an angry rancor, smashing into the ground beside her as she leapt aboard and gently nudged him in the direction of the relief workers. Casually switching scattergun for something with a tiny bit more intimidation power. Sure, the relief workers were vode who could take care of themselves.

But an angry behemoth descending from the sky with a railgun-round spewing Mandalorian on it's back was often a welcome sight.

She quickly moved back into the ship as she gently laid down [member="Kaden Mantis"], glancing to Beth she nodded and gave a reassuring smile

this is where I'm glad I know how to do some field work, get us to the compound I'll get him stable...believe me he wont die on my hands

She had to work quick. She started checking his pulse again. Weak still. She took a deep breath as she glanced over what she had...this would be a live or die situation

With the other option just not acceptable

dont you karking die yet damnit

She opened the medkit, she didnt have much at all, however she needed one thing that was it. She tore through it lookimg as she mumbled to herself and pulled out a injector reading it

A stimulant....something to get his heart going keep him alive long enough they could get a proper medbay. She opened it and closed her eyes, the pressed it into his chest and held it as she prayed to everything at once she believed in

please work...please stay alive...mand'alor needs you...

“Shia… they found Kaden.” The humour left Yasha’s voice. Shia hearing Yasha’s private channel convo with her daughter [member="Beth Australis-Mantis"] would have shocked the Mand’alor at another time. It hit her that Shia would hear the intimate conversations. She was aliit. Shia remembered enough of the months Yasha and Kaden spent apart, the after effects of their tragically shortened honeymoon, which had Yasha picked up prematurely by her father [member="Gray Raxis"]. [member="Kaden Mantis"] didn’t stay much after that. Yasha kept her living situation hidden, dealing with the lonely days privately.

No one needed to know her marriage was failing from its’ start. The day spent on Garos was one of a slim few in which Yasha and Kaden attempted to repair their situation before the baby arrived… but they were captured by pirates on Barataria, Yasha was rescued… Kaden disappeared. Slunk away, according to those present.

Adara was born too early, and survived only under miraculous circumstance.

Kaden was found.

On Dxun.

Kaden was alive… and it couldn’t be at the forefront of Yasha Mantis’ mind, not if she did right by her People and the people of Onderon. Yet again, the pressure of Mand’alor the Infernal took a moment of potential reconciliation from the young woman who wore the Mantle upon her shoulders.

“I’ve got the ministers. You protect the people. Reinforce the Mando’ade on protection, any who move against the people are worthy of a bullet. Unless they surrender irrevocably.” Yasha said to [member="Alkor Centaris"], as he flew off, then hopped down the hole, landing on the rubble below.

“Lilik. With me.” The firestorm grenades made short work of the ephemera left over from Yasha’s Yalilyr companion and friend [member="Spare Character"]. It left them enough time to push through and comb the government building for stragglers involved in the government’s decision making.

Fellow members of the Yalilyr swept in to join Yasha and Lilik on the hunt, as a Clan Australis squad came to remove [member="Cassiopeia Australis"] to the relative safety of their ships outside.

On the airwaves, the Onderoni rebels took control, uprisings carrying forward to the streets, as Mandalorians began to rise up and take their planet back from the corrupt politicians and their ‘security’ forces. Yasha made a mental note to thank [member="Petria Breguet"] for the assistance later.

Across Onderon and its’ moon Dxun, Mandalorians were reacquainting, rediscovering their place in the Vode, bringing former strongholds back to the Empire’s plenty. Or at least, the plenty which was beginning to unfold.

Yasha stood on the courtyard of the government palace, looking upon the uprisings and the tide.

Now with Petria’s assistance, Yasha could say her own piece, one which would thunder across Onderon, and Dxun, through every comm link, every connection.

“Mand’alor the Infernal calls all Mando’ade to raise up arms against the oppressive regime which instigated your current inequalities. The Ministers and their government are dead. In the name of the Mandalorian Empire, and in the spirit of freedom for all who come under our banner, no Mandalorian may be taken in slavery, or own slaves. Those who pay unfair wages are no better than slavers, no better than the evils upon which we vanquished here today. All who require medical attention, safety, foodstuffs, education and proper lodging will be given what you require. It is a mainstay of my Empire that all be given access to the same resources, so all might reach their optimal potential. We are vode. Vode help each other. If you are part of the corrupt government, take this one opportunity to surrender. All who surrender will be detained. All who fight will die. You have one chance alone to receive the mercy of the Mandalorians… any who do not immediately take it, will discover our lethal might. Mand’alor the Infernal, out.”

Pressing her lips together and shutting off her comm feed, Yasha went to a personal and direct line to Beth.

“Beth… Bethy, sweetie… where are you at now? Honey pie, y—“ Turning off her comm feed, Mand’alor the Infernal looked to her Yalilyr vode, then charged in to protect the citizens of Iziz. Onderon was theirs... the people needed her now more than a potentially returned man.

"Acknowledged."

Shia's tone didn't change at all - and no one could see her features, nor could their hear the sigh as she tabbed off the commlink, then shut down the entire command suit for a moments blissful silence as Old One Eye streaked at low level above the towers, the noise of war surrounding her like a comforting blanket.

Maybe some of the Crusaders had the right idea, this would at least be simple.

But no.

A small building vacant of bio-signs exploded with the weight of the war-droid as he plummeted out of the sky, darksaber wielding armoured figure astride his back, not even bothering to parry the scattered blaster fire from the mercenary platoon firing on the relief forces from their emplaced position.

"Surrender." Her voice boomed out over the concrete warrens. "And Mandalore will honour your contract bonds. Lay down your arms now and you need not be harmed. Resist..." The shock-rods on Old One Eye charged without her having to trigger the sequence, the old war droid knew this routine very well and understood a lot more basic than it let on.

Cassiopeia was extremely grateful to [member="A'den Kyr'am"] for keeping her protected and guiding her. She made a mental note to thank him somehow once this was all over. For now, though, she had more important things to live through - like this. With two babies inside her. Urgh, why did she decide to do this again? Cassiopeia did her best to continue to fight, using her blaster to take down ministers and security details while they made through the government complex.

Finally, Cassiopeia was removed from the premises and were put on a ship - where a doctor informed her that she would be on bedrest for the rest of her pregnancy before she could even sit down. Cassiopeia wasn't very sure about that, but she had to at least pretend like she cared at the moment. She didn't' have much a choice, after all.

Cassiopeia monitored her comms, HoloNet and local planetary news media as the rest of the Mandalorians finished wiping out the ministers and revolutionizing the government. What was this about Kaden though? Beth and Stardust had found him on Dxun? Cassiopeia perked a brow as she rested in a chair in the cool ship, her hands resting on her large stomach. That was... Good. She knew she was going to need to talk with [member="Yasha Mantis"] after all this, especially if it truly was Kaden. She could only imagine the emotions that were going through her mind.

Sometime later, Yasha made a call to those on the planet. To the Mandalorians. To the people of the planet. It was their time to fight for a better life. And based on the news and net, it worked. Several city governments had already toppled, voluntary or involuntary through rebel and Mandalorian officials, with Mandalorian officials coming in with supplies all over the planet to bring foodstuff, medicine, and other necessities. Cassi smiled. Within a week or so, with the assistance from Mandalorian forces, the entire planet would be under the Mandalorian Empire with a newfound hope for their future.

Man, she really needed to take a nap.

Beth was driving the transport carefully towards A'den's compound. It seemed like it was taking so long. She glanced back towards [member="Stardust Bloodstone"] as she worked on trying to keep [member="Kaden Mantis"] alive. Stardust knew what she was doing - she was trained, a warrior. And in Beth's personal opinion, already an idol she could look up to. If anyone could keep him alive until they could get to A'den's Clan's infirmary, it was her. They were getting close, she could see it in the distance.

In the meantime, her HUD system popped up with an audio message from [member="Yasha Mantis"]. Instead of an excited, happy, that Beth was off doing awesome things like saving people and such, she seemed very, very upset. Gosh, she hoped she didn't ground her. She just listened to the distress beacon! What else was she supposed to do? "Mom! I'm just on the moon, it's okay! I have Stardust with me! And we found..." She paused, thinking, "We found Kaden... I'm not sure how he is here or why, but we found him. He sent a distress signal, I don't know...." Defending herself would have to come later, though. There were more important things to attend to. She landed the ship a little bit away from the entrance of his compound. Several doctors were already waiting for them, running with devices to transport Kaden into their infirmary where they could begin doing all the intense medical work needed.

Beth was perplexed when [member="Shia Kryze"] responded through there personal comms. It was just surprising, not too big of a deal for Beth. But still, she worried for her adopted mother. She didn't know Kaden personally, but she knew of and about him through Yasha and the others. It also filled Beth with doubt, though. If he was back, what did it mean for Beth? It was selfish to think of such things, but the thought played across the girls' mind as the doctors took Kaden into the facility.

"I'm a-" Click. The comms between Yasha and Beth were closed. She walked into the complex, presumably with Stardust either going with the doctors or following her. She could only hope at the moment that her mom was okay - she knew she was upset, otherwise, she would have never closed off her comms like that. Beth, not entirely sure what else to do, went over and plopped down on a step of a stair. She took her buy'ce off, sitting it beside her as she rubbed her face with her hands. Her long ears were depressed, laying down. Why wasn't she happier that they had found Kaden? Maybe it was just the worry of what her mom was going through. Maybe it was worry about the future. In reality, it was probably a little bit of everything.

A'den listened to mand'alor's message then standing there with [member="Alkor Centaris"], [member="Yasha Mantis"], [member="Spare Character"], and [member="Cassiopeia Australis"] outside they are stopped by a man in white Jedi robes. hello A'den, glad to see your still alive. A'den looked confused and trying to figure out how this guy knew him. who the hell are you and how do you know me? the Jedi simply smirked. your well known among the Jedi, after all you are a Jedi killer. anyways, a few years back you sacrificed yourself so your mandalorian brothers could live, you blew up a weapons and Droid factory that was sure to see them defeated, but come now your alive when the galaxy thought you dead, did you really think you survived that explosion on pure luck. I think not, I put a force field around you protecting you.

A'den dumbfounded not knowing what to say as the Jedi continued. I saved you then fled but in saving you I had high hopes you would be considered dead to these filthy barbarians and would join the Jedi, your trained to use the force, your mother was a Jedi who fell on love with one of these pathetic people and joined them. you have a power no one else could at least not with these people. but it is clear you won't become a Jedi, killing 5 Jedi and a wookie on sullust. tsk. tsk. well now since you won't join us, I am going to have to end you.

the Jedi takes out how lightsaber activating it showing a double bladed yellow saber. A'den holstered his blaster and drew his twin beskads from his back. mand'alor, alkor, everyone else, get cassiopeia to safety, this is my fight.

A'den begin walking towards the Jedi as the Jedi did the same.

[member="Yasha Mantis"]'s timing was perfect, as it had a tendency to be. Just as Lilik was beginning to lose her control, her companion reined her in again. While she was mostly grateful, anger still burned hot in her chest as she glared at the cowering mass. And even the well-trained Lilik felt her chapped lips twist in a disgusted sneer as she stepped back, pausing beside Yasha. She never looked away as the grenades ended their lives, and there was no pity in her heart as she turned her back on their smoldering remains.

Sweat beaded down her flushed face, and Lilik blinked it back as she climbed back out of the hole. She could not let the anger consume her - emotions only dulled the senses. So as she and her fellow warrior cleared out the lingering targets, Lilik fell back into the steady rhythm she had always known. Kill who she must, with no thought as to what they deserved. She was no judge or jury, but she remained the always obedient executioner.

It was with quiet patience she guarded Yasha, watching the woman's back while the Infernal delivered her message. It held such promise, for both the innocent and the guilty, and was far more eloquent than anything that Lilik might have managed. That's why she's the leader, the Yalilyr mused. Had she not allowed herself to sink so far into her heart of stone, she might have quirked a smile.

The pair was plunged into the chaos, and as Lilik surveyed their surroundings, she immediately went to work determining where she would be most helpful. Brute force and strength would be helpful in many situations, but as one of the smallest Yalilyr, she knew she could do more elsewhere. "I should help guide citizens to safety," she informed Yasha. The terse comment might have been interpreted as a disrespectful command coming from someone else. However, from a woman who spoke as little as Lilik, it was simply meant as an observation.
