Siamese twins, attached to the hip and just below their arms, Willow and Ivy are always together and never apart. Clothing them is a little difficult because of their attachment. They don't venture outside much, so their lightly tanned skin is more natural than derived from sunlight.
BIOGRAPHY:
Siamese twins are rare, most especially Force sensative ones. Willow and Ivy were born on Nar-Shaddaa , though who exactly their parents were, they don't know for they were abandoned. But a kind old woman named Shea took them in and raised them. It was in their youth that she discovered their gifts of finding things that were lost and after she told her friends about it, the word in their villiage spread and soon they became as popular as a freak show. But it was a way of gaining income, giving them more to eat.
Both Willow and Ivy are kind-hearted souls, naive to the harshness of the Galaxy due to their sheltered lives. That is until a criminal gang led by Nartuuk found out about them. Wanting to profit off of them himself, he had Shea killed and kidnapped the twins, forcing them to use their gifts to help him find people that owe him debts, find hidden items and communicate with other species as he brokered deals. At first Willow and Ivy refused, but the two were punished with both starvation and beatings. Due to their connection with eachother, their pain was shared between them, so if one refused they both paid the price.
Escape was unthinkable, for the twins could hardly fight outside of throwing kicks and punches. Running was a co-ordinated effort that wasn't so easily done when they were frantic. But they longed for their freedom.
Both Willow and Ivy have their own personalities. Willow is the softer and gentler of the pair, while Ivy is the more stubborn one. Their choice of foods differed, as well as their drinks, but more often than not they couldn't afford to be picky.
Willow and Ivy had tried using their gifts to find their parents but had so far been unsuccessful. Whether or not that meant that they were dead, Willow remained optimistic, while Ivy had little hope that that was the case. Still, it gave them something to do as opposed to just working for criminals. Yet Ivy was more determined at working towards gaining their freedom than anything else. She was tired of being part of a freak show.
Despite their abilities to see into the future, the twins feared looking into their own. Two attempts had revealed the death of Willow and a seperation of the twins; a concept that neither of them wanted to experience or bear witness to in visions again. So only in that do they restrict themselves.
Broka the Hutt helped to save them from that. His men took out Nartuuk and his gang, discovered the twins and brought them to his Palaces where they were employed as advisors to the great Hutt. Yet their work gave them plenty of spare time to live a little and learn more of what the Galaxy was truly like.
The twins worked for Broka for some time, learning about the various levels of leadership in case they needed to take his place while he was gone. The truth was that they knew he would be. But just how and when they didn't know.
And then it happened. The Great Disappearance. Broka was nowhere to be found. And with a new Hutt Regime taking over, they knew that they needed to escape. Their visions showed them where they'd end up. But as to how they'd get there, that was another story....
