Corporation Name: IGR Brokerage

Headquarters: Malastare

Locations: Azure, Chandrila, Naboo, Elrood, Dulvoyinn, Coruscant, Arcadia-N-30, M'haeli, Gala

Operations: Real estate brokerage, real estate development (construction), land reclamation

Rationale: Ugohr Poof founded IGR Brokerage as a means of putting the looted money from his campaigns on Malastare and Zaloriis to good use, away from the temptations of the dark side of the Force. He decided that, since he couldn't afford developing real estate projects, even on inexpensive Malastare, he'd simply broker real estate deals instead. Cathul bought the corporation in the wake of Ugohr's arrest, on behalf of Clan Lok. Since Cathul owned the corporation, she greatly expanded their sphereof activity. Now the corporation is also a general contractor as well as a land reclamation company.

Tier: 4

Description: Ugohr was taught that too much liquidities from battlefield loot would render a Jedi vulnerable to turning to the dark side of the Force, so he invested the money in a business venture to stave off the dark side of the Force. Unfortunately, because the sale of lightsabers is highly restricted, Ugohr decided to go into real estate instead. Because, unfortunately, as a Galactic Alliance general, he had a hectic life, Ugohr is simply a stake holder, and has very little actual interaction with the day-to-day operations of the company. Also, IGR Brokerage is part of the GMLS (Galactic Multi-Listing System)

InterGalactic Realty Brokerage, better known as IGR Brokerage, is, simply put, a full-service real estate brokerage firm, where clients will get the best deal possible for their property, either for sale or for lease. With the blessing of the Galactic Alliance, Ugohr was authorized to open the Naboo and Elrood offices, serving the eastern and southern Alliance regions respectively. IGR Brokerage also bought a failing real estate brokerage startup on Coruscant; the One Sith being desperate at the time for fresh economic blood, it looked past the buyer's connections to the enemy, and the nascent Coruscant office, as a result, was playing with fire, until Operation Blackout resulted in an Alliance victory, and now operates without fear during its reconstruction. It will not charge clients any fees until the sale is completed and all fees will be made clear in writing before a client chooses to do business with IGR Brokerage. With IGR Brokerage, rest assured that the desires of clients will be respected to the fullest extent of the law and that properties will be treated with care.

Since Operation Blackout several high-profile properties were sold through IGR, including several secret bunkers and the former IAI corporate headquarters on Kalee. It also sponsors the Outer Rim House Hunter's Show, aired on Gungan-owned Battleon Town News, and is also one of the major parties of the Galactic Alliance Planetary Development Project, with IGR Brokerage pledging to act in its name on Malastare and Dulvoyinn. Also, looking outside Alliance-land, it also opened an office on Arcadia-N-30. Nevertheless, in light of Ugohr's crimes (which have nothing to do with real estate), he felt he had no choice but to sell the stake he used to hold, forcing the company to change hands to Mandalorian interests. Ironically Cathul owning the corporation on behalf of Clan Lok caused the corporation to return to Alliance interests since her operation of the corporation caused her to undertake a journey due to it having developed construction and land reclamation, using it for the greater good of the galaxy.

Corporation Name: Vhysis Labs

Headquarters: Agamar

Locations: Agamar

Operations: Pharmaceuticals

Rationale: Zef Halo's long career of smuggling and pillaging as a Mandalorian earlier had him accumulate a lot of wealth. Enough wealth to start a small pharmaceutical company with currently only one product for sale. The product after which the company is named - Chill Pill. The factory for the product he won over on a game of sabacc.

Tier: Tier II

Description:
Vhysis Labs began as Chill Pill Industries, headed by Joza Perl’s father (Zef Halo who) won the rights to the company in a game of sabacc. Chill Pill Industries produced and sold one product en masse—the Chill Pill, a drug designed to ease pain and reduce feelings of anger and stress. With the success of the Chill Pill, the company was able to break even and enjoy financial stability. As time went on, Zef passed the ownership of Chill Pill Industries to Joza, who renamed it to Vhysis Labs. Despite the name change and new leadership, Vhysis Labs intends to continue manufacturing pharmaceuticals and expand beyond the Chill Pill. Safe and legal drugs are this company’s main priority, including stimulants and combat enhancers. Questionable substances (poisons, experimental drugs) are produced in a very limited in quantity, and are not publically advertised.

New Submission:

JmPApbj.png
Corporation Name: Heartbeat House

Headquarters: Lianna City, Lianna

Locations: Lianna City, Lianna, Ashira’s Light

Operations: Dance instruction, hiring out dancers for parties and other events, sheltering runaway or rescued slaves (not publicly advertised), production of tech and force imbued items.

Rationale: A dancer by profession during her most of her life, Joza Perl was trained on Zeltros, the galaxy's party capital. Even though she left her home for more galactic pursuits, Joza continued to occasionally take to the stage in order to both alleviate homesickness and make a few credits. No longer satisfied with giving simple performances, Joza seeks to instruct others in the art of dance by opening a small studio in the urban center of Lianna. Her intent is to pass on her skills and earn credits while doing so, but also to build her name in the entertainment industry.

Though starting out small, Heartbeat House both expanded in size and attendance, catering to absolute novices and experienced dancers alike. Joza was able to add more trained dancers with varying styles to her company, as well as increase both her studio and class size. In addition to being a dance studio, Heartbeat House now also functions as a makeshift safe house for runaway and escaped slaves.

Tier: III

Description: Heartbeat House currently has one PC dance instructor (Joza Perl), and several NPC instructors who teaches various forms of exotic dance and entertainment. The company has a steadily growing cache of trained dancers who are available to be hired out for various events, subject to approval from Joza. Heartbeat House offers:

-Dance Instruction (from Beginner to Expert)
-Private Lessons tailored to the client’s skill level, offered either in-home or in Heartbeat House Dance Studio.
-Shimmy Fitness (Physical fitness class with exotic elements)
-Yoga Classes
-Housing and accommodations for runaway/escaped slaves (not publically known or advertised)

Though not known to the public, the basement level of Heartbeat House serves as a safe haven for runaway and escaped slaves. The idea occurred to Joza after she aided in the rescue of a young Twi’lek dancer who was to be sold as a slave, Amirah. Joza offered Amirah a paid position as a Heartbeat House dancer, but upon learning that the Twi’lek had nowhere else to go, allowed her to stay in the studio until she got back onto her feet. Now that she has more space and a place to fit the wayward souls, Joza works privately with her own contacts to shelter ex-slaves with nowhere else to go. In exchange, they work as dancers, housekeepers and security for her until they reunite with their families or earn enough to establish themselves elsewhere, should they wish to.

Heartbeat also produces minor Force imbued items, many of which are for cosmetic purposes. After the creation of Force imbued hairpins, heels and more, Heartbeat Boutique was opened to sell these items to the public. With the addition of Beta, Heartbeat began looking into more technological avenues in expanding its product line.

Corporate Headquarters: Corellia Digital Building, Meccha (Drall)
Corellia Digital Store: Mastigophorous (Drall); L'pwacc Den (Selonia), Voss-Ka (Voss), Oswaft Station (Laekia), Il Avali (Druckenwell), The Wheel, Kal'Shebbol
Corell Financial: Il Avali (Druckenwell)
Corellia Defense: Lavorn (Laekia)

Operations: Information Technology; including datacards, cloud computing, hologaming, networks, software development, hologram generators, subspace communications, and audio/visual equipment. The corporation also functions as a bank holding company by virtue of it's ownership of the investment bank, Corell Financial, as well as a military defense contractor for the Silver Sanctum Coalition in the area of electronic warfare.

Rationale: A native-born Corellian from the small hamlet of Bela Vistal, Sor-Jan Xantha has always identified himself with the Corellian System, its people, and history. To arrive at this point in the future and discover that Corellia, as a planet, is no more has ignited a passion to keep the spirit of Corellia alive in everything that he does. A Jedi-owned company in One Sith controlled territory, Corellia Digital has nonetheless emerged as a growing company in the information technology sector. With contracts that span the range from small corporations to major factions, Corellia Digital is demonstrating the value of communications, hologaming, and cloud computing technology in the broader galactic commercial markets. The increasing demands of business have largely drawn the former Old Republic away from the Jedi Order however, and focused him on more practical, economic matters.

Tier: 5

Description: Originally a computer company producing datacards at the time of the Old Republic, Corellia Digital had branched into holographic imaging displays sometime around the Galactic Civil War. Improvements on the computing capabilities of small holographic platforms in later decades saw the production of the company's first interactive holographic system: The HoloStation. Originally pitched to a youngling market, the device proved to be successful with older demographics as well, and was succeeded by the HoloStation 2 - which seemed aimed more toward the older end of the planned marketing strategy. A sudden reversal by the board of directors resulted in a shake-up for the R&D Department and a re-newed direction for the company in the belief that their products should focus more on the original ideal of a youngling gaming system. The HoloCube was produced, to dismal sales despite strong reviews by parents of some of the games playability and content. Attempting to recover revenue, the company focused next on portable game systems: The HoloBoy was the first generation of this, to strong sales. Its successor, the CorelliaDigi might have brought the company back to profits that it hadn't seen since the HoloStation days but for the destruction of Corellia wiping out the major holdings of the company: Warehouses, computer design and engineering labs, production factories, along with corporate financial holdings, records, and filings. Bankrupted, almost all of the companies storefronts across the Corellian Run were shuttered and sold overnight. The company fell into the hands of its employees, who were looking to sell out in the hopes that the Bay-Suwe Combine, Sasori, or some other company might buy them out. Then along came a small investor who refused to let another Corellian sell out and had a dream for bringing back the HoloStation.

Development of the HoloStation IV paved the way for the launch of a mobile gaming platform in the HoloBoy Advanced. This led the company to explore communications as a future development of their technology. The Go! and HoloLink were both successful additions to the market, with the Silver Sanctum Coalition commissioning development of a unique commlink that would bridge all of their military and governmental divisions.

Currently, the company has expanded into more robust communications technology, with forays into the subspace radio market from both the user-end as well as commercial broadcasting. With much of the company now controlled by the Chief Financial Officer, President Xantha leads a philanthropic effort at improving government and civilian access to communications out in the Kathol Sector. As to whether such a bold move will provide any dividends back to investors... only time will tell.

New Submission:
Corporation Name: Quaint Gardens Beauty

Headquarters: Ession

Locations: Ession and Coruscant

Operations: Cosmetics (including makeup, skincare, and perfume) and scientific research for the development of cosmetics.

Rationale: Money can only last so long - even if it is a handsome sum if you do not make more. This was an annoying situation that Alize had encountered having spent much of it supporting her expensive lifestyle and travelling the galaxy after abandoning her homeworld of Panatha. Rather than face the initial hurdles of starting a business, Alize decided to take a risk and purchase a once moderately popular beauty company that has since been in decline to rebrand and make her own.

Tier: III

Description: Quaint Gardens Beauty is a company that develops and manufactures mid to high-end beauty supplies. All products from its high-end line are scented with their signature fragrance that can be described as a bergamot and lavender scent with a little extra something while the products from its mid-end range are fragranced with a light fruity floral scent that is unique to the company. Although the products are scented, the scent disappears and does not linger once applied. For those who are sensitive to scents, or have easily irritable skin, the company also offers unscented versions of their products as well as a line of products that is gentle on the skin. Furthermore, all the ingredients used by this company are of high quality and sourced from reputable sources.

Additionally, this company is also cruelty-free - which means it does not test unwilling creatures, sentient or otherwise. Instead, the company only tests on willing participants who are reimbursed for their efforts. All products for this company are manufactured in a sterile environment by experienced cosmetic scientists, and each batch subjected to strict tests for consistency to ensure quality. Any batch that fails these tests are destroyed immediately to prevent the sale of sub-par products.

From time to time, the company will also have pop-up stores on other planets to test the waters and gauge the interests of the planet's inhabitants for a potential new location as well as promote the company. Although the ultimate goal of this company is to generate income for Alize, it has also been known to donate its products to women's shelters from time to time, and send out teams of makeup artists with the donations to give the women makeovers while teaching them how apply the makeup themselves so they can feel beautiful and put their best foot forward for job interviews and other occasions.

Much has occurred since Alize purchased the company and rebranded with one of the most notable events being encountering Countess [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] at a ball in Serenno. During this ball, the Countess offered Quaint Gardens a loan from Firemane in exchange for 15% of the company's shares and stock from the company, an offer Alize happily accepted. Since then, Quaint Gardens has been making good use of the loan, launching 3 new products and collaborating with songstress [member="Marzena Choi"] and [member="Joza Perl"]'s Heartbeat House.

Company: Imperial Death Squadron Shipyards

Modification Made: Changing the name of the corporation as well as some aspects of the description to reflect this.
Rationale: It has been brought to my attention that having "Death Squadron" in the name of a company is not entirely in-line with the goal of maintaining public relations
New Submission:
sticker,375x360.u3.png

Corporation Name: Imperial Elite Shipyards (Or IES)

Headquarters: Melida/Daan

Locations:
 • Melida/Daan (Headquarters and Orbital Shipyards)
 • Vergesso Asteroids (Orbital Shipyards)
 • Alzoc III (Planetary Foundries and Mines)

Operations: IES currently focuses on small-scale starships such as fighters, corvettes, frigates, and sometimes cruisers. As a secondary operation, IES produces the parts that go into the ships, be it engines, hyperdrives, reactors, and other electronic components. Other things such as droids and weapons may be included rarely.

Rationale: Tanomas Graf came to create Imperial Elite Shipyards after the proven success of his revitalization of Imperial designs within the First Order, such as the powerful Imperial X-class Star Destroyer and its smaller cousin the Victory X-class Star Destroyer, as well as several smaller TIE Fighter designs. The aged admiral wanted to remake all of the ships that had made the Galactic Empire of old great, be it the Tartan-class Patrol Cruiser to the massive Allegiance-class Battlecruiser.

Tier: 2

Description: Death Squadron started off as the most notable Imperial fleet during the Galactic Civil War, led by Lord Darth Vader himself on the super star destroyer Executor. Years of service later and hundreds of missions including the notable Battle of Hoth and disastrous collapse of the Empire during the Battle of Endor, Death Squadron was mostly disbanded, with only a few star destroyers serving during the Thrawn campaign, afterwards with the Empire finally destroyed, the fabled squadron was no more.

Until nearly a millennium later in 849 ABY, during the glorious reign of the descendant of the Empire, The First Order. Aspiring naval officer Commodore Tanomas Graf named his newly fielded squadron of Imperial X-class Star Destroyers "Death Squadron", reinstating the legacy of the Galactic Empire in both name and tech. The squadron would serve on many more missions, even contributing in the Battle of the Deadly Void during the Omega War.

After the further development of past Imperial designs, such as the Victory X and the TIE/D, Admiral Graf discovered the advantage of recreating these centuries-old vessels and implementing new technology into them. The dagger-like designs of the first Galactic Empire coupled with the devastating weaponry of the present dominated the battlefield, both psychologically and physically. And so came about the creation of Imperial Elite Shipyards, where Tanomas Graf could continue the development of his designs without bureaucracy standing in his way.

IES operates simply, with construction going through a cycle. A planetary body with a high concentration of minerals holds the main mining operation of that sector. Those minerals are shipped to a second planet that holds a decent civilian populace where the main construction takes place with those civilians working jobs (with benefits of course) producing the ship to the best of their required specifications. Finally the newly-completed vessels are taken to the system that holds the headquarters of that sector to be fitted with auxiliary systems and be thoroughly inspected before deemed reliable for service, these headquarters also serve as staging areas for ship recalls and the repair, refitting, and retrofitting of starships.

Planets that host these operations are given a generous percentage of the profits, negotiated by representatives and sometimes the owner himself, these credits are usually put back into the planet to help develop the infrastructure and other things such as education and health. On a larger scale, taxes are also paid to the major factions in exchange for operating in their space and more secure protection against rival corporations.

The ships themselves are ordinarily sold to the highest bidder, as well as put into service by the First Imperial Navy.

The owner is currently [member="Tanomas Graf"], with no clear line of succession in the case of his eventual retirement or unexpected death.

Subsidiaries: As a Tier 2 Company, IES is not allowed any subsidiaries.

Corporation Name: Ringovinda StarYards

Headquarters: Ringo Vinda

Locations: Ringo Vinda, Soceras, Gyndine, Bimmisaari, Pergitor, Geonosis, Hakassi, Glyss

Operations:
 • Building starships
 • Building Land Vehicles.

Rationale: As a state-run company, Ringovinda StarYards was formerly insolvent. Poor management of company funds, bribery scandals, high salary bonuses to upper management, all of which forced the Ringo Vinda government to hold an emergency meeting regarding the company. It would be decided that the corporation be auctioned off.

Understandably, even though the more conservative fringes of the population would rather let the corporation be purchased by off-worlders (candidates included several "major shipyards") than be incompetently managed at home, a grassroots movement allowed Ringovinda StarYards to remain Ringo Vinda property. It was decided that a lottery would be held and the winner would run the company.

Tier: 5

Description: Ringovinda StarYards is a company that mostly accepts orders for starships from private corporations, although sometimes governments may place orders for their products and also individuals that need more security than normal transport ships can provide for. It also seems to be a pioneer in the use of disabled personnel, making it a point of employing at least 7% of its staff with disabilities. As such, Ringovinda StarYards provides appropriate training for disabled people and the roles they can fill, and often when their disabilities would be used to their advantage. For instance, deaf people can work in the noisiest of environments, smell-impaired people can do sanitation...

It is also strongly committed to the ability of their own products to safely land on planets. Also it has recently began to build mobile, adjustable drydocks for other shipyards in addition of building bombers, land vehicles and bulk freighters among the largest in the galaxy. Lately it sought to diversify its portfolio through the purchase of hitherto Hutt-controlled Pizza Hutt.

Although its troubled history with the Butcher of Korriban led many to question the survival of the company, under new management, [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] proved that she was capable of weathering the storm, and also of producing warships, including but not limited to, carriers. As a result it became one of the major players in the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

Note that the Helix Syndicate is not a production-oriented company. It focuses primarily on the buying of debt and the sale of information. Therefor, the linked products are not the traditional mass-produced commercial goods, but resources necessary for the Helix Syndicate to carry out its operations and evidence of its expansion as a company. In any event, six miscellaneous threads have been provided instead of three to make up for this deficit.

DESCRIPTION:

The Guavian Death Gang has been a petty, if somewhat prominent player, in Hutt Space and some other crime ridden sectors for quite some time. Their primary operations included blackmail, extortion, kidnapping, and loan sharking. Over the course of Galactic History, the gang has crumbled and been refounded several times. It is estimated this incarnation stretches back only as far as 800 ABY. A Givin of shadowy origins, Pollux, joined the gang in 836 ABY. One of the few non-humans in the gang, he faced a fair amount of discrimination and harassment. Pollux continued to work for the Death Gang despite this and slowly wormed his way up the ranks, making many friends and quietly disposing of his enemies. Eventually a time came when Pollux's ambitions were properly recognized.

Having built up a suitable network of allies within the Gang who would support him, Pollux assassinated the assembled leaders of the Guavian Death Gang by throwing a bandoleer of activated thermal detonators in the meeting room and locking them inside. Many of the gang's more disparate elements that were not present at the headquarters, predictably, ignored Pollux's newfound leadership. This did not bother him very much as he had no need of the various properties and outposts the gang had acquired in Hutt Space anyway. Pollux and his followers instead moved North, setting up shop on Bastion, as well as Dubrillion and Yaga Minor.

The Helix Syndicate involves itself in two markets: the gathering of information and the buying of debt.

In its operations as an intelligence acquiring service, the Syndicate relies on a network of strategically placed listening posts. These posts contain ample amounts of technicians, security personnel, and hardware. They are able to pick up virtually all data transmissions entering or exiting an entire sector. Supercomputers and specially designed programming suites, as well as specially trained technicians, are tasked with sifting through, organizing, flagging, and decrypting data. The Syndicate has been known to use more active methods, such as spying, coercion, and sabotage, to collect information, albeit secretly and through various patsies.

In its pursuits as a debt buying company, its primary function is to purchase the debt of various individuals from creditors for a fraction of the face value of the debt. Once the debt is purchased, the Syndicate can do with it as it likes. Under most circumstances, this amounts to:
 • Repackage the debt into a new portfolio and sell it to another debt buying company.
 • Collect the debt purchased in full through a variety of legal and quasi-legal actions.
 • Hire another party, bounty hunter, mercenary, or assassin to collect the debt for them.
 • Use the debt as leverage for some other purpose.
More often than not, the Helix Syndicate will elect to collect the debt on their own.

The first option they pursue is for the debtor to simply pay up through a negotiated payment plan. This usually amounts simply to monthly payments until all debt and the accumulated interest is paid off. The second option, if they cannot come to agreement on a payment plan, involves the Syndicate taking legal action and having the debtor’s wages garnished directly.

If the debtor is unemployed but still has certain assets, the Syndicate’s legal action will instead involve repossession agents. These agents will seize and appraise the debtor’s material assets until the debt is considered fulfilled. If the debt simply cannot be collected, it is repackaged into a portfolio of other individuals and sold to other debt collection companies. If a debt cannot be sold or collected on, the debtor is typically captured and sent to debtor mines operated by the Helix Syndicate on Mygeeto and Monhudle, where they work until the debt has been paid off. In addition to buying debt to collect on, the Helix Syndicate will also occasionally hire out its services to collect on behalf of other clients. This includes banks, corporations, governments, and sometimes individuals. Rarely are these contractors of the scrupulous variety, but the Helix Syndicate rarely cares either way.
