Company Expansion and Growing in Tier
Company Index by Tier Level: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6

Company Expansion and Growing in Tier Details
  • You may not advance more than one Tier in a single request. Threads already used for advancement from one tier to the next or made during a previous tier will not count towards a new tier advancement. If your expansion is one lengthy consistent thread, you must specifically provide the applicable unused posts that pertain to that tier up.
  • Each linked thread may only be used to fulfill one of the sub-requirements for each tier level. ( IE: No double-dipping the same thread to fulfill a major project and a contract.)
  • Every additional new Location & Operation or Headquarters change requested through the Company Modification Thread will require proof of expansion.
  • Each expansion in Tier level will require Passive and Active Expansion Thread Objectives. These threads involve providing your company's specialty products or services. Examples are below and not all encompassing.
Passive Company Expansion Objectives

- Attend or host an economic summit
- Defend your company, another company, or a faction from a hostile attack
- Invest in another company or faction
- Train your company's personnel
- Draw up or steal schematics for a new product
- Draw up deals with another corporation or faction
- Provide philanthropic donations, fundraising, or contributions
- Make three mass-produced products in the Factory. (For Tier 2+ and equals to one passive company expansion)
- Make three company operations specific submissions in the Codex. (For Tier 2+ and equals to one passive company expansion)

Active Company Expansion Objectives

- Establish another operation for your company
- Establish a sphere of influence on a planet or in a sector
- Establish or help establish a colony
- Establish or help establish a new location
- Participate in a planet's colonization
- Recruit personnel into your company
- Secure investors for your company
- Train another company or faction's personnel
  • Each Expansion to Tier 4 and up will require a Major Project.
The definition of a 'Major Project' is to create, produce, or service something that would have a sizable impact on the growth of your company. If said project sways the outcome of something during a galactic event or on a grand scale, more kudos to you. The production, possession or the service of the project must be the thread or threads major focal point. Projects may be done in a single thread or a series of threads. Only the posts in Dominions and invasions that pertain to the actual project will count for the major project.
  • Expansion to Tier 5 and up will require a sponsorship.
Sponsorship is essentially when a sufficiently large major faction or a Tier 6 Company decides to back your company's endeavors specifically. This can either be by them giving you a large, direct annual subsidy, signing a long-term contract, and other things that would tie the government of that faction or that conglomerate and your company close together. This may also be supplemented by a substantial expansion of your company in another way.

Note: At Tier VI, a company may choose one Restricted Material (specifically beskar, phrik, cortosis, songsteel, Echani graphite, ionite, pyronium & Alchemy/Force Imbuement) to add to its Specialty list. The Workshop is exempt from RM objectives for that material at a Semi-Unique (Only A Handful of Characters) production level in the Technology forum only.

Workshop Expansion and Growing in Tier

A Workshop is a small operation, comparable in size to a Tier One Company. A Workshop’s growth in tier reflects increasing prestige and expertise in a specialized field.

A Personal Commission thread involves providing your Workshop's specialty products or services. This might include creating a product, delivering a service, discussing a character's relevant needs, or obtaining necessary materials.

A Mastercraft Project thread is an extensive project that involves providing an especially innovative product or service, in keeping with your Workshop’s specialty. The completed thread must center around filling one of the following objectives:
  • Your character endures great personal sacrifice to learn from the legacy of a past master in their field;
  • Your character defends their Workshop against near-impossible odds;
  • In desperate circumstances, your character must use their specialty to improvise a solution using extremely insufficient/unsuitable resources.
Both Personal Commissions and Mastercraft Projects must directly benefit a PC or NPC controlled by another writer (e.g. no ‘I made myself a sword to protect them’ rationalizations), and may be completed by a single writer. Threads cited to increase the tier of a Workshop cannot be used to increase the tier of a Company, and vice versa.

Ugohr Poof

The Traveling Gungan Salesman
Company: IGR Brokerage
Modification Made: Advancing to tier 3
Rationale: Expansion of business

Pertient Development Threads:

Sign a contract with two additional organizations.
Complete three miscellaneous threads.
Make an additional three mass-produced items. (Since IGR Brokerage is a service company, Codex entries will be used instead)
New Submission:
igr-brokerage_zpsrxyqenva.jpg

Corporation Name: IGR Brokerage

Headquarters: Malastare

Locations: Naboo, Elrood, Coruscant

Operations: Real estate brokerage

Rationale: Ugohr Poof founded IGR Brokerage as a means of putting the looted money from his campaigns on Malastare and Zaloriis to good use, away from the temptations of the dark side of the Force. He decided that, since he couldn't afford developing real estate projects, even on inexpensive Malastare, he'd simply broker real estate deals instead.

Tier: 3

Description: Ugohr was taught that too much liquidities from battlefield loot would render a Jedi vulnerable to turning to the dark side of the Force, so he invested the money in a business venture to stave off the dark side of the Force. Unfortunately, because the sale of lightsabers is highly restricted, Ugohr decided to go into real estate instead. Because, unfortunately, as a Galactic Alliance general, he had a hectic life, Ugohr is simply a stake holder, and has very little actual interaction with the day-to-day operations of the company. Also, IGR Brokerage is part of the GMLS (Galactic Multi-Listing System)

InterGalactic Realty Brokerage, better known as IGR Brokerage, is, simply put, a full-service real estate brokerage firm, where clients will get the best deal possible for their property, either for sale or for lease. With the blessing of the Galactic Alliance, Ugohr was authorized to open the Naboo and Elrood offices, serving the eastern and southern Alliance regions respectively. IGR Brokerage also bought a failing real estate brokerage startup on Coruscant; the One Sith being desperate at the time for fresh economic blood, it looked past the buyer's connections to the enemy, and the nascent Coruscant office, as a result, was playing with fire, until Operation Blackout resulted in an Alliance victory, and now operates without fear during its reconstruction. It will not charge clients any fees until the sale is completed and all fees will be made clear in writing before a client chooses to do business with IGR Brokerage. With IGR Brokerage, rest assured that the desires of clients will be respected to the fullest extent of the law and that properties will be treated with care.

Since Operation Blackout several high-profile properties were sold through IGR, including several secret bunkers and the former IAI corporate headquarters on Kalee. It also sponsors the Outer Rim House Hunter's Show, aired on Gungan-owned Battleon Town News, and is also one of the major parties of the Galactic Alliance Planetary Development Project, with IGR Brokerage pledging to act in its name on Malastare and Dulvoyinn.

Company: Pizza Hutt
Modification Made: Adding an operation, adding Tatooine and Dulvoyinn to locations
Rationale: To allow Pizza Hutt to create their own consumables, plus Tatooine was where the consumable was refined

Pertient Development Threads:

New Submission:

pizza-hutt.jpg

Corporation Name: Pizza Hutt

Headquarters: Nal Hutta

Locations: Toydaria, Nar Shaddaa, Tatooine, Dulvoyinn

Ownership: 90% Ringovinda StarYards, 7% Cathul Thuku, 3% others

CEO: Lorca Desilijic Tiure (Lorca the Hutt)

Operations: Fast-food pizza restaurants, consumables

Rationale: Ringovinda StarYards effected a hostile takeover from the Desilijic Clan

Tier: 2

Description: Owned by the Desilijic kajidic for centuries, it is one of the symbols of the clan's past. Jabba the Hutt's likeness was used in its logo since the company's inception in 3 ABY, it used to have been a major galactic fast-food chain by 420 ABY, but the Gulag marked a long decline in popularity for the chain as locations were forced to close, constraining it to remain in Hutt space for the four centuries to follow. In a bid by the Ringovindian government to root out criminal activities, it encouraged Ringo Vinda residents to purchase as many criminal-owned businesses as possible, and Pizza Hutt was targeted to serve as a counter to McYoda's, Mandalorian-owned MandalBurger and to First Order-owned TKFC. It only serves cheese made from biological nerf milk farming. Due to Hutt business mergers and acquisition practices, the price of buying the company was the same as its equity.

After Jessica Med-Beq made the grim realization that Pizza Hutt's infrastructure used to manufacture food preservatives could also be used to manufacture other consumables, Pizza Hutt began expanding in that direction.

Pizza Hutt menu:

Baseline, 8-inch bambino pizza (cheese, tomato sauce): 2 credits
Extra topping: 1 credit per additional topping
Supersizing: 1 credit per size upgrade (available in small, medium, large, extra-large and Hutt-sized, which are respectively 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 inches)
Ziro Stuffed crust pizza upgrade: 1 credit
Garlic bread sticks (6): 2 credits
Fries: 1 credit for small fries, 2 credits for medium fries, 3 credits for family-sized
Salad: 2 credits

New Submission:
Please change the topics title to Titan Industries
Please change the topics submitter from [member="Titan Kryze"] to @Titan Katan. (Titan Kryze is an alt of mine)
Corporation Name: Titan Industries

Former Names: Clan Kryze Shipyards

Headquarters: Mandalore

Locations: Mandalore(Armour & Ships, Sales), Yaga Minor(Ships, Sales), Yavin IV(Ships, Sales), Illum(Weapons and Technology)

Operations: Ship building, Vehicle Manufacturing, Armor,Weapons, Technology,

Rationale: In order to try and restore some of Clan Kryze's influence, Titan founded a company on Concordia to produce ships and vehicles, as well as armor, for his clan and the galaxy at large. Then used contacts in Mandalorian Crusader space to set up shop on Yaga Minor. And proceeded to purchase land on Yavin IV.Meaning that his company now had quite a reach, the next step was funding and he ac acquired cquired that through loans, now paid off, and personal funds.

Tier: Tier III

Description: Titan Industries is a semi-successful venture capable of producing a decent amount of ships a year. It plans on expanding to Concord Dawn in the near future. It will always be allied with Clan Kryze, where ever they go, and likes to move in fast, rather than gradually. TI has split its resources having two thirds go into normal ships and the rest of the supplies going towards custom and small-time produced ships. Rather than build facilities on many planets and take up space, it prefers to be in space. As the area is cheaper to expand to and it can move to different locations easier, as it can simply move the facilites rather than abandoning them. The company was originally known as Clan Kryze Shipyards, but when Clan Kryze's Alor returned to the Galaxy at large Titan changed the name according to the Alor's wishes. Titan was also able to "acquire" land on Illum when he went there with Undin Jaii.

New Subsidiary: Lucerne Biological Systems

New Submission:
Corporation Name: Lucerne Labs

Headquarters: Kwookrrr

Locations: Kwookrrr(factory/Headquarters), Gyndine (Shipyards), Hast (Shipyards)

Operations: Starships, Vehicles, Starship/Vehicle Components

Rationale: While Lucerne Labs retains much of its start-up culture as founded by Matthew Lucerne, the company has morphed from the grungy web of sometimes shadowy contacts into a more legitimate company with a traditional business model under Gir Quee's leadership. Using his connections with various galactic powers, Gir has steered Lucerne Labs into supplying a broad variety of starships and other defense products to individuals and organizations that Gir feels follows their founder's ethos.

Tier: 4

Description: While Lucerne Labs retains much of its start-up culture as founded by Matthew Lucerne, the company has morphed from the grungy web of sometimes shadowy contacts into a more legitimate company with a traditional business model. Its biggest change has been not only licensing designs out for production to other companies, but producing their products in their own facilities on Kwookrrr, Gyndine, Hast, and their fleet of Hephaestus-class Factory Ships. This array of manufacturing facilities allows Lucerne Labs to supply a variety of products close to many of their customers.

Gir Quee takes care to establish personal relationships with many of the Lab's customers, for both economic and moral reasons. It would not due for the Labs to supply starbombers to a terrorist group, for example. Recently, Lucerne Labs has became a signatory member of the Directorate, lending its resources to the new group and receiving support from those companies in turn. The Labs is notable for being one of the few companies that can semi-regularly obtain Mon Calamari Shipyard's high-tech shielding technology. This is in large part due to Gir Quee's personal relationship with Admiral Reshmar. The Directorate has pulled the company to become more politically involved with its clients, seeing the company deploy both its industrial and security assets to advance the causes of several galactic powers, including both the Republic and the Galactic Alliance.

While Gir Quee remains the company's public face, he is but one member of a tightknit circle from the Lab's early days that keeps it running. Gir's adopted brother, Salmakk, a notable mon calamari starship engineer does most of the daily management tasks. He has been able to return to do more engineering work since Gir's retirement from Republic service. Azira, a bothan slicer from Kothlis, and Gai, a Duros mechanical engineer, are other notable members of this same circle. Lucerne Labs is not only their employment, but also their tribe. This circle continues to guide Lucerne Labs as they look to change the galaxy for the better.

ringovinda-staryards_zps7dblngxf.jpg

Corporation Name: Ringovinda StarYards

Headquarters: Ringo Vinda

Locations: Ringo Vinda, Soceras, Gyndine, Bimmisaari, Pergitor

Operations:
  • Building starships
  • Building Land Vehicles.

Rationale: As a state-run company, Ringovinda StarYards was formerly insolvent. Poor management of company funds, bribery scandals, high salary bonuses to upper management, all of which forced the Ringo Vinda government to hold an emergency meeting regarding the company. It would be decided that the corporation be auctioned off.

Understandably, even though the more conservative fringes of the population would rather let the corporation be purchased by off-worlders (candidates included several "major shipyards") than be incompetently managed at home, a grassroots movement allowed Ringovinda StarYards to remain Ringo Vinda property. It was decided that a lottery would be held and the winner would run the company.

Tier: 4

Description: Ringovinda StarYards is a company that mostly accepts orders for starships from private corporations, although sometimes governments may place orders for their products and also individuals that need more security than normal transport ships can provide for. It also seems to be a pioneer in the use of disabled personnel, making it a point of employing at least 7% of its staff with disabilities. As such, Ringovinda StarYards provides appropriate training for disabled people and the roles they can fill, and often when their disabilities would be used to their advantage. For instance, deaf people can work in the noisiest of environments, smell-impaired people can do sanitation...

It is also strongly committed to the ability of their own products to safely land on planets. Sith-led factions will find it difficult to buy ships from them. Also it has recently began to build mobile, adjustable drydocks for other shipyards in addition of building bombers, land vehicles and bulk freighters among the largest in the galaxy. Lately it sought to diversify its portfolio through the purchase of hitherto Hutt-controlled Pizza Hutt.

RATIONALE

The acquisition of Czerka Arms and its subsidiary Czerka Mining and Industrial by Danger Arceneau, Jared Ovmar, and Marek Starchaser.

The Tier 5 company was split into four distinct Tier 2 separate companies, two of which went to ATC as new subsidiaries as Havan Shipyards and Browncoat Arms & Industrial.

The Rationale for Tier 3 instead of Tier 2 is due to the merging of ATC's current industrial facilities as a Tier 6 company, allowing Browncoat Arms & Industrial focus and absorb into it the current armstech, armormech, and droid manufacturing currently existing in ATC.

DESCRIPTION

Prior to the outbreak of the Gulag Plague, and the subsequent Darkness which crippled civilization, Czerka Arms was one of the largest manufacturers of personal weapons and droids in the Galaxy. Once the outbreak had ensued, as aforementioned, the corporation had literally been split into numerous incarnations centered around its holdings on various worlds. While some of the "countless" worlds upon which Czerka Arms had holdings saw an eventual collapse to the presence of the corporation, seven incarnations managed to survive the Darkness and enter the new era of galactic reconstruction anew. After a period of internal maneuvering, the company was ultimately unified under the leadership of Tyri Lsu, and under his guidance the company soared in a new direction.

The policies of the past revolved around turning a profit through any means necessary; even to the chagrin of various races across the Galaxy. However, this particular train of thought came to an end with the previous generation of Czerka Arms' leadership. Instead, Tyri decided to make a slight adjustment to the manner by which Czerka Arms conducted business; as opposed to casting scruples to the wind in order to turn a profit, the company would now make it a priority to cater to the needs of the various worlds throughout the Galaxy. As such, the entire corporation conducts business openly and will sell to any and all persons with the coin to purchase their products. The primary source of income seen by the company is the same as it has always been: personal weaponry.

Unlike other arms production companies throughout the Galaxy, Czerka Arms' personal weaponry generally consists primarily of non-energy firearms. This means that slugthrowers, heavy ordnance, flamethrowers, and the like are common products manufacturered by the corporation. In addition, the secondary product created by the corporation are various lines of droids; with most designed for combat. As a whole, Czerka Arms' goal is to turn a profit through legitimate sales to any and all individuals and the production of quality arms and weaponry that the Galactic community, upon seeing what they are capable of, would not want...but need! However, at the end of the day, the company's driving goal is to make money, so prices can and will selectively fluctuate depending upon the buyer and the state of the Galaxy.

At present, and for the foreseeable future, Czerka Arms fully intends to serve the Galaxy through the production of quality arms. However, business is limited in only a single regard. All purchases must be made directly from Czerka Arms, with the approval of the company ownership. Of course, this stipulation is minor at best; as it is the full desire of the corporation to sell to as many individuals as possible in order to turn over a large profit.

Tyri Lsu, the CEO of Czerka Arms dropped off the face of the galaxy. In the chaos that ensued, Cade Lee of Blastech took advantage and managed through corporate espionage steal the designs for Czerka Arms. The drop in stock from Czerka Arms affected that of Czerka Mining and Industrial.

Stocks plumeted and the future of the shipyards was unknown until Danger Arceneau of Arceneau Trade Company took action. Buying the deteriorating Czerka stock along with Jared Ovmar and Marek Starchaser, they proceeded to take charge of Czerka Corp and it's subsidiaries.

Splitting it into four distinct new companies, Danger assumed control over the newly dubbed shipyards -- Havan Shipyards. These shipyards would oversee the building of freighter transports, speeders, and other vehicles.

Czerka Arms in regards to it's droid manufacture and arms production was now created into a smaller but fresh faced entity, Browncoat Arms & Industrial. The mining and mercenary sections of the company were left to Jared Ovmar to oversee, while the rest went to Marek Starchaser of Brightstar entertainment.

Browncoat Arms and Industrial will be absorbing into it the current armstech, armormech, droid manufacturing currently existing in ATC.

Expansion and merger operations throughout the 'verse have seen an influx in Browncoat's growth. Most notably, are it's acquisition of Sunforged Industries. Black Sun was in very unique position. With the game of galactic saber rattling an ever present threat. And very real action taken against Black Sun or other nations a possibility. The need for military hardware and industrial capacity has grown exponentially. Sun Forged Industries is apart of the profitable solution to this problem.

Taking control of critical industries within Sun space by executive order of Cypher. This conglomerate will be at the forefront of rearmament and economic expansion. Providing for the needs of the military, along with supporting unaffiliated businesses in non military hardware sectors. While not a replacement for everything, SFI will provide a large bulk of necessary products and production for Black Sun.

While meeting needs at home is the main goal. Reaching outwards to the needs of galactic industry and many militaries and paramilitary forces; is a worthwhile and potentially an extremely profitable venture. Profits from which can be used internally for further expansion and research, be used for a plethora of other things within Black Sun itself. Investment in foreign companies or their purchase. And expansion of operations into foreign markets themselves.

Sun Forged Industries will strive to be a leader in the galactic arms game, mining, metals, refining and any other venture it takes too. Providing basic, high tech and cutting edge products to its customers of only the highest quality. SFI may in the future undertake research and provide production capacity to other companies, governments, or private interests for their own needs; but at this time are not being offered.

With the history Danger Arceneau and reputation she held, the sale of SunForged Industries would relay in it the trust given to the Trade Queen. Her business acumen would give a measure of assurance that the quality of SunForged industry tech would continue to preserver within Browncoat Arms.

A phrik mine in seltos would be acquired in the transaction, as well as all of it's quality tech.

Other expansions have seen Browncoat flourish in Telos at Citadel station, Apatros, Umpathia, Makeb, Balmorra and the Corellian System.

The most recent expansion for Browncoat Arms has been the reconstruction and terraforming of Corellia. It is an ongoing project, but by far it is the largest project headed by Browncoat Arm & Industrial under Arceneau Trade Company.

Corporation Name: Pharma-Tech

Headquarters: Fondor

Locations: Bothuwai, Endor, Junction, Anzat, Tatooine, Bestine, Saleucami, Sullust, Salacami, Telos, Munstafar, Christophis, Dressel, Echoy'la,

Operations: Pharmaceuticals, botanicals, cybernetics, and agriculture. A lesser known line is being developed with intentions to be used for military application across the galaxy.

Rationale: Pharma-Tech was formally a subsidiary of Blas-Tech Industries. Valik and Jacen Cavill formed the company after a few backroom deals between the Sith Lords. With this newest venture, the two Sith can further expand their cloud of influence into new markets via a new company. Valik himself will oversee the day to day operations with a massive investment publicly from Cade Lee that allowed the company to open on three worlds in such crowded territory. The company already has access to all of Blas-Tech's resources and through this the Master Alchemist will be able to further his schemes while appearing legitimate.

At the acquisition of Blast-Tech by Alric Kuhn, he placed the subsidiary for sale by auction. As of now Danger Arceenau won the bid, becoming the new owner of the subsidiary and placing it under the umbrella of Arceneau Trade Company and working in close proximity with Browncoat Arms & Industrial

Tier: 4

Description: Pharma-Tech was a company opened by Blas-Tech Industries. A few product lines are currently in development as development centers have been placed on strategic worlds in the most populous factions. With access to Blas-Tech's massive amounts of money and supplies, the company already has a good supply line set up. With competitively priced pharmaceutical goods being supplied for dirt cheap, the company hopes to squash the competition through mass production of cheap, effective goods. Through the profits of this line, the company will expand to further markets while secretly developing a military line the galaxy has never seen.

That's the true purpose of Pharma-Tech, the innovate chemical warfare. Where most would let morals stop them, the CEO of Pharma-Tech, and his boss at Blas-Tech have no such thing privately. Through independent research and development done in secret on worlds with primitive populations, they strive to make weapons most governments wouldn't publicly touch. Jacen Cavill's business contacts in theTion
Hedgemony and Valik's skill in alchemy allow them to produce weapons with a dark side flair that most wouldn't notice. This will allow them to sell mass contracts to factions that will allow the risky venture to eventually pay off and let the company eventually stand on it's own and become a galactic name of it's own.

At the acquisition of Blast-Tech by Alric Kuhn, he placed the subsidiary for sale by auction. As
ofnow Danger Arceenau won the bid, becoming the new owner of the subsidiary and placing it under the umbrella of Arceneau Trade Company and working in close proximity with Browncoat Arms & Industrial. More recently, Pharma-Tech has move towards botanicals, agriculture, cybernetics, and a heavy use of pharmaceuticals from this ventures, allowing it to move into an independent company.

Recent expansions have seen an increase with PharmaTech's BioDomes and an increase in botanical hydroculture and green technology. The Creation of the "Eden Project", A project to utilize Ithorian, Ho'Din, and Morodin biochemical agricultural techniques to set the foundation for PharmaTech to clone extinct and endangered botanical. The Dead Walkers – A group of Criminals serving the Therax Cartel as a sort of “special ops” group.

The Blue Devils – A swoop bike gang absorbed into the Therax Cartel that also serves as their repairs/engineering division.

Complete Three Miscellaneous Threads

Some New Muscle – Rekali the Hutt runs a recruiting drive to gain troops to fuel a campaign to expand to Phaeda, and hires a bodyguard along the way. Ongoing, currently at 11 posts.

Aggressive Negotiations – The Therax Cartel secures a large shipment of Blas-tech weaponry to Trevel’ka while warding off Red Raven assault, giving them the decisive advantage on local competition.

He was a Legend. Will you be one too? – Rekali the Hutt hires a bounty hunter to deal with a crime lord on Trevel’ka, aiming to cut off the head before taking the snake’s territory.

New Submission:
Corporation Name: The Therax Cartel

Headquarters: Gavaroth Spaceport(Trevel’ka)

Locations: Trevel’Ka, Cinnagar

Operations: Shipping/Logistics, Insurance

Rationale: Consolidating the forces of the Late Rasho the Hutt and looking to climb his corporation up the black market ladder Rekali The Hutt analyzed different metropolitan worlds for potential to establish himself. Finding that Trevel’ka was a planet of unorganized and mish-mashed operations that had largely been untouched by any galactic government since the Republic lead a humanitarian mission during Ardak Serifen’s Chancellorship. Deciding a planet like that was rife with potential for growth by absorbing one small gang at a time and also not worth the trouble for many major governments to attempt to “save” Rekali the Hutt set up shop block by block before he finally took hold of a spaceport.

Tier: III

Description:

History – The Therax Cartel was established by one Therax Rekali Tuire after the death of his father, Rasho the Hutt. Consolidating his late father’s forces he made way to Trevel’ka, an ecumenopolis that would be better described as a planetary slum than a planetary city. With the air more akin to a light smog, technology definitely below part with the rest of the galaxy and a lack of any true ‘government’ it was a chunk of slag, but a chunk of slag that had been relatively untouched since the Gulag Plague, save for a single humanitarian mission in the hayday of Republic Chancellor Ardak Serifen. In this way it was a rough, but moldable world that could serve as Rekali the Hutt’s basis without worry of interference from any Galactic Government.

Starting with a high stakes raid to take over Gavaroth Spaceport Rekali entrenched himself at the only hope of escape from the world for megameters. Expansion was costly and with risk, but the Hutt recruited talent that was tired of the Hutt Cartel, and undereducated talent on world. To reinforce his borders he arranged for a shipment of military grade weaponry, ensuring rule of his district with an iron fist. He made connections with to obtain exotic offworld spices and to quietly eliminate onworld competition, while building new territories on newly GA-absorbed Empress Teta. Rekali the Hutt hasn’t obtained his desired planetary dominance yet, and his influence only reaches to a few worlds outside Trevel’ka, but his influence is growing, and he hopes to claw his way to the top.

Operations - The Therax Cartel, like many other gangs on Trevel’ka, operates as the “Government” for the districts it envelopes, primarily the Gavaroth District. ‘Citizens’ pay taxes for the Therax Cartel to ensure their safety and the safeties of their business, while those coming to Trevel’ka often pay tariffs in order to sell their goods. Those who cannot pay may find their cargo seized as a substitute, while tourists who cause trouble while in their district may find that their entire ship is seized instead.

The Therax Cartel also serves as distributors for a wide variety of goods, whether weaponry, pharmaceuticals, or even exotic creatures. Though the Therax Cartel has plans to expand they currently serve only as a middle man, taking goods from the producer to the customer. Some goods are sold locally on Trevel’ka, while others are taken and shipped to wherever the customer may be. Whenever possible the Therax Cartel attempts to break up sales, netting a profit as they stretch out bulk items into smaller shipments and sales.

Expansion to Cinnagar or Empress Teta has been a recent development, with the Therax Cartel effectively buying out a local business through a quite literal strong-arming. The management for the Cinnagarian operations has remained the same, though he now reports to Rekali and is watched closely by a few advisers, each wary that he always keeps the whole business at mind. They’re primary business is the acquisition and distribution of Andris Spice, and expansion along Cinnagarian territories is a tertiary priority at best. Local government at Cinnagar is far more strict, and competition much less violent. So far as the Cinnagar branch maintains the strength to hold it’s territory and let the spice flow it is considered a profitable venture.

New Submission:
Corporation Name: Open Circle Conglomerate

Headquarters: Terminus

Locations: Terminus, Polis Massa

Operations: Transport, Commercial Equipment, and Commodities Exchange

Rationale: Through Hard Work and Rank Advancement. How Else?

Tier: III

Description: The OCA, a mercenary group with dignity and grace, characteristics rarely combined with that kind of 'outfit'. After the dissolution of the Open Circle Fleet of the Republic, they were reborn as a Mercenary Fleet called the Open CircleArmada. At first it was a small fleet only receiving minor contracts it slowly built it self up over time. Right before Kerkov took over the fleet was huge, doing expensive contracts for gigantic battles when an insurgency on Terminus wiped out main command. At first many of the ships were lost and only a few could be salvaged from the old Armada.

As it was reborn and rebuilt by the new Fleet Admiral William Kerkov they began to use the money they had so long saved up. Thusly he founded a new company with more than just Mercenary work and Private Military Operations, to broaden the horizon of work for the Company. Keeping strictly to their locations on Terminus and Polis Massa, the company is very secure.

Tier II to Tier III

New Submission:

Corporation Name: Vitiate
Headquarters: Tantorus
Locations: Aeten II (Stygium Mine), Bespin (Cortosis and Refinery Mine).
Operations: Starships, Droids, Weapons, Armour, Technology
Rationale: The company was once owned by A'sharad's grandparents who were both merchants upon the planet Tantorus, a planet filled with Sith Purebloods. Darth Acarus, having inherited the company in his father's dying breath led the company into the hands of the One Sith, working with them on many of their projects and warships, especially quite close with the then Titan Industries.

Now, led by A'sharad Graush, a Sith Hybrid, Son of Darth Acarus, he intends to spread the company from its Unknown Regions beginnings to the Outer Rim and to begin building inwards along with the First Order's expansions.
Tier: 3
Description: Vitiate, a company born within the Unknown Regions on the planet of Tantorus, it started out as a small mining company, though one of the largest on the primarily Pureblood planet. With the rise of the One Sith Empire, so did come the rise of the then Tantorian Industries, albeit, stunted after the disappearance of Darth Acarus back to his homeworld of Tantorus, almost entirely ceasing operations and working inwardly and closely with the One Sith on many of its much smaller projects.

Within the hands of A'sharad Graush, the Company has risen from the drowning One Sith Empire and has begun to strive in a much more claustrophobic corner of the Galaxy in the form of the Outer Rim in the midst of First Order Space. However, the Company had worked exclusively with the One Sith, in this reincarnation of the Company as Vitiate, it'll help cast off the shadow of the Sith and emerge into the Galaxy as a new, Imperial backed Corporation.

Company: Paarl Industries

Pertinent Development Threads:

New Submission:

Corporation Name: The Blood Forge
Headquarters: Osseriton
Locations: Osseriton

Tier: 2
Operations:

  • [Osseriton] - Weapon manufacturing
  • [Osseriton] - Armor manufacturing
  • [Osseriton] - Starship manufacturing
Rationale:

Under the holy-order of his God-King: Darth Carnifex, Micolash Paarl was charged with the creation of new weapons of war, so as to aid The Black Empire in bringing death and destruction to the Galaxy. To this end, and using the resources at his disposal, Micolash Paarl founded two companies. Paarl Industries: a corporation to act as a public front for the "philanthropist", and The Blood Forge, which would quietly create weapons of war for the Black Empire.

Description:

Born from holy decree, The Blood Forge quickly set to work on fulfilling its charge. The corporation settled on the planet of Osseriton. Located at the edge of the known galaxy, and away from prying eyes. The remote planet served as a suitable location to quietly research, develop, and manufacture, new weapons of war for The Black Empire. A large facility was built on the planets surface, so as to house their work. Initially, their focus lay upon three separate operations:
  • Weapon Manufacturing
  • Armor Manufacturing
  • Starship Manufacturing
The responsibilities for each operation were spread across three separate divisions, each of which specialized in their respective fields. The weapon-division focused on creating handheld weaponry, to arm the infantry of the Black Empire. The armor-division focused on shielding the infantry, through the creation of high quality armors. And finally, so as to supplement The Black Empire fleet, the starship-division focused on the creation of new, powerful, warships.

Though the company was run by Micolash Paarl, he was careful to scrub any evidence of his involvement. He did this to protect his identity as a servant of the God-King, and keep his public persona intact.

Company: Ringovinda StarYards
Modification made: Adding Geonosis as a location
Rationale: To serve the Techno Empire (now that Ringovinda StarYards has been confirmed as an entity on the TE Senate)
Pertinent development thread: Sweeping Mines under the Sand

New submission:

ringovinda-staryards_zps7dblngxf.jpg

Corporation Name: Ringovinda StarYards

Headquarters: Ringo Vinda

Locations: Ringo Vinda, Soceras, Gyndine, Bimmisaari, Pergitor, Geonosis

Also it has recently been confirmed as a corporate member of the Senate of the Techno Empire.

Company: IGR Brokerage

Modification Made: Adding Arcadia-N-30 and Dulvoyinn to locations
Rationale: Expansion of business outside Alliance territory

Pertinent Development Threads:

New submission:

igr-brokerage_zpsrxyqenva.jpg

Corporation Name: IGR Brokerage

Headquarters: Malastare

Locations: Naboo, Elrood, Dulvoyinn, Coruscant, Arcadia-N-30

Also, looking outside Alliance-land, it also opened an office on Arcadia-N-30.
