I do have one question as someone who is unfamiliar with tiers, being a writer who joined after they were canned: Does not having tiers prevent what you are able to produce in the codex? The guide didn't say anything about restrictions like that, so I was just a little curious if this was something like that or more just for the OOC rewards.

Jasper Kai'el if there are no restrictions listed then it likely will be like the factory or codex. optional. if you want to enter the company game it can be done or not.

I am reading this, but I am not understanding this.

People who own companies can give presentations, it seems, on various subject matter, to judges.

Their presentations will either be approved or disapproved of.

The company will then receive some sort of token.

But I'm not sure what it is, what it's for, and what it does.

Or what the consequences are from not having this token thing in whatever area of interest.

Any light you can shine on this old brain of mine is appreciated.

The consequences of not having a company tier, specialization, or series license ONLY affects company tiers.

Company Tier progression is entirely optional and does not affect a writer’s experience in the Factory or Codex, aside from showing off your accomplishments within the tier system.
