The civilization of Chaldea, long a bastion of Open Hand-esque ideologies, has been destroyed by dragons. The valuable anti-Force User technology of the Chaldeans is now up for grabs.

Objective I: The Winner Takes the Spoils
Loot taken during the planet's evacuation has found its way onto the black market. In particular, the legendary Sword and Staff of Tania Bayern, said to have the power to suppress the Force connections of entire groups of people, has turned up (along with numerous fakes purporting to be authentic). Track down the real Sword and Staff, bid on other items being sold at auction, or steal 'em.

Objective II: Wake the Dragon
While much of Chaldea's surface has been burned down, vaults buried deep beneath the charred surface of the world remain intact. Brave the hostile dragons to loot these treasure troves before any other prospecting adventurer can reach them.

: Arkana Io

Since the assault on the Dalna Jedi Temple, Percival's interactions with his sister Arkana had been somewhat strained. He wanted to talk to her about what had happened, but he wasn't sure if she, a newborn Neutralizer, would be able to understand his point of view. After all, House Io was brutal. Percival's refusal to harm "innocents" had made him an outsider even when he was young.

His emotional constipation notwithstanding, their current mission would hopefully be much more straightforward: kill the dragons, steal the treasure. So far Percival and Arkana were making good progress, fighting their way through the charred city streets toward the National Archives. Percival was even beginning to enjoy himself a little.

<<On your left!>> he called to Arkana, blasting his sonic organ at the dragon in front of him, sending the beast crashing to the ground with an injured wing. There were dozens of these killing machines haunting the streets, but thankfully they didn't dogpile the two Neutralizers. Or at least, they hadn't yet. Currently they were fighting a pair of dragons. The one whose wing Percival had damaged opened its mouth to blast a gout of flame upon him. The Chaplain rolled out of the way as fire engulfed the spot where he had been standing.

Percival Io Percival Io

The loss of Chaldea was in some ways one of the factors that spurred Prodigy to initiate the call for the Open Hand. A pity, though— an entire planet with a distaste for Force use would have been an invaluable ally to the cause. If nothing else, Prodigy could view the planet's destruction as a cautionary tale; What happens when people like them become too overzealous, too tunnel-visioned. They lost sight of the bigger picture, and paid the price in decidedly apocalyptic manner.

The dragon Percival faced was suddenly shot from behind by the heavy blaster cannon of a ship. Watching the scene from an open landing ramp was Prodigy himself. Newly repaired after the damage he sustained on Dalna, "Well shot," He commended his pilot, before looking to the sound of heavy wings batting the air behind them. Another dragon had taken a liking to the ship, "You've a suitor. I'll leave you to it."

Prodigy leapt down to the surface, allowing the pilot to break off, leading the dragon away. "How are we faring, Io?" He asked casually, looking at the ruined cityscape around them.
