Weaknesses:
- Training times: The training times of the Agema are extensive and will require several years before being completed.
- Trials: Before one is allowed into the process of cybernetical engineering, one will undergo several trials, all of them lethal and one more demanding than the other.
- Obvious: These warriors are tall grown, muscular individuals clad in golden armor and carrying large weapons. When in battle they are very easy to find.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Second Generation of paladins, the Agema, are formed as a direct order of the High Imperator. Both intending to serve as foundation for the new model order which is planned with the progression of the Order. They companions are intended as advisors, commanders, bodyguards and agents who answer only and only to the High Imperator Ecthelion Aiglos.
The men and women are chosen from volunteers only, human or near-human and non-force sensitive and must be shortly before or after the puberty for that their bodies are still in development and can accept the new organs and alterations. With exceptions even older individuals can be accepted, but that depends on the genetical code and resilience of the individual.
Following their volunteering, the young boys and girls are put to trials. These range from physical workouts to psychological tests or parkours through hostile environments. They are not aiming to exercise or train the aspirants here, but to test their resolve and dedication, always on their own though. The screening is extreme and the tests and trials are as well and it is more common than not that the volunteers are giving up after passing out, being lethally wounded or emotionally destroyed. Those who pass the trials though, are put to the medical tests to see if they are capable to receive the gift of genetical enhancement. If their physics do not allow it, they will be passed on to either First or Third Generation modifications, as those strong aspirants shall not be wasted. There is no shame in this and they are as much respected as the other volunteers.
Once the roughly twelve to twenty-four months of the enhancement process are finished, the time depends on the individuals age, youngers take longer, elder take shorter, they are given into combat training. A training which builds them up to be one of the most deadly forces in the Galaxy. Weapon training, tactical lessons, maneuvres, piloting, close combat, de- and encryption, radio operating, strategy classes, covert operations, assassination and many more kinds of training, exercise, lesson are forced upon them, in a regime which is everything but easy. Sleep is a good which is destributed on a weekly basis, not daily, food and water as well.
This training does never end. They are ever improving and ever training to get better. During their lifes there are more trials and tests which focus on specific tasks and traits, further specialising and educating the paladins of the Agema.
