- Stesr'gar-Reinforced Stygium-triprismatic Polymer Composite Armor: The composite plating used in this armor is made from Stesr'gar and reinforced Stygium-triprismatic polymer and benefits from both materials' natural resistance to energy weapons, kinetic weapons and lightsabers. Additionally, the reinforced Stygium-triprismatic polymer grants it additional resistance against EMP/Ion weapons.
- Versatile: The armor has a variety of systems that allow it to be useful to its wearer in a number of situations, whether it is infiltration. an open firefight, a street chase or getting the drop on one's enemy.
- Ease of Movement: While the various subsystems add weight, the CNT synthetic muscle suit in the undersuit and the lightweight armor plates make for a suit of armor that is easy to move in.
- Stealth: A low sensor profile and an optical camouflage system make it extremely difficult to detect the wearer, especially if they're well versed in moving stealthily.
- Advanced Sensor, Scanner and Targeting Suite: An advanced detection and targeting suite allows the wearer to not only track their quandary, but also dispatch them and anyone else in their way with greater ease.
- Integrated Med-System: The undersuit's integrated med-system allows the user to fight longer and harder thanks to automatically and expertly administered medical aid and stimms.
- Susceptible to Sensor Jamming: Concerted jamming attempts will severely inhibit the user's perception and situational awareness as they rely on the armor's sensor and scanner suite to feed them useful information, as the helmet affects their natural situational awareness as with standard beskar'gam.
- The Force: The armor's systems provide no protection against the force, though there is a provision to mount a ysalamiri nutrient frame on the backplate.
- Disruptors: The armor's plates provide very little protection against disruptor weapons.
- Camouflage Systems or Shields: Either the armor's camouflage systems or its shields can be active at a time, not both.
- Shields or Field Disruptor: Either the armor's shields or the field disruptor can be active at a time, not both.
- Easily Identified: While the armor offers plenty of ways to hide, in plain sight is not one of them. Anyone who knows their military grade equipment will be able to identify what the wearer's purpose is, and most people don't take kindly to infiltrators or assassins.
Breshig War Forge Consolidated developed this armor for one purpose and one purpose only; for the very specific use of Strill Securities elite Vuhyr'yalilyr commandos. The armor emphasis versatility, stealth, resilience and ease of movement. The sensor, scanner and comms suite in the helmet is one of the most advanced the company has made. In short, no expenses were spared while developing the armor. Feedback was taken from Vuhyr'yalilyr commandos, combat footage analyzed and finally extensive testing by Vuhyr'yalilyr commandos themselves was performed.
Rather than develop specialist variants, every single tool possible was put at the disposal of the individual rammikad. increasing the utility of a single commando several fold. As such, the armor was made for and tested by those who were going to use it, which was the most important thing for Breshig War Forge Consolidated.
Naturally, however, the armor did have a few flaws. Notably, like most armors heavily featuring an array of sensor and scanner suites, the Vuhyr'yalilyr'gam was susceptible to sensor and scanner jamming. Unfortunately, the armor's plates couldn't resist much disruptor weapons fire. Additionally, the user could either have shields or the optical camouflage system active, not both, and could not have their shields active while the armor's inbuilt field disruptor was active. Finally, there was the issue of the fact that while the armor offered plenty of methods to hide, it was to anyone with knowledge of military grade equipment, clearly the armor of an infiltrator, saboteur, assassin or elite commando intending to perform one of the aforementioned capacities. People tend not to take kindly to those intending to act in such capacities.
