Sure! But, it's up to Delila Castillon since it was their idea.

Also, a question for the admins: what kinds of member-run events would we be allowed to organize ourselves?

I assume anything intended to have galaxy-wide consequences or permanently affect the board, such as superweapons, annihilations, or similarly large-scale events, would probably be out of scope without direct staff involvement or the backing of a major faction. So, what would the general boundaries be for something organized by regular members?

Valiens Nantaris - If a team of players proposed an event to site staff, could the blessing be given for some juicy rewards?

I'm talking free hexes, waived SSD requirements, +1 op thing to factodex type rewards (within reason ofc).

I think having something tangible - stories and signature bling aside - will do a lot for getting folks to hop in.

I think it’s always better to go big and then trim. Get the craziest most fun idea and then start some discussion. I know personally I’ve had some fun thoughts for Halloween because why not xD.

I know personally I tend to keep ideas to myself or I try and do them on a smaller scale because it does suck when things aren’t hype for everyone as they are with the homies.

I’d be down to conspire some shenanigans or even toss you some of my ideas.

Some Random big Ideas:

• complete map wipe
• plague causes some characters to die
• suddenly nobody can sense the Force
• a new alien like the Vong attacks and the factions must band together to fight them
• a peace summit happens and galactic peace is finally achieved. Every faction signs. All seems well…. But is it?

Sticking my nose in from my LOA because skimming before bed and had a singular vague idea

People been talking about conflict and I recall one of my favourite and first big events was actually member run and was the Roche Flashpoint event (iykyk)

What if there was a big irresistible thing be it a tech or a planet which could have some tech or whatever in it that could be game changing for whoever claims it. Would put some interesting tension on things.
