It's a New Day
"You're a Jedi, since when do you guys pay for anything?" Shot Ria in return, the casino was loud - louder than she expected. The blonde winced partially because the sounds were a little unexpected, especially at their volume. Ria scoffed and got a look at Valery, "that just makes me fun size." Without any further hesitation she led the way, the woman knew Nar Shaddaa well - and one minute she thought, was being generous. The yellow glow of the casino lights was too hot for her liking.
Made staying in the ambulatories of the back hallways all the more comfortable, cool, blue dim lights made it easier for her to focus. "I might be a little rusty, admittedly, but we should be okay - you'll have to watch for pockets of inhibitors." Warned Ria, "Sotta's collected a lot of the old UCM anti-Force user stuff over the years." The ringing sounds of slot machines announcing their winnings coupled with the overbearing announcer that seemed to enjoy reading off the play-by-play of the latest races irritated Ria more than she wanted to show.
"Good, I could use a little fresh air, time away from home is always necessary." Not that she would call Nar Shaddaa much of a home, but it was a place to lay her head. "One minute's being generous, we're gonna be hauling ass, keep the lightsaber pocketed. Use a blaster, people here are used to blaster fights. 'Sides, no one else will know you were one of the burlap brigades, well, aside from me." She quipped with a smile as she cast a sidelong glance toward the Jedi. "C'mon Too-Tall, let's double-time it watch the door. If anyone asks, you're waiting for your sister, there's a latrine not far from here. I'm pukin' my guts out."
