This story was politically driven and months in preparation. It was mostly meant for those in political roles to which it was doing very well. It was already a plot that people were having fun with.

I don't just go in and pounce on other people's stories without asking or being invited. I've been ignored in fights and that's fine. I didn't bash anyone for it or treat others badly for it.

Please use common sense, fair play and respect for fellow writers. I'm used to plots not going my way and that is half the fun, but this plot has a specific goal in mind for a select few. I'm sure that most wouldn't want others crashing in on their private stories or events.

This is my second day of having an FA role and I haven't even been given a proper introduction as to what it all entails or what I can do. I applaud those who have kept their cool and given us some much, much needed breathing room so that we can adjust to our new roles and responsibilities. I need time, especially as I am on holidays with family from overseas. [member="Mantic Dorn"] and I both need time. Thank you.

But ideally your former FAs should ride along with you for awhile, give you training, make sure you know the ropes. I hope they are doing that for you, especially with such a large faction as the GR.

But it's worth pointing out that there is actually an IC plot unfolding. A lone Jedi and a Senator are about to confront the megalomaniac and put an end to her reign. At precisely the same location.

So the Jedi Order won't be there - as we're trying to keep this low-key. You know...catch her off-guard. So thanks for that...

So time-wise, my story will logically have to happen before your skirmish (just for you to keep the timeline straight).

I know exactly what it feels like when things go in a completely different direction in which you planned them to go. Your ideas are ruined and everything changes. The miserable feeling it causes is difficult to handle.​

I think it's been a little bit unfair how things progressed from a faction event to a conflict like this, but... That doesn't matter to me.​

This was a chance to create an intergalactic war. Not a war between the One Sith and the Galactic Republic. But a war which would grow to a size of a World War. Alliances between GR, GA and SSC could have been formed while TU and OS rampaged. Everybody would have fought everybody once again; it would have been a complete chaos. Which is the best thing about such wars.​

I understand the hard feelings, but this would have literally been the best, easiest and the most effective chance to create a conflict between everybody. We are not a forum called Star Peace RP: Harmony. We are Star Wars RP: Chaos. And war and chaos would have been caused by these few posts in the Dominion of Tholatin.​

Like you can see, the story managed to mobilize people in very few days. Everybody was affected, the whole board was filled with the story. Even some board events haven't made it that far.​

This could have been a chance to prove how powerful we all are, it could have shown the actual strength of a diminishing Galactic Republic.​

But, well... Never mind.​

To be fair, Nope didn't ask a one GR Admin if I could do this.
Yep, followed a couple threads, read through the posts currently about the plot before the raid went up.
Yep, saw that there was stuff going on in the GR that was solely meant for the GR, and I can dig that. I love it in fact.
Nope, didn't ask for plot points to make it fit in the timeline, as I didn't know that the Event was gonna end in one thread, but then again, neither did any GR member that contacted me that night, so certainly not my fault.
But TU's got bones to pick OS has been fighting the GR for 7 Years and they are weak and divided. Hit them where they hurt was the Idea. Raze the Capitol to cinders, and kill as much of that Clone Army as possible. Its dirty work, but someone has to do it, and it might as well be us.

As for timeline issues. Coulda went a number of ways, I believe we have compromised as immediately following the toppling of Empress Genevieve, before news has been made aware, and before the Republic is even truly aware she is being removed.

As for follow ups. Every action has consequences. Some worse than others. *Looks to [member="Coren Starchaser"] , Don't hurt me bro*

Abi is primarily with the SSC but she will gladly come in to help defend the civilians Chevu Visz
