Asop Temple

As soon as everyone else has entered the temple, including [member="Kami Meran"], [member="Krass Wyms"], [member="Dax Fyre"], [member="Myles Vylumnar"] and [member="Orion Trex"], she heeds their warnings and stay close to the rest of the party. True, it is getting a little dark inside, but this is why she had Force-sense activated: her senses would extend longer than with that flashlight on. She would sense some dark spot in the Force, something coming at them, but she couldn't quite pinpoint as to what. Just that it was a threat to the party that needed to be engaged and neutralized: there was no way that the entity would leave the party alone without engaging first it. Better neutralize threats before we can collect anything, she thought. To this end, she would begin freezing the air in front of her, using cryokinesis, until the ball of frozen air, which contains traces of alcohol due to the alcohol seeping through cracks in the walls, becomes the size of a missile fired from a PLX-4 portable missile launcher. Which was essentially what she aimed to achieve: firing a magic missile at the target that she could only detect as a dark spot in the Force when it was fired. While said magic missile did hit the entity that was located where the dark spot in the Force was, it lured the entity out, running in berserk mode towards the party. When the entity finally arrived within visual range, a Graug mummy arrived on the scene, which bore a lot of similarities to the Force-ghost encountered earlier, before they even set foot in the temple.

"Intruder alert! Tomb raiders!" the mummy shouted.

"Stay together: we have a mummy on our hands!"

Krass Wyms

Jedi Tech Division
Krass raised an eyebrow while she was standing there and preparing herself. She wanted to set up some more and check out the temple as looking through the eye she could see a lot more of the numbers but brought it away from her eye. She wanted to see what else there was normally while reaching out with the force to get a better look on her face. She had the armor and it was looking around when something was coming at them to attack with another speaking. She brought up the shoulder cannon taking aim with it and spoke. "Stand clear." She was checking it out so that they would be able to smash and shoot it. There was the mummy sure but she had what she could use with her hammer and her lightsaber.

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax drew his knife from his belt and waited for the others. If the undead thing was as slow as Dax hoped, they'd have no problems. It wasn't like they were the hordes of undead on Korriban. However, if it turned out to be some super powered chit from one of the holofilms that Dax had began to take a liking to...well then they could be in trouble...Still, the fact that there was undead in what was supposedly a Jedi temple was a cause for concern on its own. "Let's hurry this up...I don't like the fact we got necros in here..."

Upon the sighting of a real Graug, there was little Myles could do compared to his essentially super-powered allies. What was he gonna do, run up and stab the damned thing? Not a chance. While his teammates were hurling magic ice at the Graug, Myles took a step back and reflected on his options. Sure, he could heroically run up and stab the Graug all commando-style, but that was just a waste of effort. The only productive thing he could do was attempt to strategize a way to eliminate the threat, but his allies most likely had that in the bag already. Keeping his vibroknife sheathed, he calculated that the best thing he could do was.... wait around...

Instead of aiding in combat, Myles decided he'd be more effective at just scouting out the place. It wasn't necessarily that he was scared, or lazy... Well, maybe a little bit lazy; But besides that, he saw no point in putting in effort where no effort was needed. Thus, he took a look around. The temple ruins had a classic Jedi-aesthetic. Reminiscent of the Jedi of old, long past and nearly forgotten. The place was arid as a drunken breeze swept through the group and their assailant. The path leading up to the temple was that of cobbled stone, eroded after at least a millennia. Around the path were lines of pillars, which didn't actually seem to support anything. Then, there was the temple. The gaping pathway had been covered up by stacks of rubble; Seemingly caused by a pillar which had collapsed and crashed into the temple, sending chunks of stone downward to plug up the entryway.

That was sort of a dilemma. Sure, the Force-users in the group could just clear up the entry with the Force, but Myles figured he'd use his time to help save them of the heavy-lifting. After all, he'd have to find some way to be useful. He considered blowing up the entry, but that'd just make things worse. Maybe if there was another way in... There! A small hole in the wall of the ancient temple, but it was much too high for anyone to climb up with their bare hands. Myles just assumed the Force-users would be able to jump in and find some way to get the rest inside.

The was an ominous vibe emanating from within the temple, just as Myles had noticed before. It almost made him feel weak, yet empowered at the same time. It confused him, almost like it was trying to garner contrasting emotions from within him, or like something was battling to mentally win him over.

Or maybe it was just alcohol seeping through his mask...

The magic missile hit the Graug mummy in such a way that it had a gaping hole in its abdomen. Shortly thereafter, [member="Krass Wyms"]' shoulder cannon did hit the Graug mummy all right, blowing some bones off the undead around the shoulder, and [member="Kami Meran"] taking out the other arm. Of course, the debris from the Graug's innards were a little gory, and he lost both arms in the process. If this Graug zombie is like those in Dead Fantasy 1, the zombie is headed right for me: zombies in these movies wanted to eat their enemies' brains. In the case of Graug, the brains of whoever attacked them first. But like all zombies, they still retain some physiological characteristics of the living species. They will still be pure-evil-Sith-stupid, and still have some liquid called blood. Perhaps if I used cryokinesis to cause a heart attack into the zombie... she thought, while using cryokinesis aimed at the coronary arteries of the Graug zombie to freeze the blood inside it, and later cause an internal haemorrage of said coronary arteries, forcing the Graug zombie into a cardiac arrest and making the Graug lose all of its blood through multiple holes pierced by multiple parties, ultimately collapsing behind [member="Myles Vylumnar"]. Meanwhile, once she wove her way around the Graug corpse, around which blood has been spilled. Once she arrived at the stack of rubble, Jessica located the hole but it was too small for her to fit in, so she instead decided to use telekinesis to attempt clearing part of the stack of rubble until an opening large enough to fit someone her size (or a Graug) can be made.

"The Graug mummy will trouble us no longer; Kami, use the grappling hook and enter the hole in the wall before me: I'm far too bulky to make it"

[ooc] I may have forgotten all about this thread, oops![/ooc]

Candez withdrew his pistol when he heard that there was in fact no ghost, and continued to follow along. That was until more talking occurred, and then something appeared. He just stood there in disbelief, looking at whatever it was. There was something actually down here. He didn't even believe in undead, and his view on that changed. But, as he continued to look on, it seemed all of it was handled as [member="Jessica Med-Beq"], [member="Kami Meran"] and [member="Krass Wyms"] took it out. It seemed there was no need to help, and he remained back. As they passed it, he stopped to look at it and shivered, wondering if there were move ahead.

Then he watched as Jessica worked her magic, and lifted the rubble out of the way. He was once again staring in awe. Perhaps all this force stuff was more than he had bargained for. "That sure is something" he murmured under his breath as he waited for the others to go through before he would himself.

The Reaper of Won Shasot
As the Graug's body hit the ground, Dax walked over to it and kicked it in the chest once. No reaction. As a precaution, the man knelt down and pressed the point of his knife to the alien's temple, slowly inserting the blade into its brain. The blade left the skull with a soft rasping sound, and Dax wiped the blood off of the knife on the Graugs clothes. "After you ladies." he said, gesturing towards the hole.

Myles stood there, looking at [member="Dax Fyre"] as he spoke. He sighed, once again there was little he could do to be useful. He realized [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] was too big to fit through the hole herself, and that he and [member="Candez Stoon"] lacked the capability to jump high enough. Instead, he figured the best thing to do was wait for [member="Kami Meran"], [member="Krass Wyms"], or even [member="Orion Trex"] to get through the hole. They would, however, have to find a way to get everyone else inside.

"Maybe there's a weak point in the rubble we can use to make everything collapse all-together?"

(ooc sorry gave it a week to give ithers a chance to post. tell you what let me know if you are still intrested in the ood thread. )

" well that was unexpected. " Kami casually said as she stepped over the boddy.
kneeling down " she examined the body to her surprise it was not technological at all.
" How is this even possible? " she ashed curiously mostly to herself..
" anyway should we continue? " she asked yet again rhetorically as she began walking down the entrance way.
towards a set of huge doors and a large stair case leading downwards.
" this'll be fun regardless."

Once the opening into the pile of rubble was made, [member="Kami Meran"] realized that there was a set of huge doors behind it, and, behind the doors, what she assumes is the temple's grand staircase. But, this time around, Jessica decided against using the Force to open the doors. The doors may have windows to them, but they were closed. However tempting that might be for me to open the doors, using the Force, I still need to have sufficient Force-energy reserves to face what lies beyond those doors. I might have the strength to push the door open in a burst, without using magic, but I can't do it alone, she thought.

"If we all push against the doors at the same time, we can open them without us using the Force for it"

[member="Krass Wyms"] [member="Myles Vylumnar"] [member="Dax Fyre"] [member="Candez Stoon"]

Kami turned to [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] " No looking at these. they are locked.. hmm it's a force lock. you'll need to do some force thing to unlock it." Kami suggested looking arround.
she searched the foyer.
" see if we can find the ... spell? "

Krass Wyms

Jedi Tech Division
Krass was looking at them while she was moving jumping through to follow them and heading off with her own searching. They would be able to get through and with the dagger that she got Kami plus her own. They could slice through the door, that wasn't such a large issue in the end. Feeling the force energies around herself until they breathed in the scent of the tomb. Krass was moving and motioned for some of the others with her shoulder cannon prepared and scanning the area with what she could find when going to look off and get a better more rounded idea. "There is a lot here." She could look and see the walls with a glow rod and the small humming from it as the plasma recycled and heated the fireglass to make the light was a helpful thing. Setting a few of them up as they could last forever almost and never need a recharge. her hand axe extending and being used to clear the wall of debris.

Now, this was getting interesting. Leo reclined from the front lines, leaving the fighting to the forcers. After the Graugs were downed, he simply cocked a grin "Alright, that thing was cool." He realised that he had been so silent, he'd blended in at the back, most of the people here would have forgotten about him. "Also, I'm still alive." He waved mockingly. Kicking himself up from leaning against the wall, the dust caking it rained down, revealing some strange insignia. "Uh... guys? Someone wanna take a look at this?"

Upon realizing that ramming may not work, and being told by [member="Kami Meran"] that some Force-lock was in use, she gladly accepted the leads [member="Krass Wyms"] and [member="Leo Vandermolen"] pointed her towards. Perhaps the strange insignia have something to do with the Force-lock Kami told all of us about, she thought. She accepted that, while her intellectual power was sufficient to carry her much of the way, her knowledge base of Jedi lore was perhaps a little... shaky. After all, what to expect from a lady that interpreted the Force as some set of Hermitian, square-integrable operators existing in some Hilbert space? The lore of the Force would, for her, take a backseat to the practical aspects of using the Force. But she had to try to reproduce the insignia in her mind once she has examined the insignia, hoping that it would have something to do with the Force-lock on the temple's main door that still evaded them.

"Perhaps the insignia may be related to the spell locking the door, some kind of rune probably. Maybe I could use the Force to lock the pick, but I would think that the lock may only be opened by people who showed their devotion to the light side of the Force. Also, Krass, mechu-deru isn't a plaything of the dark side"

Now she tried using telekinesis in such a delicate fashion, in conjunction with mechu-deru, which allowed her to at least try to pick the lock. She secretly hoped that she would open the gate doing it. But she knew that there is a chance that her attempt may not work.

" You are the ones who know this space magic stuff. " Kami admitted " I dont know any of this stuff. " the door obviously only oppened to a force thing.
looking over to the image kami asked.
" What the hell is that? " she asked the force users in the group.

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax looked over to the runes that [member="Leo Vandermolen"] had indicated. "Well then...that's new." he muttered. He decided to approach it as [member="Krass Wyms"] and [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] did whatever it was with them. But something was off. "Uh guys? Jedi never used runes or spells...this is Sith magic." And if this was Sith magic, then that meant there'd be curses, traps, and a whole lot of bad luck to go around...

[member="Kami Meran"], [member="Myles Vylumnar"]

Candez stood toward the back of the group, still very confused by what was happening. Spells, magic, runes. The..thing that attacked them. Before he was very excited about this whole adventure thing. He looked to [member="Myles Vylumnar"], the only one besides himself in this group who couldn't use the force. "You have any idea what's going on? I am uh...confused." If he didn't get an answer, he would ask one of the others, although he technically had, since he didn't whisper his question. He just wanted some kind of explanation. Apparently, [member="Kami Meran"] did not understand either. "I don't get any of this Force-magic stuff." He didn't even know exactly what Sith were, only the name from the One Sith that he had heard a lot about.

[member="Dax Fyre"] [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] [member="Leo Vandermolen"] [member="Krass Wyms"]

" Have at it [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] see what you can do. this isn't my area. " one thing Kami was good at. it was admitting when she dad no idea when she diddn't
she fell back to jet the jedies do what they could.

"I'm just as lost as you, pal."

He returned the look to [member="Candez Stoon"]. This wasn't his area of expertise, and it seemed like the others were rather confused as well. As they mentioned Sith, Myles couldn't help but be intrigued. He studied the symbol, though it made no sense to him. As he looked into it, it was almost as if someone... or something was whispering into his ear. Of course it was really nothing. He felt like his imagination was starting to run wild now, and it wasn't just alcohol seeping into his mask. He shook it off and continued on.

"Well... I can tell that from this point on we're just gonna keep running into stuff I don't know about, so I'm gonna head out and see what I can find. Anyone in favor of splitting the group?"

It probably wasn't a very good idea, but he wanted to find something of value while he was here.
