DESCRIPTION
When the Exiles left Codru-ji hundreds of years ago, their mass movement was funded by the family that owned Archangel and as such, leadership of the company has been intrinsically linked with leadership of the world, being part hereditary and part democratic, with the noble family having control but goverment officials also having specific powers to veto or amend certain decisions.

The company has two main locations. a ground based research and development facility attached to a large tech factory and a suborbital shipyard accessed either by shuttle or by space elevator. The company prides itself on excellent quality products and ethical business practice. It is very successful and makes up a significant part of the economy.

The current CEO is Hanaya Enzar she has recently focused starship production toward the home fleet and away from saleable products. This was not initially popular with the other board members but she was able to convince them not to try and block it.

RATIONALE
Company is a state/family owned business that Hanaya Enzar took over from her father along with taking charge of the colony. There is her as the CEO and 12 other, publicly elected board members. The CEO has the choice to take an decisions for themselves but it is considered polite to allow the board to vote, and traditionally they rarely vote against the CEO. Laid down in the charter there are certain aspects that must be voted on by all board members equally. The company provides much for the day to day lives of the colony and is the largest employer. It is largely a benevolent corporation that operates for the good of the people.
