- Fast: As its name suggests, the Vev StarThrust is a fairly fast starship thanks to its oversized fusial thrust ion engines.
- Stealth generator: The installation of the MXC-T22 allows the ship to evade detection, avoiding fights and being able to get places unseen
- Enhanced security features: as befitting the personal shuttle of an important dignitary, there is multiple layers of encryption on all systems, including biometric identification systems and automated lockout processes
- Awkward Weapons Placement: The StarThrust was designed around its massive engine systems, which has led its weapons to be slightly awkwardly placed, with its laser cannons having some noticeable blind spots in their portside fire arcs.
DESCRIPTION
Hanaya took a liking to this courier ship when on a routine delivery for Archangel Manufactorum, she enjoyed the speed and handling characteristics so much she decided to purchase it and add it to her personal inventory. Engineers at Archangel made several modifications to the vessel including power flow regulation, computer systems and installed a licenced copy of a stealth drive. They also remoddeled the ship, turning the cargo space into an improved living and entertaining area for Hanaya and any passengers.

"Another shameless attempt to edge into CEC's traditional market, the Vev StarThrust is actually an original design from the company that still clearly shows much influence from the famed YT-series line in its basic layout. More unusually though, the StarThrust has some truly oversized fusial ion engines that provide the craft with much more speed than the average freighter. Advertised as a "fast courier", the StarThrust is clearly one of the fastest stock light freighters around. While not heavily armed in its stock form, all of the weapons and most of its components use typical CEC modular hardpoint mounts, making it very easy to modify. This ease of modification and its high speed tends to attract the interest of the less than legal crowd. Unsurprisingly, the Vev StarThrust is not an uncommon smuggling vessel and illegal racer, which CorelliSpace almost tacitly admits was the original intent behind the design."
