Another Flame Extinguished [Silver Jedi & Friends]

It had been a long time since the Twi'lek Knight had been on the beautiful planet of Felucia, but the urging of the Force brought the blue-skiinned wandering Guardian back this time; returning to give her respects to the fallen Jedi Master [member="Sochi Ru"].

Standing in the shadows of those attending the funeral of the beloved Togruta dressed in her usual attire of a brown cloak and modified Jedi robes, Cambria Zadira solemnly mourned the loss of one of the founding members of the Silver Jedi along with those present; some Bri knew, some she did not for her previous time with the Order had been limited.

As the flames of the funeral pyre consumed the the Jedi Master's body, Cambria gave one last farewell to the alien woman whom had been memorialized this day, then she released those feelings of grief, pain, and loss experienced when someone died into the Force and rejoiced rather in having the privilege of knowing Master Ru, if only for a short time.

Just who was this one that stood in the back watching the hold time as those spoke. Oh why was this so hard for her to stop up say some peace herself. It whispered in her mind what she wanted to say but words wouldn't come out. Flashes back to when she first met the Master [member="Sochi Ru"] teaching her all she knew of the healing art. This was the start of her path she went down became the healer she was today. So much on her face told so much emotions she had inside of her right now. Oh where was [member="Xander Carrick"], would he understand what she was going through the bond between the two of them so much deeper now.

Her own mind playing those what if games, if she had been their for her former Master or even for Master Iellen could she had saved them both. If only another path was chosen for her feet to be placed down of more of a warrior then pacifist she had became. Could she had saved them both with the warrior that laid sleeping it its cage inside of her.

Shaking her own head now under the dark purple cloak hood of hers. The droplets that ran down her own cheeks, as if the life around her knew she was in pain in morning. It cant be that way she talked so much about the cycle of life, becoming one one with the force. no this Healer of the mind body and soul was struggling at this moment. Looking over towards [member="Coci Heavenshield"] did she need to speak to her after this was over, with a cup of strong herb tea, maybe. As she let see the lighting of the fire from her husband, not believing that [member="Thurion Heavenshield"] was a father very proud how his son looked like him. What a was it with new life in a time like that their it was on her own lips.

Hope.

Hope for what a better time or something greater.

Finding her own eyes looking at [member="Kei Amadis"] how force had weaved their meeting by chance then nothing was by chance when the force was into play. How he grown into such a fine young man, after all it had been when she was but a teenage herself, his father, what a charmer he was to steal this ones heart for a little while, to create his little half brother Connar. Shaking her hands now as took them out of her sleave couldn't help see the one standing by him she had never seen this one before [member="Wren"] . Maybe would find out who this one was, being as if she was knew to the order or what.

Feeling that present of [member="Connor Harrison"] drawing way how she could feel what torumila was taking place inside of him. How she wanted to reach out to help him, to flood him with her light of hope how could she do that right now with the way she felt. Letting go of all that coming inside of her came what around the plants her own way of letting go that was the place life it self taking on a brightly glow.

As the light flooded the others face that where their some she knew of very little but some she had not see for a long time. [member="Cambria Zadira"] [member="Jaret Sha'Co"] [member="Taiden Keth"] [member="Marek S'hadar"][member="Ashin Varanin"] [member="Syala Daivik"]

Aika Kawakami

Can one find true light when shadowed in darkness?
Though she hid everything behind a guise of arrogance, even Aika could not simply ignore certain things. This was one of them. There were very few that she could ever have considered herself close to, those who would be like sisters in a galaxy where everyone always wondered who to trust. In the beginning, there had been several of them. Now, it seemed as if she were the only one.

The disappearance of Rasu Gan.
The death of Iella E'ron.
And now, the death of [member="Sochi Ru"].

Everyone one of these events sent ripples that could be felt throughout the force. For her, however, each time was like a hurricane, picking up where the last left of and only becoming more powerful. What was she to make of this? It couldn't be mere coincidence that the individuals closest to her seemed to fall one after another. Even telling herself such a lie would be an utter betrayal of what she knew in her own mind. There were hands at work here, ones that were finding themselves too close to both the SJO, and herself. With each passing moment, and each passing tear dropped in memory of the fallen, it seemed a piece of them went missing. Even now, could she truly call herself whole? The answer was obvious to herself, even if no one else was about to bare witness.

As she kept her distance far from the peering eyes of the others who had come to show there own respects, Aika knelt down, huddled upon herself. The same icy, blue eyes that once held so much light, now listless and dim as she stared aimlessly at the ground below her. Even now, as she attempted to ponder over what was becoming of those who stood along side her, nothing could prevent a tear from developing within her eyes lids, growing in size until it dropped to the land below her. One turned to many as the silent cries fell upon death ears, as the ever difficult Jedi mourned the loss, one which surely will affect her for some time to come.

~Even the darkest of demons would shed tears for those whom they believe family~

Another passing, Rasu was truly alone.

It had seemed only moments ago that she had attended the funeral of Master E'ron, and now her she was again, acknowledging the death of her closest friend. Thinking back the pair of Jedi had been inseparable, doing almost everything together. It had been a competition of sorts, but one that Rasu had relished and had only strengthened the bond that had existed between Shi'ido and Togruta.

Oddly enough, Rasu knew there would be no tears at these proceedings. Sochi would not have wanted to be mourned, she knew that much. She was one with the Force, as a Jedi should be, and there was nothing more that the Shi'ido could have wished for her friend. The flames of the funeral pyre cast dark shadows under the Jedi's eyes, making her appear almost devil-like. Grief passed over Rasu, as the flames intensified.

"Am I truly alone?" she whispered to herself. No one remained. Akodya, Nala, Iella and now Sochi. All had passed and had said their goodbyes. Only the Shi'ido remained, destined to an extended life now without her true friends. Thinking back to their first meeting, Rasu couldn't help but smile, remembering the calm demeanor Sochi had displayed during their first sparring match, and how that attitude has stuck with her until her death. "You haven't changed a bit Sochi." she thought.

Walking silently up toward the pyre, Rasu's gaze remained fixed on the flames. "You were my best friend Sochi, and I think you knew that. You were an inspiration to us all and I hope you know that I believe you were taken by the Force too early. But no matter, be at peace my friend, be one with the Force." Tearing her gaze away from the pyre, Rasu dropped her chin into her breast, staring now at the floor. Taking a deep breath, she let out one more whisper. "May the Force be forever with you Master Sochi Ru, my dearest friend." Casting one last look towards the pyre, the Master turned and smiled at [member="Aika Kawakami"] before leaving the chamber, an image of the Togruta centered in her mind.

Ugh. Another one.

Joshua had been gone a long time. Perhaps too long. Left and right, his friends and former co-workers either turned on him, became prissy prats... Or worse... This.

The Jedi Master bit his lip once he arrived and stood in front of the pyre for a moment. He gave a look toward [member="Rasu Gan"], a Jedi he had not seen in quite some time. The loss of Jedi Master [member="Sochi Ru"] was a grave one indeed. He... Had to admit he at times wished he had gotten to know the Master better before she passed on to the Force. It wasn't a chance that was afforded to him at the time, and it was something he would regret.

He smiled faintly as he stared into the flames. "We'll meet again someday" He whispered, and tossed the sole rose in his hands into the flames, a tribute, a respect...

"May the Force be with you..."

He walked away then. Whether to watch the eulogies, or just to go home... He wasn't sure. His heart was heavy.
